Calvin and his team did an amazing job on my engagement ring and my fiancé and my wedding bands! They were very accommodating, quick, and able to customize any ring design at no extra cost. They are conveniently located near the Washington/Wabash stop on jewelers row, making getting there for pickup easy by train. Calvin just messaged my fiancé when rings were ready for pickup. I have a solitaire yellow gold radiant engagement ring and a baguette yellow gold band and both are absolutely gorgeous and reasonably priced lab diamonds. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Luo Jewelers is in the famous historic "jeweler's row" area of downtown Chicago on Wabash Avenue. I discovered them a few years ago when I needed a gold pendant made. Now I have gone to them to have jewelry made, have it cleaned, and also to shop for rings, necklaces, and pendants. They are my preferred store on jeweler's row because the quality and the service are the best I've experienced. They do sophisticated custom work and they always find a way to exceed my expectations.
