My husband ( then fiance) and I had a great time working with Gregg. I went with my husband when we were picking out wedding bands and I was worried he might be pushy because I wanted a very simple wedding band (vs my beautiful diamond engagement ring from them). He recommended a wedding band for me filled with diamonds and I said I was looking for something much more simple. To my surprise, he didn't push it or say anything, but showed me exactly what I wanted! That made me very relieved and happy he wanted to sell me what I liked! Now, 8 years later, our wedding bands have held up and still look great!

We met Gregg here and told us that they make their own rings so we both decided to have one custom-made. We discussed on how it would look like and paid the deposit. We returned few days later and we got the rings that we ordered. We were both amazed at how it looked good, even better when its put on. I am really thankful to Gregg. Great jeweler! I recently purchased an engagement ring from Michael and Nikki and was overwhelmed with the kindness and educated help they provided me with during my first experience. I needed a ring two weeks before my European trip and they did everything they could to make the process smooth and fast. The ring turn out beautiful and my fiancé loved it!!!! We were very happy with our overall experience. I will definitely be coming back to this jeweler in the future and recommend them to friends and family.

This is by far the best jewelry store in Chicago. I met Gregg, the owner, and I learned a lot from him regarding engagement rings for my fiancee. He is honest and very knowledgeable. He showed me some samples and we discussed about how the ring would look like. After agreeing on a design, I returned here and got the ring. To be honest, I was really pleased of the result. Even my fiancee shed tears of joy after surprising her with the ring. I am truly grateful that I asked for Gregg's help on making the best present for my fiancee.
