I can't say enough about how great it was to work with Praveen and the whole group over at Chicago Bridal Jewelers. He was referred by a mutual friend when I was looking for an engagement ring and did a great job using some existing design ideas that they were able to copy and adjust a couple styles to what she wanted. Then when back for the wedding bands, still the high level of service, even when we had to swap out all the stones 10 days before the wedding as the colors were not working for my wife.

Before coming across Chicago Bridal Jewelers and meeting the owner I did not know anything about diamonds, and to be honest I felt completely overwhelmed. I visited many diamond stores including Tiffany’s, Brilliant earth, and some other private jewelers both in Boston and Chicago. And I could have never been able to buy the same quality of ring that I got from Chicago Bridal Jewelers. My fiancé at the time and wife now is very picky, and she is extremely happy with her ring. I can’t speak highly enough about my experience at Chicago Bridal Jewelers! I got to design my wife’s engagement ring from scratch with their talented team. I didn’t have a lot of knowledge about diamonds and they were so generous with their time to educate me and work with me to create the perfect piece of jewelry. Since then we purchased our wedding bands there and I designed celebration jewelry for the birth of all three of our children there. I bought my wife's diamonds from Praveen a few years ago. He was awesome and his prices were very reasonable. Furthermore, he made the exact ring I designed and has always sized it as my wife's finger size has changed (pregnancy). Highly recommend the place! Very large selection, such a great experience. One of the most nervous times of my life. (picking a diamond for my wife, on my own!) Every employee all the way up to the owners gave me their undivided attention and expertise. I didn’t buy from them initially, I did what most do and shopped around, only to come back. I quickly found they had the best services and prices. Still getting free ring and jewelry cleanings whenever I’m in the area. Which is quite often as my wife works in the area! Much thanks to Praveen, his eye for budget and beauty, helped me and made me look as if I was an expert. Hopefully my wife doesn’t see this review, or the jig is up!
