Finer Jewelry is an absolute pleasure to work with. Atalie (the owner) is so professional and clearly cares about her work. My husband designed my engagement ring and I designed my wedding band. We chose stones, metal, and design with Finer. All of their stones are high quality and are certified. From start to finish, the Finer Jewelry team was always quick to respond. I designed my wedding band virtually and they accommodated me and sent CAD designs wax molds to make sure what we were creating was what I wanted. I couldn't recommend them more.

My sister brought me and my husband here 13 years ago when we were looking for engagement rings. Her budget was considerably more than ours so we were apprehensive at first. We couldn't be more glad that she brought us here! Recently went to Finer Jewelry looking for a 14k necklace chain. The store was cute with family pictures all over the wall. Atalie and her team were professional, welcoming, patient, and friendly with helping me pick a chain as well as offering me the price before and after tax. The Franco chain I got is stunning and matches perfectly with my teddy bear pendant. Would highly recommend this place if you are looking for high-quality jewelry at a reasonable price. really can't even begin to say what a pleasure it is to work with everyone at Finer Jewelry. Our experience from start to finish was more than we could ask for from a jeweler. My husband was never hurried or made to feel like his requests were not possible, but quite the opposite!  Atalie is always very patient with all the questions asked of her and she responds to emails quickly and thoroughly. Even after our wedding, we had a sizing issue with my husband's wedding band and since we live in Arizona she sent a shipping label over so we could overnight the ring back to Chicago. The ring was sized down and sent back to us in less than a week. Everyone from the Finer team is exceptional from customer service, to their attention to detail when making a design, to actually executing it! They are truly our forever jewelers because of how well they have treated our family and provided us with the most beautiful custom engagement ring as well as our wedding bands.  The craftsmanship of our rings is remarkable and we are continually impressed with all aspects of Finer Jewelry! I LOVE Finer Jewelry and all of their staff. My husband got my engagement ring with them in 2018 and had a seamless process. They were kind and helpful and fair. A similar diamond elsewhere was being priced at $4k more for no apparent reason. Then they helped me design my wedding band. The owner took the time to sit down and help me figure it out, explain the process, and offered suggestions. And when I recently noticed my diamond was loose (I caught it on something), they were so accommodating and kind. They fixed it, cleaned it, checked it for any other problems, and Vera (and another staff member) even picked up and then brought it to me in my car downstairs because I was in a time crunch. They’re the best of the best! We’ll never go anywhere else for jewelry.

My interactions with FINER JEWELRY have always been top notch. Had a few pieces that I wanted appraised. Natalie and her colleague Vera took the time and the patience to go over each piece and let me know if an appraisal for insurance purposes was worthwhile. They are kind, professional and share oodles of information generously. They will gladly buy all those little bits and bobs of broken gold jewelry you have sitting in your top drawer, so you can buy that bracelet you've had your eye on. I highly recommend them !

Atalie does amazing custom work. She has an eye for detail and is a meticulous perfectionist. She replaced a lost ring for me long distance through the internet using CAD work ups and pictures, checking in with me every step of the way with great suggestions and tweaking until I was satisfied to take it to production. The ring turned out even better than the original I lost and the quality of stones and materials are outstanding. I highly recommend her store for anyone looking for quality jewelry, someone they can trust, and reasonable and fair pricing.
