    I won’t ever take my dog to this location. I took my dog to get groomed and I got her back with bleeding eyes. No one could give me no explanation about what had really happened. Please make sure you check your pets before paying or even leaving the store. This is the worst experience I have ever encountered with my fur baby .

    The store itself is ok with what they have stocked. I wish they would sell more things for saltwater aquariums. The last couple times I've gone the store hasn't been so clean. It's really sad to see how they have the fish. Most of the tanks for the fish were filthy with a lot of the fishes dead. Ive never had an issue with the customer service but last time I went I asked if they can matched the price that it showed online. The item was $80 in store and online was $40. It didnt say anything about online only ordered or anything like that. I asked an older lady with short hair that works there if they can price match that. She asked to see were I seen it so I showed my phone and showed Petsmart website with the price. She said they were only able to price match half of that so I would be getting it for $60. I asked why and she gave me a very short and aggravated answer to how "that's how things work". I ignored her and went to the cashier where a very nice lady took care of me. I asked her the same question and she didnt hesitate to price match as long as I showed her on my phone the price. I rather take the extra drive to Petco or my LFS now 😐

    I wish I had read the reviews before taking my puppy to this store never again! My puppy was not the same when I picked him up from petsmart he looked sad and scared he didn't want to play or eat all he did was lay down later on I went to see what was wrong and noticed he has broken blood vessels in his eyes . I am deeply disappointed because I was excited he would get groomed for the first time. 0 stars, if possible!, and to think i was going to sing up my puppy for training here, it hurts me to see him like this 💔 Now I regret not driving those extra miles to petco. I'm sure it would have been worth it.

    Update: September 27, 2022 I rescue (2) 6weeks old kittens, they had lots of fleas😔 we named them S'mores (it's a female) and Brownie (male) ..They are doing fine now. I rescue cats & kittens so it is mandatory to come to PetSmart for the food I need for them... For some time now it has been a bit difficult to find all the food I need for the cats, but I know it is something that is happening in almost all stores In and outside of the country. The store is always clean, the staff is very friendly. I am sharing some of my rescued cats and kittens..

    DO NOT COME HERE - I brought my dog for grooming and me and my daughter decided to wait in store. And we kept seeing how rough they were handling our poor dog. At one point, we even heard our poor baby cry but as I was on my phone, I couldn’t tell why that happened. And then they took her to the back. We decided not to say anything because this was the first time we had stayed for the whole grooming and didn’t know if this is how they’re supposed to work. But I was nervous because even a lady waiting next to me mention how this is the reason why she doesn’t bring her dog here. They aren’t professionals and don’t know how to properly handle pets. And she was right! When we got our dog back, she was shaking and had a cut in her paw! When I asked if that was the reason she started to cry, the manager stepped in and said that she got cut because she has dry paws. I told him that that wasn’t true because every night I do her skin care routine and make sure her paws are moisturized and well kept. However, the person was rude and said that if i had a problem to take her to the vet and let them handle it. Worst service ever. Never coming again. It’s so sad to see my dog flinch now when someone tries to pet her since that has never happed before. Now I will be taking my dog to another place that specializes on treating dogs that have been abused by PetSmart before.

    What happen to the nice people that worked here now workers are rude like they don't want to talk to the customers or something. It's good to see that the grooming department still has good customer service but the store side not good

    Luigi R. groomed my pet this time, my pet has never had any issues with any other groomer at this location. He does get scared by the dryer, and our usual groomer usually lets him air dry. She was not available today, so we decided to go with this groomer. I brush my dog every single day, somehow "Luigi" found several knots in my dogs hair and decided to upcharge for that, and then he also attempted to "upcharge" me for my dog not "co-opperating", which is strange bc this has never been an issue previously. It looks like to me he wanted to upcharge for everything, I wonder if this is based on commision? On top of that, he came in 15 mins late to the appointment. I have been taking my pet here for a while and have always left happy, and I don't mind paying extra if their service is good. Luigi has quite a few complaints on here, and because of this issue, I will no longer be coming here. People like Luigi do need a huge attitude check.

    If I could give zero stars I would, but I’m giving one star because I’ve witnessed the mistreatment of leopard geckos at this location. As a store the staff members are nice and I’ve never had a bad experience but it has become apparent to me that the staff is extremely under qualified to maintain certain animals. As a leopard gecko owner myself, I’ve done sooooo much research and asked many exotic animal care takers/ veterinarians on the best ways to maintain and care for them, and one of the basics is it’s best to not keep multiple geckos in a single inclosure because they become territorial and fight. Over the past several months this location has kept several (4 or more geckos at a time) in the same enclosure and during that time I’ve seen many of them have lost their tails. A geckos tail is a very important part of body where fat is stored but beyond that when their tail is lost it’s evidence of extreme stress on the animal. I suggest this location take action to ensure the welfare of their animals is taken more seriously and that staff members are properly trained to not over crowd these animals.     We appreciate the care and attention PetSmart’s grooming team gave to Otis. The 5 star service, explanation of care for our senior dog and sweet attention made us feel heard, well taken care of and we also understand the previous unpleasant visit Otis was under high stress. It’s beyond our appreciation, thank you for using your remarkable talents, we are so thankful once again for taking care and the incredible service. We are beyond blessed and thankful ♥️ Otis is very happy & playful - we also want to say thank you for making us feel welcomed with comfort.     I took my 5 month old German Shepherd Scooby for a Puppy Training Class at the Pulaski Petsmart with trainer Yadira. She was fantastic!! My puppy loved her and did what she asked. She gave me pointers what to do at home to train Scooby and showed us how to train him to be a better puppy. I had questions out of class and she gave me her number to text her and she replied so fast. I will be thinking about going for another class for sure as long as she's the trainer. Thank you again!!

    Ready to cancel my Autoship orders with this company! I stopped by for some treats and litter. Having already needing to go to the bathroom I thought I could squeeze in the visit and just use their bathroom. Well to my surprise the bathroom at this place is for "employees only" (such a bogus policy) nevertheless I begged the employee and later the manager to let me use the bathroom as I already felt leakage. Well, the staff refused to make an exception for me even after I explained that it was a serious emergency. The staff very much preferred that I'd soil myself or pee right on the store floor than to bend their policy for someone in desperate need. The manager chose a "company policy" over her humanity. Might have to price around for my products because PetSmart ain't it after that. Just look how they treat people, can't imagine what they're like to pets.

    Fabio is excellent at what he does. He went above and beyond to help us with a complex return during a busy period and he was more than happy to quickly solve our problem. It's people like him that make this a very friendly and welcoming store. Thanks Fabio!

    Took my furry baby for all 3 training courses. Beginners, intermediate and advance plus a trick class. We all enjoyed and loved the classes. Watching my furry baby bloom was so exciting. I will recommend taking the training courses with Yadira(Trainer) she was very helpful and always answered all of our questions on a timely manner. It was an amazing experience and highly recommend.

    I took my dog Charlie for the Beginner education course! I loved it. The trainers name is Yadira. She helped me train my dog and gave me the best tips for what worked for my dog and I. She will always respond to you fast via text or call. I recommend this course and will be applying for her next! Let's just say I could now walk my dog without looking like a crazy lady!

    When I can't find my pets what they need I go here and I've never had an issue with stock or employees they greet you and your pets at the door and offer a wide range of services

    This is my local store and visited often. I prefer going to smaller owned businesses, but Petsmart makes booking more accessible. I still visit when I can't get an appointment at a smaller place, however big pet peeve is when a handler drags the dog across the floor because the doggy isn't voluntary going along. PLEASE don't do this guys. Next time I see this I'm simply walking out and not returning, I'd prefer to see more professionalism.

    Took my new cat for grooming and nail caps and the cat groomer was really great and super nice, and the whole appointment was super quick! Would definitely be coming here from now on!

    This was my first time taking my dog here to get groomed. Luigi R. was the groomer for my pet and he was not patient at all with my dog. When he grabbed my dog on their blue leash to check his nails, he was practically choking him and I could hear my dog struggling to breathe. By far the worst groomer I’ve ever had. If you’re thinking about taking your dog here to get groomed PLEASE DO NOT BOOK LUIGI R!

    Was asking questions and needed a professional opinion about a new product I was going to purchase and the 3 cashiers told me "there's instructions in the box" and walked away, the Mexican guy with mohawk looking hair, older white lady with short buzzed hair, and young Mexican girl. They need new staff their customer service is terrible.
