Awful! Bourbon chicken is soooo nasty!! Is it even chicken? theres more tendons and whatever it is, than meat..yuck!!!! the sweet n sour chicken is pretty good.. the fried rice is plain yellow no veggies or flavor.. the egg rolls were good.. the bourbon chicken might be cat.. im afraid to even feed it to the cats now!! yuck!!

This used to be my favorite Chinese restaurant, however since the new owners, the food and customer service is horrible. Nothing we ordered taste good. The egg rolls taste like boxed ones from Walmart. I called to ask why the food quality was so bad and they told me that is how it was supposed to taste and hung up on me. $50 on a trash can of food. I will never do business with this restaurant again.

Bourbon Chicken 🤮This was undercooked and absolutely terrible. I am not one to ever complain and to think of doing a Google review is extreme. But I called up there and had a conversation with a young man who offered one singular replacement which was perfect out of my $40 meal. I then received a phone call back within minutes from a young lady arguing with me that there is nothing wrong with the food. It turned my stomach and made me ill. I explained to her that I did not want a refund of the entire meal everything was wonderful but this one . I explained that I come there several times a week and I am absolutely a regular and to lose the business of a very regular customer over one dish, a customer who has never complained before was crazy. I told her that we would not see Eye to eye on the issue and that was the end of the conversation. I will never ever go back to this place again because of how I was treated and because they served me undercooked chicken. I will add though as bad as this food and experience was their Sesame chicken, sweet-and-sour chicken, and crab Ragoon are very good.

Used to drive out of my way to get food from here. Used to be really good, but since the new owners, the the food is just not as good. I can go to closer restaurants for the same thing at this point. Unfortunately, we will probably not return.

VERY DISAPPOINTED.....egg rolls were burned on ends, hard to eat, should never had been put on plate. Had sweet &soured pork, the batter on the meat was not cooked, rice was hard , not moist. Sesame chicken, how do u cut broccoli with plastic forks, no knifes. 2 make matters wore, diet dr.pepper was as flat as could b, poured it out went back 4 diet coke, same way. A wasted $26.58, and no this was not our first time, n that it was a monthly night out...not anymore. It is our last night out 4 them

I have never been disappointed! The food is great,especially the Hot and Sour soup, and the people are so sweet and welcoming. I will definitely go back.

Never had a bad experience here, and customer service has always been great! The food is delicious, too. Honestly, it's my favorite Chinese restaurant around!
