They were beautiful. Smoked sardines with pomodoro, tomato sorbet, coriander, red onion and basil oil. This was the star of the show and guessing the flavour of the sorbet defeated me (I hadn’t translated the menu detail before ordering).Prawn salad with lobster cream, cabollino toppings and toast was the one that possibly needed more seasoning but was really filling and enjoyable. The house red was a more than adequate accompaniment and we finished off sharing something chocolatey that the waitress recommended. Prompt service. Reasonable prices. Great dishes. Minimal veggie options, as per the Spanish standard. I’d return if there weren’t so many other places to explore.
