Aegis is a great place, when your ready to end your heroin addiction. Aegis gave me the tools and counseling to live a normal live after addiction life. Without aegis I don’t know where I would be! Dead probably the way I was going! Then aegis and my life changed for the better. I got everything back, little by little. Today I have a job a house a car and I’m getting my kids back.

Aegis is the VERY BEST PLACE when your tired OF THE STREET. From the very first moment that you walk through the door they welcome you with relief from the everyday struggle that using brings. The counseling ROCKS. The medical staff ROCKS.The management ROCKS. Every angle of the rehab experience makes it SO EASY to be in recovery. If Aegis didn't exist I would honestly be close to death or in prison. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR THE CHANCE TO BREATH AGAIN.....CALL AEGIS. I have been a patient for 2 years now, they are so very good at working AT YOUR pace.I was a heavy, extreme, daily user. From the very first day that I started at the clinic, I NEVER again had to wake up in fear that I would be sick, or go to bed in terror that I wouldn't be able to sleep. SERIOUSLY! CALL AEGIS they will help you in ways you never even knew possible...

Aegis has been a major part of my life and still is to this day. My counselor and many of the staff have helped me tremendously over come and concour so many obstacles. Not many people understand or even take the time to try to understand the trials and tribulations we face on a daily basis but Aegis has. The hardest part of anything is starting it and I believe If you truly want the help go with Aegis because they understand and probably seen it all so they'll show you where to to begin. 😀

I'm thankful for this place. I truly am . Even more for the employees that take there job seriouse enough to get there EARLY, to make sure everything is up and running. There is no place for us to sit and stay dry in cold wet whether. Not even our cars because someone will just steal your place in line. Even though you get there 1hr early so u could make it to work. Its under new management, and the care for us patients is ignored.

Best treatment center anywhere. The team there never give up. You are treated like family. They give you back control of your life, which is nice to have.

Be updating soon, waiting on a descion. 🙏 Unfortunately there is an awful nurse working at this location, her name is : "Noemy" Noemy is a bully, rude, unprofessional and thinks she can treat patients as if they are garbage beneath her! Sadly, I witnessed a patient trying too report Noemy this morning...due too staff being "too busy" and the patient had work and children to get back too, this latest incident was unreported. As she was filling out forms (the patient, I mean) other patients came out with their own stories of being bullied and treated not just rudely but that "nurse" tries her best too provoke fights/out bursts from patients. She's an angry, mean, spiteful employee that I'm shocked is still employed here! I do want too give chico aegis praise for the great employees who do care, are compassionate, great people, very professional specifically: Rachel, Thomas, Vita, Layla, Lauren, Martha, Melissa, and a couple others I don't know their names. Point is Aegis chico would be 5 star, not below a 4 star if Noemy was not working their hurting people and getting away with it. Patients could easily relapse or worse being treated as trash. It's sad. Nurses should actually care and have good bedside manner. Hopefully change will come!

I would say nicer things about this clinic except the lack of concern when there's problem with their required counseling. I keep getting held from dosing when a counselor, I've no perm counselor has not did due diligence to do the counselor appt,
