I have been getting my nails done here for about 10 years. Very friendly and welcoming. I love going to see Tracy, she actually takes the time to make sure my nails are to my liking. They were nice enough to take me as a walk-in for a gel polish mani/pedi while my daughter got a full acrylic set done by Tweety.

They were super sweet and really patient with me since I wasnt entirely sure what design I wanted on my nails. Since my nails are short I didn't think I could get flowers, but they made it work and it looks amazing!!

AVOID THIS PLACE! I went here looking for a new nail salon and no matter how bad the nail salons I used to frequent were I have never ever had a nail brake! Not only did it break but I didn't even do anything for it to break I went to tap my nails on the table at work and it just fell right off!

Tweety is the BEST! She always does exactly what I ask for and does it perfect! I personally think she’s the best nail artist in western mass! She also does them very quickly and is precise and affordable! I highly recommend her and the Chicopee Nail Studio….from what I’ve seen they all seem to do a good job!

Ive been going here for almost 2 years now and I just want to say I love everyones work and customer service. I could be having a bad day and being there for just a few minutes gets me in a better mood. Not to mention Alex always nails what I ask for in reference photos! :)
