湘南台文化センターこども館 地下の駐車場は、２時間まで無料。９時台の到着で、すんなりと地下駐車場に入れました。 １２時頃になると、駐車車両が結構減っていました。 昔と変わらず遊べるものもあれば、壊れて遊べなくなっているものもチラホラありました。 小学校低学年位までなら、楽しめるかと思います。 我が子は、１時間半位地下の展示室で遊んで、満足していました。 展示室利用で大人３００円、子供１００、未就学児は無料。 ２０２２年のゴールデンウィーク中は、感染症対策で、AM枠、PM枠で入場を分けているようでした。 ・地下一階は、展示室。 ・一階は、受付とワークシップ（有料工作２００円位） ・二階、閉鎖中 ・プラネタリウム（別料金）

湘南台駅から徒歩3分程度。地下一階の展示室の入館料は大人300円、就学前の子供は無料です。それほど広くはないですが、色々と遊べるものや珍しい展示物などがあって、子供だけでなく大人も楽しめます。

If you're looking for a place to take the kids when it's raining this is the place! It would also be nice to explore the outside on nicer days. My kids could have stayed here all day. I have a 6, 3 and 1 year old. The facility had a 70's vibe with antique toys, instruments and games the kids could play with from around the world. There were multiple stations they could explore. The face painting station was also a hit among many others. It's definitely worth the drive! We were there for 2 hours and parking was free, not sure if they start charging after a certain amount of time. It's 300 yen per Adult and my 6 year old cost 100 yen. The others were free.

If you're planningto spend a ton of time here, you'll be disappointed. The exhibits on the bottom floor are easily tired of within an hour, with most of them either being basic toys or board games from around the globe, or simple science exhibits. The floor above hosts a computer lab with some learning games, and a host of T.V.s all playing childrens programming. We didn't go to the planetarium. All in all we spent approximately 2 hours inside and that was only so we felt like we got our money's worth, despite admission being quite inexpensive.
