We visited Manali in mid Dec 2023. Our stay here was very comfortable and pleasant. The rooms were very clean and neatly maintained including the bathroom. Heater and hot water was available 24/7. Very friendly staff (Shabnam and Ravi) from front desk and overall good service. Food was very tasty and the kitchen staff were also very friendly. Location is just near the mall road. Overall a very good stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. Facilities, new rooms renovated and good looking rooms. Neat snd clean washroom .There was a staff in front office that help us to local sight seen she was very helpful and polite.

Clean and beautiful ambience. Very helpful and polite staffs. Good quality food. I would say that it is a perfect place to stay with family. I along with my two kids stayed here for 3 days and satisfied with the kind of service I received.

Sounds like a cozy spot! , the view from a hilltop is usually pretty spectacular, but the river adds that extra touch of tranquility. I'd say that's a solid 9.5 out of 10. The combination of a beautiful location and the luxury of room service is hard to beat. Perfect for a cozy, snowy retreat!
