    Pooja is more of a life coach to me and is the best yoga teacher that I have ever come across. She is very patient and did not push me to reach the desired asanas till I got my complete strength and flexibility to do them all right. My lower back pain reduced within a week of attending the classes. I opted to do the self care course, which, of course was an amazing experience in itself. I am very glad to have learnt so many asanas in a way where I can use the gained knowledge to do them myself when discomforts or tiredness takes over the body. The self care course has given me the confidence to do yoga at home independently keeping the postures and breathing right. Pooja's knowledge about the anatomy of the body is simply amazing. She always has answers to all the questions that I have. Being a keen observer and a very good listener she used to teach some exercises or asanas that weren't part of the self care course just to increase my strength and flexibility.

    Pooja, thank you so much for the tips & techniques to improve flexibility. Her attention to detail make for a great instructor! She uses that perception to help students to correct & improve techniques while also catering individual plans to achieve individual goals throughout each session. She also has the critical ability to reach out through a personal level and understands the situation. I recommend her classes since she is punctual, professional and most of all a very good human being.

    I met Pooja in December for my back issues. She is extremely professional in her work. I liked her style primarily because she is not only a yoga trainer who works with body ..She works with patient’s-mind and body both. Her style to deal pain/ problem in detail by talking with patient, analysing their emotions and connecting it with body is what i found more interesting… Her involvement in patients issues is also i appreciate. Can sense the empathy she has for the person in pain. I wud definitely recommend to visit her not only when body has issues but also when one one wants to lead a life with a FIT body and mind.. Thorough Professional !!!

    I got introduced to Inner Saga after my back surgery . I had been a regular at gym thus far and i was forced to get better through yoga because of the surgery. I cannot thank Pooja of Inner Saga enough for the holistic progress I have had with my health through regular practice of yoga, At Inner Saga, there is one on one supervision and correction of posture and this is the differentiating factor from other yoga centers. Therapy through yoga is not only healing but helps you be mindful of the body and overcome the limitations gradually whatever the age. It has been a wonderful experience for me.

    First of all, I'm glad I decided to reach out to InnerSaga for help with my joint and back problems. Although I was a bit skeptical at the beginning, right after the first consultation visit, I knew I was in good hands! Pooja is highly knowledgeable and passionate about what she does, and with her keen listening & observing skills and calm & patient nature, she makes a wonderful teacher. The calm home enviornment and soothing music also creates a very positive atmosphere to learn and practice. In the 5-6 weeks since I joined InnerSaga, I've already felt a positive change because of the focused stretching, strengthening & meditative routines I've been learning. I honestly believe now that with the right self-discipline and application, these lessons can last a lifetime and immensely help overall physical and mental health. I cannot thank Pooja enough for the sincere interest and effort she put into helping me improve my overall wellbeing. That level of commitment is not something easy to find, and I only wish more people could benefit from this. THANK YOU.. 🙏

    I know pooja since last of 4 months and I must acknowledge that she has been one of the best yoga therapists. I had severe disc bulging issues and with her help I have been able to make significant improvement in my back health. She has insightful knowledge and she works on every micro details of ones yoga and medical requirements. She has been perfect blend of knowledge, experience and meticulous programs that not only short terms but permanent healing of your body. Kudos to her.     I had undergone a major cervical surgery; and the recovery period had left me with weak muscles and pain. Pooja worked with me every day and helped me manage the pain and slowly regain my strength, patience and confidence. She is very sensitive and aware of everyone's challenges and helps them with exercises, with modifications, that works best for them. Her teamwork attitude and one-on-one attention during each session is what makes all the difference. What she said stuck with me--You are not at war with your body. Work with it. Thank you, Pooja!

    Its a year back story. I met Puja, medical yoga trainer and Councellor when I was in peak pain phase due to L4L5 slip disc. Her calm nature, understanding the problems, her guidance and commitment towards treatment is amazing. She helped me with Yoga based exercises that relieved my pain in a very short period and I m back to my routine. Thank you Puja. Highly recommend her service

    Attending the yoga classes with Pooja has really made me understand : a) yoga asanas better, and b) Helped me in gaining flexibility. c) Majorly about which stretch is for which part of body. Pooja madam understands the requirements and problems calmly and gives her attention towards it and solves it well. The resting asanas which she makes us to do is one of the best part. Every session was always refreshing. The individual teaching time which she gives to us during each sessions makes us to understand things at best. Overall I would like to thank you madam for providing best tips and techniques on improving in yoga asanas.     3 years of constant pain and suffering came to a hault when started my therapy at Innersaga with Pooja. I have had slip disc, cervical issues, knee injury and joint pain issues. I started feeling the difference and relief in a very few days of starting my treatment. Pooja has extremely good knowledge and she looks into the minutest details of ones medical history and designs the program accordingly. I am really grateful to her for helping me in the healing journey. This is the best in Sahakar Nagar/Yelahanka/Hebbal area in Bangalore.
