It was actually disappointing experience. As we entered the restaurant there was a damp smell of the cleaning cloth used for cleaning tables, lost half appetite. And then there were flies around the restaurant. We ordered starters and main course and told them specifically that get the starters first (though it's very obvious they are supposed to get starters first). They got the main course first. Very unprofessional. The chicken kebabs served were were dry and and no chutney or sauce was served. We had to ask for mint chutney. In the main course the egg curry was so water and pretty bland taste. Even guests sitting next to our table had similar complaints. I think you seriously need to correct some basic services in your restaurant. Good luck!!

One star only for few staffs, very very badly maintained. No respect for people coming there . The ac kept there is for fooling customers . If you really hungry in that route then visit, or pls avoid this restarant. Half of things in menu not there . Not cleaned when its rush. Trying to sell what they want . I ordered full plate ran biriyani family pack. 1693 approx. i liked the pan outiside restarant.

Overall okay okay experience.. Had taken Non veg Thali along with Pulpy Grape juice.. Juice was perfect.. But Thali was not upto the mark.. curries were not at all tasty.. ghee rice or plain rice given in the Thali had lots lots soda that even 2-3 spoons of it filled the stomaches..

I recently visited this Empire Restaurant and it's definitely a go-to place for me now. The location is perfect as it's near to my office and they have ample parking space which is a big relief in Bangalore. The restaurant has 2 floors which gives plenty of seating options. The food was amazing and the tawa fry chicken is an absolute must-try. The staff was polite, attentive and the service was quick. I've been here a few times now and it's always been a great experience. The only thing that disappointed me was that they do not keep any soft drinks. If you're looking for good food, great service, and a comfortable ambiance, Empire Restaurant is the place to go.

I have heard so much about empire but my experience here was exact opposite of what i expected. The waiting time is so so long and the food didnt even make up for it despite being so expensive. The chapati they served us was so dry and tasteless as if it was cooked long ago. The pepper mutton masala was good and spicy, But not upto the price tag. We ordered 2 shawarmas which they said will take 10 minutes to prepare but they kept saying 10 minutes more after every 10 minutes. We had to cancel it in the end. Some guy (manager i guess) yelled at another staff infront of us which is very unacceptable in a restaurant like this. 🚻✅️washroom available ♿️❌️no wheelchair access 🚘❌️street parking 🚰❌️paid drinking water only

Was really disappointed in food and service. Had pepper mutton which was okay. Chapati was dry. Ordered shawarma and they asked to wait for 20 minutes. Even after 30 minutes we didn't get the order and had to cancel it. The manager shouted at a staff infront of us. That's inappropriate. Not wheelchair accessible ♿🚫 Handwash and bathroom facilities available ✅

A good family restaurant at Bannerghatta Road. They serve late night also. The seating arrangement is quite good. They have seating on the ground and first floor both. Now coming to the food. Quantity is very good. More catering to South Indian cuisine. North Indian food options are also good in taste but not great. Overall you can give it a try for late night cravings.

This place serves a great non veg food. We visited several time here. The coin parata, butter chicken, ghee rice, kabab and grill chicken are the best. Waiters are friendly too. Must visit place

Ghee rice and pepper chicken gravy. Tasted good. The ghee rice here is too good. The pepper chicken was average in taste.

Was horribly shocked to find 90% bones in the mutton biryani. I would rename it BONE BIRYANI!! Suggest NOT to indulge in this “shaadi ki biryani” even if offered for FREE. I ordered 4 nos with a lot of hope to have a nice Sunday dinner…but was disappointed beyond measure. The flavour, rice quality, mutton quality and quantity-all parameters failed. The attached image tells all.

Kabab and shawarma is an all time favourite here. I would say almost all non veg food is very good here. The place in the evenings is crowded and sometimes difficult in getting a table to sit. I have been coming to Empire for almost 10-12 years and the same taste and same type of service and experience had been carried forward all times.

I recently dined at Empire Restaurant in Arekere, Bangalore, and it was a delightful experience. The restaurant's warm ambiance and friendly staff immediately made me feel welcome. The menu offers a wide range of mouthwatering dishes that cater to various tastes. I particularly enjoyed their signature biryani, which was flavorful and aromatic. The portions were generous, and the prices were reasonable. If you're looking for a place to enjoy delicious food with a cozy atmosphere, Empire Restaurant is definitely worth a visit!

The most Affordable non veg restaurant in bangalore. Tawa chicken wings is a must try here. Apart from that, grill chicken and kebabs are famous in this restaurant. The only issue I faced is that the waiters take long time to bring water to our table.

The kababs were good. But personally I didn't enjoy the raan biryani which was suggested to us. Otherwise I am an Empire fan for non veg food. The table we got was cramped. Too close to the table. Uncomfortable seating ( in fact we told them about it.)

We had a takeout recently and as usual the food quality is good. The dry pepper chicken is finger licking good. The ghee rice and the parathas are always freshly made. I had been to this place for dining as well but I would recommend a take out any day as it gives you the freedom to have the tasty food at your leisure.

Food was quite okay but the service was not good we ordered Manchurian chilli chicken and biriyani. A little heads up we had biryani was only available in kgs and one plate is enough for 2-3 and keep that in mind we had a lot of left out food. Also chilli chicken was not that good could have been better(not bad though but not the best i have eaten) rest everything is fine.Prices were also reasonably good.

I had bought bucket chicken biryani in the afternoon, and the food was good in the afternoon but by evening the food was spoilt and smell was coming. Half bucket biryani was spoilt and we had to throw it. Please try not to give food which has been cooked the previous day. If food is not there just say that ,than taking from us the full amount and giving us the previous day.

Worst ever food I want to rate 0 for the food and service we ordered grilled bucket biriyani were it was like plain rice n paneer was having no masala in starters. Kadai chicken was like sambar with boneless chicken pieces.prices are too high for quality of the food served.

Lunch at this establishment with colleagues was delightful. The well-maintained and well-ventilated ambiance created a pleasant atmosphere. The excellent service enhanced our experience. We ordered delicious chicken tandoori, tandoori rotis, and separately, a refreshing salad. Overall, it was a great dining experience, and I highly recommend a visit.

I regularly order from this restaurant and chicken biryani is my favorite but sometime the taste is good and sometime it is like 1 star especially when I order it around 11 pm...........Edited - For the first time i went there for dinner but the service was very slow, had to wait for more than 1 hour just for 3 items, and also it was very noisy like a roadside dhaba on ground floor, worst service!

We had dinner on this restaurant it was pathetic, next day we got throat infection, chicken was not baked/cooked properly (photo attached), find blood stain. I don't think it's worthwhile to visit again.

Empire Restaurant has changed a lot in terms of what it use to be in the past. Right from the attitude of servers to the quality of food it has been drastic change towards the negative side. It is just now for the name for which people come here. This place use to be favourite spot for biryanis, but, now there are quite good options available in the vicinity which serve yummy biryanis.

Empire has been one of my favourites from a very long time now. All the non vegetarian dishes are very good and vegetarian dishes also taste amazing. Few of my personal favorites being Shaadi ki biryani (a must try), shawarma roll, butter chicken and in vegetarian dishes, ghee rice and dal fry are my absolute favourites.

Affordable non veg restaurant in Bangalore. Have tried most of their branches and food is really good. Personal suggestions to try out are chicken biryani, biryani rice, pepper chicken dry, chilli chicken boneless, popcorn chicken kabab with a mint mojito. I’ve shared Menu pictures below for anyone who’ll find it helpful :)

Not good experience, ordered Empire Oota. Waited for more than 20mins to get the food, 10 more mins to get coin parotta which is part of the Oota. Chicken kebab was uncooked with stains of raw blood! 🤢 After pointing it out waiter replaced it. Not worthy!

Nice food. Sitting tables are very neat and clean. Staffs are very humble, they suggested dinner options and few options for my kids too. We tried kebab, murg tikka, masala papad, salad and Mutton Rann Biryani. Quantity was satisfying and we were full. My kid and wife enjoyed the services of restaurant. Thank you. Will visit again.

Had heard a lot about this place so thought of giving it a try. I have had horrible experience in terms of food as well as their service. We had ordered mint mojito, chicken biryani, paneer chilli & alfaham chicken. The drink was ok ok. The quantity of paneer chilli was too less. Also the taste was not good. The chicken biryani was worst of all. I couldn't eat it. It was that bad. Their service was too slow. We almost waited long to get our order. And they didn't have many items that we wanted to order. The price was not at all reasonable. Would have given negative rating if there was this option.

I went to eat sharwarma here. Waste of my money. Even roadside shops will prepare freshly. He gave me already made shawarma which is cold like hell in banglore weather and full of add-on other than chicken pieces.

Food was great but some of the items on the menu were unavailable.. like the basic soup and a few other starters even though we were there for dinner at 9! They said it was too late to place an order for them.. mutton biryani and chicken kabab are the usual favourites, mutton raan and chicken wings were great too!
