Nice and clean environment and with good security staff, the area has spacious place to walk and lot of people have pets at their apartment. Only problem is with the mosquitoes and t urine smell around the bush and the apartment parking gets flooded every time the rain is continuously coming

Well constructed and maintained housing complex, superior to anything Mumbai can offer in the same price range. In comparison, Mumbai builders are cheats, all big names included.

Casa Paradiso. The best place to live. Surrounded by greenery. Beautiful gardens, exotic flowers, lawns, swimming pools, clubhouse, gym, library, indoor badminton court, tennis court, lovely place, helpful staff, great neighbours, residents, well maintained flats, the best place, overall.

Serene, beautiful place. The society is ~9 years. It doesn't look like that old. It's maintained very well. For buyers, be aware that the roads are relinquished to BDA. They are to be public roads ultimately. Refer the approved plans for reference. The project may not be great once the roads are open for public.

Monetizing public roads for kids, charging maintenance and spreading noise at night after 2 years with rowdy Suresh as apex committee head. Sobha City notoriously known for RWAs managed by DK Shivakumar , KJ George and Nalapad Kerala nexus protected by Tharoor and Rahul Gandhi is slowly grabbing public roads belonging to BDA as grounds grooming teenagers to shout screech in night even in dark. Instead of increasing playgrounds Sobha Ltd or getting their kins to join expensive clubs which are also inflated by migrants, it is known for changing emails , committee heads, blaring noise festivities and charge exorbitant maintenance without white paper or receipt which is now compromising police and occupying roads. The video shows how a group of owners with Apex committee head rowdy Suresh have colluded with local Kothanur / Sampigehalli Police and are using bus bay/parking area till night playing football and basketball in a small stretch of 20-25m with 20-30 odd children causing unbearable noise in apartments facing them. Mental instability and drug addiction cannot be ruled out with help of police to some of these troubled ones are pampered by DPS and DK Shivakumar's daughter's NPS so much that one jumped of 19th floor and another was nabbed by police for offensive post against celebrity death. Complaint to Police commissioner and DM also have gone unanswered. Many owners have affiliations with AIPC of Shashi Tharoor which is turning out to be rowdy association. Two police officers with car number 111G 222G reside is apartment whose road has been blocked by one end and half filled with cars 24x7. This is a new trend in RWA microcosms where kids are groomed to become anti-social elements for political leverage of RWAs . Similar cases of police officials given apartments in Bengaluru to suppress complaints are increasing while RERA courts are compromised and Supreme Court is unresponsive to such matters unless owners have not formed groups. This city was INFAMOUSLY also known for construction noise from adjoining Bhartiya City till 2-3 AM from 2017-2020 during which the same political nexus blinded BBMP and BDA.
