Property is very good compared to other places but you can't expect good service, food is average

My experience with Hi Win Hotel in Chilaw, Sri Lanka was extremely disappointing. The manager's irresponsible behavior of constantly changing room prices left me frustrated. Initially, they quoted 5500 LKR, but after I inspected the rooms and returned to book, they abruptly raised the price to 6500 LKR for room no 203 and 7500 LKR for 202. This inconsistency and price manipulation are highly unacceptable. I strongly advise against staying there. A clear and consistent price policy is essential, and raising prices without justification is unacceptable. ❌❌

Best Hotel in Chilaw, all staff are very friendly and chef's foods are soo amazing Comfortable and clean rooms, highly recommended.

Food was ok, rooms were good, we had a great day with the pool and everything.

Upstairs the rooms were clean and nice but no lift, staff was friendly and helpful. Cottages were hopeless and not upto standard. No wheel chair access.
