The worst place I've ever been to! It has a good front and everything but as soon as you walk through those doorsssss, you'll regret it 😶. The food it terrible I ordered a lasagna meal and lasagna it's self was still frozen 🥶! The salad🥗 and chips that went with it were old. And the garlic bread......... 🍞 they had actually just got it from Woolworths down the road. Awh terrible place, staff and everything!!! 😨

My wife and I ate here and it was not the best experience. Her lamb shank was good but my Pork Chops, the chef's special was pretty ordinary, over cooked and dry. The service was slow although we were told it would be slow because of the backlog of takeaway orders. However, we still waited for around 50 minutes for just two mains. The price was a bit high for the quality delivered and perhaps the pub across the road is a better choice.

Called up and booked a table when we were 40 minutes out of town. We told him the time we would arrive and he said that would be fine. We were disappointed when we got there and the lady told us that they just took there last dine in for the night and we could only get takeaway. There were people there who had just sat down and she didn't care at all that we had called ahead and booked. Food was great, but the service was disgusting.

Unbelievably surprised by this place! Delia’s pasta meals and very helpful and friendly staff. Meals hot and quick! Fresh ingredients and well presented meals. Stop here on your way through Childers!

Best service on an unplanned busy night. Great smiles, service and can do attitude and meals were delicious! Rated best Surf n Turf in Qld from a well travelled North Queenslander and fresh, hot and tasty meals all round. Top job!!

We ordered a bottle of wine with our meal and it was promptly brought to out table with an ice bucket. Interestingly the 2 glasses were of a different size. This added to the quirkiness of the quaint restaurant. The table settings had black tablecloths and an overlay of black and white with two water glasses, good salt and pepper grinders and lovely plastic/silk flowers. The food was the usual sort of pub style food, an extensive menu including pizzas and chef's specials, and we chose the latter. The lamb shank was unfortunately only luke warm and my pork loin chops were accompanied with chips and salad and apple sauce. The salad dressing was one of those squeeze pack things. The staff were friendly and pleasant. Childers has several eating places as well, a club and two pubs. I supported it because it was a local small business.

Mother's day lunch.Very surprised with the interior of this bar & grill. Walked past many times but 1st time actually entering. We chose the smorgasbord but had the option of ordering from the menu. Great selection either way. Unfortunately the roast meats were a little tough & dry but the vegetables were cooked to perfection & the choice of salads were endless. Will definitely try it again.

Just had a really nice fish burger her and I was not disappointed at all. Great value for money

What a little gem of a place. Very extensive menu to select from. Fast and friendly service, cosy atmosphere and good pricing. We were pleasantly surprised when told of the complimentary soup and dinner roll and loved the vegetable/salad self service bar. Highly recommended 👌
