    We as a family usually only go to the Andes clinic and we have not had a bad experience either in the care with the doctors or when we have gone to the emergency room. I personally had my birth 9 months ago there and all the staff treated me very well. I highlight the attention of the young man who charges for parking as he is very attentive and proactive. The bad: the attention of the secretaries on each floor, they always respond angry or curt. The tens vaccination center that gives the vaccines is excellent but as always the secretaries always serve with a bad face. Everything else we agree with.

    Quiero compartir un reclamo formal ante la doctora Andrea Isabel Aranguiz Cáceres, quien se negó rotundamente y con pésimo trato a atender a mi padre, paciente de tercera edad, con discapacidad, diabético, el cual presenta una herida grave en su pierna, por el hecho de presentarse 10 minutos tarde a su hora agendada. Atraso, que por lo demás, fue generado por recibir, por parte de la clínica, una indicación incorrecta de donde se encontraba la consulta de la doctora. Esto fue explicado a la doctora y aún así, su respuesta fue “es sábado y tengo que llegar a mi casa, tengo una niñera que me está esperando para irse”. Es entendible que tenga un horario que cumplir en términos personales, sin embargo, esto refleja que de haber sido atendido a la hora agendada, está consulta no hubiese durado más de 5 minutos, ya a los 10 minutos ella no tenía intención de seguir realizando su trabajo y su profesión. Dejo este antecedente por este medio ya que en la clínica, por ser “día sábado” no había nadie a quien poder dirigirse y al momento de querer hacer el reclamo por teléfono fue cortada la llamada.

    Mi experiencia, mal servicio. Mi hija de 3 años tenía pabellón a las 8, llegamos una hora antes como nos dijeron y al llegar a admisión su hora de operación fue cambiada a las 10 sin darnos ninguna explicación, obligados a esperar y mi hija en ayunas desde las 5 de la mañana. La sala de espera, un pasillo con solo tres sillones (los de la foto), tuve que hacer la espera sentado en la escalera que estaba al lado.

En momentos pick las funcionarias deberían dedicarse a ingresar y no a quedarse analizando papeles, ni menos salir de su puesto para llevar a los pacientes a otra oficina, para esas labores deberían estar otras personas.     Pésima experiencia. Mi papá saco hora para realizarse una endoscopia a las 16.00 hrs con el Dr.Rodrigo Mansilla Vivar ( gastroenterólogo) y lo hicieron esperar más de 2 horas en una camilla porque el dr se atrasó, me parece el colmo que cobrando más de $100.000 por un examen todavía sean tan caras de raja para demorarse la vida en atender a alguien. Les pagan un montón para que atiendan más rápido que en el hospital y se demoran un montón.
