    Horrible service experience, I arrived 30 minutes before my time, 3 cash registers out of 7, my turn arrives to pay the bonus, and the cashier's secretary tells me that they will not attend to me because my fingerprint does not recognize it. His response was that simple. After having made a three-hour trip to get there since I live in a rural area. No empathy, just terrible attention. I would never return. Worst

    If they need to buy a voucher they have to go with a lot of time because the service is very slow, and if they go to the emergency room I hope it is not so urgent because the wait is also long. And as a suggestion to the clinic, maintain your fire extinguishers. The staff who take imaging exams are very friendly and dedicated 👍

    The clinic is a good medical center, however they still work with "defunct" doctors in terms of emergency care, which has declined greatly this year, being disrespectful towards the patients. You enter a box and wait 4 hours for the doctors who turn around and laugh with their tens while they have empty boxes and people for hours without even going to see them. They leave you forgotten in the box, once they forgot 2 hours to go and remove the IV and it was 30 minutes and if I didn't warn them they would never have gone to remove the IV. This shows that they forget and saturate their emergency department alone. Furthermore, those who admit you treat you coldly, the tens are all angry and if you complain about something they will inject you roughly on purpose. They leave a lot to be desired if you compare them to the Andes clinic where they always treat you well. A waste of money to go if you are sick, the care is not free and expensive. Minimum receive decent treatment. I would prefer a thousand times after so many bad experiences to go further to the Andes but make sure they won't treat me badly or forget me in the pits.

    Mi mamá fue a solicitar una hora para hacerse un examen cardíaco y estando ahí mismo le dijeron que tenía que pedir la hora por teléfono o por internet. Llamo y contesta una máquina que te da opciones que no sirven cuando presiono el número. Cero sentido común con la atención al público.

Encuentro una pésima atención, mejor decir de una vez antes de sacar un ticket que el médico no atiende atrasos, en cambio uno como paciente si debe esperar 30 minutos hasta por un ticket, ni si quiera por la atención médica que habitualmente la hacen en menos de 5 minutos. 2.- para poner un reclamo por este mismo tema pura burocracia, más demora, no están las personas en sus puestos de trabajo y llevo más de 40 min esperando. Es decir tampoco se cumple con uno de los derechos de los pacientes que es el de poner un reclamo por escrito. 3.- las personas de atención al cliente, también pésima atención. Partiendo desde la persona que está a cargo de los tótem para los ticket, luego la secretaria que hasta interrumpe cuando uno habla y ni saludan. 4.- hagamos salud de calidad, de todos los que conforman en este caso esta clínica.     Fui a ver un traumatólogo qu me pidió me haga una radiografía y vuelva a la consulta, el médico vio la imagen por el sistema,me pasaron un formulario para que deje mi correo para y me la envíen y hasta el día de hoy, nunca me enviaron la imagen, lo peor es que no soy de Puerto Montt.

    Mal largas filas para pagar bonos larga espera para imagenologia teniendo ya hora agendada. Ruidos en espera para medico. No se escucha cuando llaman. Las secretarias deben gritar para llamar encuentro falta de respeto para ellas y los pacientes. Esto en consulta medica. En endoscopia lo mismo una sola persona trabajanndo para tantas pacientes y solo para retirodeexamenes. Igual los pacientes terminan aburriendose y se enojan con las secretarias que no tienen culpa. Espero sea mas ordenado ya que todos quieren una buena atencion.

    Mi hijo llego a urgencias con 40 de fiebre. La primera atención bien. Le bajaron la temperatura. Pero lo que no me parece. Es que salga sin diagnóstico. Solo agregaron que era un virus no especificado. Ahora no se porque enfermedad paso mi hijo. Y al momento en dar de alta vomita en recepción y nadie se preocupó fui a avisar y solo se miraron entre ellas.
