Oh my gosh!! First bite was amazing. Owner working the grill who was extremely nice giving suggestions and even offered that if I didn’t like something, he would re trashed what I got and made me something else. Food is of very high quality and the prices are very reasonable. The chili is homemade each day and add a great layer of flavor to the burgers/hot dogs. There’s only about 15 or so seats, which leads to the total local vibe. All drinks are in a bottle, and they feature Cheerwine and Sun Drop. Food is made in record time to get customers fed or out the door. This is a cash only place, so make sure you have enough to pay for your food and tip. Make sure to recycle your empty bottle before you step out the door. “Another Day in Paradise”

What a great little find. If you appreciate local businesses and humble people this is the place to inspire you. I stopped by there one afternoon and did not know they were cash only. I tried to stop my order and they refused saying "get us next time". What? Huh? Are you kidding me? Kindness unprompted? It was so awesome it took me back for a second. This morning I got them back "next time". Last time it was a chili burger and this morning bacon egg and cheese sandwich. I recommend you stop by this bare bones dinner/grill. Don't worry I left some extra cash for anyone else that forgets cash.

Blow in, order fast, grab food and sit - these guys make burgers and dogs for a hungry lunch crowd that varies from golf dudes to road construction workers, and tons of locals in between. We haven't done breakfast yet but expect it to be as tasty and quick as lunch. Bring cash, as they don't slow down for bank cards. Few frills, but clean and comfortable. Love this place!

We stumbled onto this Grill on Saturday for lunch. Our party had a hotdogs all the way, cheeseburgers all the way and fries with the nostalgic bottles of cola. The cheeseburger was so good that I had to order a second one before leaving. The staff working was very engaged and a joy to talk to! I definitely will be back to this establishment and highly recommend that you give it a try!!

I have been coming to Brian's ever since I was student of China Grove Elementary, Without a doubt I always have to stop in at Brian's, Delicious Hamburgers and hotdogs and now breakfast too.!!!

Clone like of Hap's in Salisbury....including Hrs & Menu. Brian's does include Breakfast sammies & French Fries! Doesn't have standing in lines like Hap's but does have sit down spots!!

A great place for a hotdog or hamburger! Be sure to get your soda in an old fashioned glass bottle. I love the chili. Very much like Hap's Grill in Salisbury but with chips and fries (and breakfast apparently!). I very much look forward to my next trip, and how to earn a place on their Honor Roll.

Quaint little shop in China Grove with hotdogs and cheeseburgers. No slaw but great chili and giant burgers. Cash only but an atm next door.
