The woman on the drive through literally said “thanks for choosing meth today, how may I help you” I’ve been here many times and not sure why she said it. Can’t prove she did. But her and I know she did. I just had the frozen mocha. It was not thick enough, they almost always make me ask again for whipped cream, and obviously some of them are pretty judge-y

This store has gone downhill. Sat at the order board for 5 minutes before anyone said anything to me, finally place my order, waited another 4 minutes. My wife asked for less ice in her coffee, instead got about 4 whole pieces of ice. I Got a maple bacon sandwich, both parts of the croissant were the bottom half and the sandwich itself looks like it could have been put together by a two year old. All of the snackin' bacon was out of its package in the bottom of the bag holding all of the food. The bag that held it all wasn't even opened up, just food shoved in the top. The people running this store, letting these kids work this way, should be ashamed of themselves. Save yourselves some time, and frustration find a different dunkin.

The lady at the counter didn’t even pretend that she wanted to be there. I got a bagel with cream cheese and I expected there to be a knife with it just to get down the road and nope! (No knife). I also got a frozen lemonade that tasted like I was drinking straight lemon juice. I had to put at least 27 packets of sugar to even tolerate the taste. We ordered three bagels and it took 15 minutes to get done. Just to wait that long and have a cold bagel with one solid lump of cream cheese in the middle.

Every time I come here, for the past few months, the waits for someone to take my order, to paying for my order, to actually receiving the order is on average, 30 mins. That's assuming no one is in front of me. If there is, good luck. Tried ordering on the app as well to maybe hope I'd be able to just pick it up, nope. Still a minimum 30 minute wait for anything. Half the time they forget to add something, request for the drink back, then make it again anyways. I've have 9/10 visits end in me wondering why I keep coming to this location when it hasn't improved. Save your time and just find a different location. It'll ironically be better to drive an extra 10 minutes for decent service, correct orders, and time saved.

When you can get someone to take your order.... iced coffee is burned more often than not (based off the last 45 days, it's 1 in 3 not burned). Or they're out of cups, and over charge cause they run the card, before making the coffee. I feel bad for the people that work there. They seem thrown to the wolves, with no management.

Waited for nearly 20 minutes for one coffee on the dining area while they served every single car in drive through. They didn't even glance in my direction by way of apology. I'll wait till I get to Augusta from now on.

Love that the lady taking my order got it all the first try, and I didn't have to repeat myself at all. Highly recommend getting a medium frozen with 2 pumps caramel, 2 pumps french vanilla, and 2 pumps raspberry. As a pregnant woman, this has been my all time favorite craving.

Excellent customer service. The cashier was super sweet and another crew member was really welcoming. As per Dunkin’s usual standards, the coffee’s pretty nice as well! I recommend this location.

All I ordered were 3 pup cups for my dog and a stack of bacon snack this and apparently they were out of both whipped cream and bacon. Waited 15 minutes in line to get nothing.

Only giving these stars because of Lucas. This location should have more employees like him!! Always courteous and with a smile. I wish he was a manager and then maybe the rest would follow suit.

I recently visited Dunkin' Donuts and had a fantastic experience, largely thanks to the exceptional service provided by employees Lucas and John. Their friendly demeanor and dedication to customer satisfaction were truly commendable. Not only did they ensure my order was perfect, but they also went above and beyond to make my visit enjoyable. I used the drive through for 2 coffees. It was a 5 minute wait with only one car in front. The gentleman at the window said, “I’ll be with you eventually,” with the same demeanor you would expect from a person after their cat died. Another 5 minutes pass and my order gets taken and I drive to the next window. Dead cat guy vacates and now a lady comes to the window. A few minutes pass, she opens the window and asks me what I ordered. I tell her the order and she hands me the two coffees that were right in front of her. Upon receiving the coffees I get coffee spilt all over my lap and vehicle followed by a blank stare like the teller had just seen a gho…gho…gho…ghost. No napkins were provided nor offered. I understand that a plastic cup and lid are on the forefront of human technology and the staff only get paid a paltry $15 an hour to add milk and sugar to a coffee and occasionally use a microwave, but this needs to be sorted out. It is just embarrassing.
