Palms is something special. We've stayed at 8 different properties in Las Vegas in the last 3 years and none of them compare to our experience at the Palms. The price point for the rooms is similar to any strip property but the view with the floor to ceiling windows provides a phenomenal experience that shows it's true colors during sunrise and sunset. Everything is CLEAN, the rooms are new and clean, the casino is bright, clean and airy, the bathrooms are clean and they stock thicker paper towels than most casino resort properties. The casino is very fair, payouts are reasonable and keep you going so long as you're not a greedy player. Great slot variety and machines are well spread out throughout the casino floor. Bar staff throughout the casino at various bars were awesome and very much contributed to our positive experience and reasons we will return. Due to medications we had to make some special requests when ordering alcoholic drinks. Omar at the Tonic Bar remembered our requests after the first time and throughout our stay. Similarly, Oliver at the bar near Palms Place did the same thing. He also went out of his way to replace one of our spilled drinks by bringing it out to us on our machine free of charge. Just an overall incredible experience, we will absolutely be back.

So this is my second review. They didn't improve. There's no service on the floor. I was there for 2 hours and not ONE server came by. Had to go to the bar to buy a drink. Maybe that's The Palms plan.... Gets them out of giving you a free one. Lastly, bring your walking shoes cause they blocked off over 1/2 the parking in the parking garage. It's saved for the folks that aren't there. Not for the folks coming to spend their money, those folks have to walk a mile to give them your money. Take a drive, go see all the empty spots. You'll see a ton you can't get too on your way to the roof... Gave them a 2nd chance cause I'm a local. So many BETTER casinos on and off the strip that treat you like a guest and not a bother... Good luck everyone! You won't have to worry about the "what happens here stays here" cause you won't be getting any drinks here unless you pull out the old credit card.

Was able to get a last minute booking for a pretty good price. The casino is clean and even smells cleans. Beautiful bars and nice restaurants. Even a food court with cheaper options for food. The staff were accommodating and extremely welcoming. The casino is open, inviting, and sleek. The rooms were modern and felt clean. Some areas could have used a deep cleaning like the carpet and the bathroom… but compared to most places in the area and for the price, The Palms is phenomenal. Definitely recommend!

The staff was very nice and professional. They were eager to accommodate. The casino and spa was exceptional! The rooms however can use a really good deep clean. The carpet was disgustingly filthy. There was hair all over the carpet and shower so clearly the shower was not cleaned. After we requested they clean our room again and vacuum it was obvious and disappointing that they only ran a sweeper across the floor which did not help the uncleanliness of the carpet. If you stay here do not walk around barefoot.

First time in Vegas and loved it. The Palms Casino Resort was great. Customer service was good the rooms are very nice with a wet bar, the only downside was the rooms didn't come with a fridge or microwave to keep beverages cold or to warm up left overs if you had any. Otherwise it was comfortable. I went to Vegas initially for the Legendary Keith Sweat concert which he performed Friday night and Saturday night, I went to the Saturday concert and he's awesome the best performer and the best performance ever. He's a definitely a must see!!!! He performed right there in the casino, the theater is called the Pearl. I would recommend to any friends and family to stay here at this hotel casino. Vegas was a great choice as well as my choice to stay at the Palms Casino Resort. I'm definitely looking forward to another trip to Vegas and I would definitely will be staying back at the Palms Casino Resort.

My second stay at The Palms. The high level of service makes this my favorite spot. The front desk staff welcome you with huge smiles and accommodating attitudes, and this level of service is consistent throughout - from the drink hostess, cashiers and housekeepers. The hotel is off the strip so it’s a little quieter which is nice. The rooms are spacious, spotless and the beds are very comfortable. Great eating options for all budgets. I enjoyed Scotch 80 with excellent service from Ace. Already planning my next visit to The Palms.

I must say. That my stay here at Palms Place exceeded my expectations by far. I have stayed at many casinos in Las Vegas, including most of the casinos on the strip. But this casino and hotel by far was my best experience. Everything from check in to check out was flawless. I flew into Las Vegas arrived at this hotel and casino at 9:00 AM. The front desk was very accommodating and, I was able to check in no later than 9:15 AM. The front desk staff told me that my room was already ready and I didn’t have to leave my luggage with the bell desk. The food at this place hands-down delicious. The Buffet out of the few that are left in Las Vegas was great. The studio suite was clean all the amenities and the studio suite worked perfectly. The view from our studio suite balcony was amazing. The bed was very comfortable. It was 98° out there when we went. But inside of that studio suite you didn’t fill any of that.

This casino & resort keeps up with the tech with new games. Inside the casino its kept immaculate. Majestic architecture and design. The pool and tanning decks are awesome. Bout 6-8 private cabana type sectioned off individual pools for yourself and your company or companies. 2 pools as you enter the tanning area.the DJ is spinning records with a more than up to date audio system. They have great food & 💣 cocktails that the lovely & pleasant cocktail waitstaff will bring you to chill out and relax with as you endure the scorching sun.

Stayed here in July. Paid almost $300 for a night. These rooms need renovation. It is an older hotel. Our room smelled of smoke and sulphur/sewage. Air would not get colder than 72. Not that clean, hair in the bathroom, the mirror had that metal backing coming off it was so old. This seemed like a $100/night hotel. The casino and shops below were fine. When I checked out I mentioned the issues and they did nothing. Just said have a nice day.

My over all experience is I’m super pleased by the staff they were absolutely wonderful. They were all friendly and SUPRR helpful. So this hotel did give me a bad taste from the start first I had gotten two queen and they tried to put me into one king. Next we went to our room and going into the hallway it all just smelled of poop. When we got to our door it was cracked open and the room was definitely not ready. We did get a new room however. I think it’s absolutely crazy is that the toilets don’t flush in the room completely no matter how long you hold the handled down. ALSO the shower doesn’t have a thing you can close it and is just half of a glass door so water gets every where. I only gave this two stars due to how amazing the staff was

Stayed at the Palms for the 1st time ever, and my great weekend was taken by valet. Came in on Saturday, June 10th, a little after midnight. Driving from Long Beach, it took me almost 5 hours with traffic down to 1 lane on the 15 fwy. My buddy and I were so excited about our trip. We drove straight up to the valet and handed them my keys. Went inside and checked in. We checked into our room, and the room seemed nice and clean with a nice view. Keep in mind we never left the property on Sunday when I claimed my car from the valet. They returned it with damage to the left fender. I reported it, and they supposedly did an investigation, where they are saying the damage was there. I know every scratch on my vehicle, and that was not there. They refused to show me pictures or video of me driving on to the property with damage on my car. Too bad that they are doing this to their guests and very disappointed at the employee who hit my car and didn't report the incident. So make sure you take pictures of your vehicle before trusting the valet at The Palms!!

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. It had all the amenities you need in a hotel: rooms were clean and modern, there is a great Mexican restaurant, La Popular (I ate there 3x's -- so good!!), the pool was really nice, and the servers were very friendly and nice. HOWEVER, when I returned home I received a notice from my credit card company stating that a $24.23 tab (at the coffee shop in the food court) had a $91.15 tip listed on my statement totaling $115.38 (376% tip!!). Another tab from the Mexican restaurant, La Popular, for a $51.15 tab had a $26.00 tip totaling $77.15 (51% tip). Also, my business partner experienced the same thing on his CC from the Ghost Bar. So be sure to keep your receipts for everything you do in this hotel that requires a tip, and make sure your tips are accurate on your CC statement. ;)

Hotel is located just off the strip. It’s nice because it’s not as big as some of the other hotel, but it is easy and better to get around. They have the all you can eat buffet which is amazing. They also offer great shows here as well. The palms hotel was definitely nice and well kept. There’s also free parking offered as well, which is super nice. Like I’ve stated it’s not on the main Vegas strip, but it does give it an advantage to not be as crowded. Me and my family enjoyed our time here and ate many lobster tails on our stay! I would recommend to anyone looking for nice hotels in Vegas.

The rooms are a bit dated but the location is off the strip and good if you don't want the traffic. Quite area and good for walking at night as well.

There to watch the NFC Conference playoff game. Sports book screens are huge. Big spacious area. Comfy, living room like chairs. Machines in the sports book area to pass the time during half time. Would recommend the sports book at the Palms when your team is playing a high stakes game. Well worth it.

Enjoyed experience. Kind of far from the action but really don't mind. Problem was with the shower. I am disabled and there were no grad bars anywhere in the shower. And no bath mat. Very dangerous. Don't really need a bench but would have been nice. The room was large, very comfortable beds and they even had a throw blanket. Stayed there before the pandemic and might stay there again. Especially if they resolve the shower situation

Nice location off the strip with easy access to the freeway. Plenty of restaurants on-site and several fast food options within walking distance. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well appointed. My only issue was that the pool closes at 6pm

As a family, we went to the buffet for my son's birthday. 4th of July. It was worth it, no doubt. The variety of food available surprised us all. The cleanliness and attentiveness of the waiter was top notch. I advise to go hungry to explore and experience all they offer

I will NEVER stay here again for the following reasons: I did not receive the room I booked. Be sure to ask when checking in because they will give you any room. And yes, I immediately called the front desk and was told that they did not have the room I requested and PAID for but they wanted to accommodate me. The room smelled like cigarette smoke, the ac did not work properly (even by Vegas standards), and there was a USED, broken adult toy (yes, I have a pic of it too) on the floor. We tried to make the best of it, but this is ridiculous. We gave up and checked out early. You WILL too! You have been warned.

Nice and bright. There's a lot of food options for every budget. table games have reasonable minimums (mostly $10-$15) and they have a variety of slot machines. Dealers are friendly and helpful and drink servers are quick. I haven't stayed at the hotel so I can't attest to it's quality, but I def like gambling here.

I did not stay in the rooms, I am a local. Haven't been in here since it got bought by the San Manuel Casino brand based out of California. The casino itself went through a major overhaul between Covid and reopening and it looks nice. The buffet hours have changed drastically, so if you're looking for breakfast or lunch don't. There is however a very upgraded Café Serrano in the back of the casino next to the pizza place. The food for the most part was delicious, a Pastrami sandwich and the cheesecake were tasty. The service from some of the staff was great, while some of the others could use some work. Dan behind the little Sweet Shop counter is sweet and helpful as can be, with excellent customer service. The rest of the casino is refreshed and clean, sophisticated vibe. They took a lot out of the courtyard and upgraded it. You'll just have to come to see for yourself.

We went to vegas but checked in a different hotel because we wanted to try the newest hotel. We went to Palms to try the lobster buffet. It was expensive. Is it worth it? Yeah. We just focused on eating lobster. I only tried the steak once and the crab legs. Mom and I had 6 lobsters each. And we ate a little dessert after. The server was fast and very courteous, so we gave her an added tip.

This hotel was a 5 star experience that is reasonably priced. The bed was absolutely comfortable. Nice sized mini refrigerator. No complaints on having to get back to the hotel room from the garage entrance, even though I'm a smoker. Staff were professional and courteous. Most of all the hotel was quiet at night

The best casino especially if you live local. They really look out for their customers. They comp very nicely. Worth having a rewards card. Even gotten free tickets to show.. Gambling is great at least you get to play instead of just feeding machines all your money with no play back.. The palms is the best..

Only went for the buffet. It wasn't bad. The service was great, but the selections and quality they had wasn't really worth the price especially with a time limit. Maybe on one of the bigger nights like prime rib or lobster it is better, but we went on a Monday night. I'd say take the $40 and either go to a buffet not attached to the casino or to a restaurant you like.

Recently renovated so some of the rooms are great depending on the tower you are in. They don't offer any fridge space or microwave which is terrible, you have to pay for use of a mini fridge. The bottom of the sinks never gets cleaned as I found a razor, pick floss, and a razor cover along with Tom's of trash under the sink. Overall happy with the stay but could definitely use some work. Asked for toiletries and dental stuff but waited 2 hrs and never got it. Then went to front desk only to be told they can't help call and gave it delivered. It won't get delivered BTW. Indian casino so not wining anything here 🙄. Free parking and free valet which is great!! very clean Casino floor and restaurants as well

Stay here for 5 nights which was amazing. The front counter staff was friendly doing check in & out which the process very easy. The pool area was fun entertainment with a DJ with versatile music with drinks upon ordering. Hope this same vibe can be keep for the future. The life guards and staffing was polite and attentive. Had so much fun we be back in no time

The first room they put us in smelled like Yellowstone National park. They were quick to move us to a new room. Jeanette at the front desk took great care of us. The appliances in the rooms are a bit outdated but overall comfort and cleanliness of our second room was excellent. The free parking was very attractive to us and definitely is worth it. We will be back after the renovations are complete this spring.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I have stayed at other locations and none have compared to my experience here. I will not be staying anywhere else when I return. The service was good, they cleaned the room exceptionally, anything we needed was provided. The Casino was amazing they always refilled drinks and asked was anything needed. Smoking is not prohibited and even those rooms were nice and cleaned exceptionally. Its in a good location with other stores close by within walking distance. Definitely a 5 🌟 experience for me.

Great spot! This is my first hotel in Vegas and it did not disappoint. I stayed at the fantasy tower and the was clean! The light switches were a bit confusing at first but I liked the lighting. I had a great view of the residential area and the strip. It’s a bit far from the main strip so if you’re okay with staying in the area more than walking around the strip, then this is the best spot to be. The staff are kind and you can request housekeeping at any time with the service light inside your room. The hotel floors are non-smoke areas. The casino is a bit smaller than I expected but it wasn’t an issue for me. The pools are nice since perfect to relax in. If you’re looking to swim laps, I would suggest another place. The prices for the rooms were reasonable! One thing I would improve is the food selection (mostly in room service).

Definitely in my top three in Vegas. It’s refreshing to be off the strip, the casino is extremely clean and presentable and has a nice smell throughout. The dealers and staff are very pleasant. From what I’ve seen compared to the strip this seems to be a higher class casino in many regards. In terms of guests, people I’ve met at tables are very polite and friendly. I would recommend playing early in the morning as there aren’t a ton of tables. However, I’ve had great vibes and always enjoy having the table to myself. Worth a stay or a visit!

This is a clean, well maintained, and calm casino and hotel. The beds were very comfortable and the room was nice and spacious. There are plenty of places to eat. However, ZERO late night meal options, which is a major bummer if you're out on the town, are expecting to eat closer to your room. The bars are nice, but there are not a lot of seating options for people who are not gambling. The buffet was great and a great price, very good food, well maintained and clean. I don't recommend the spa. It was my least favorite in Vegas thus far. Several amenities were out of order in both the men's and women's spaces. The jacuzzi was pretty small and located right inside the locker room, the showers were hard to operate and the selection of shampoo, conditioner and body wash was like an after thought, no smell and not luxurious. It just was overall not a great experience. The co-ed lounge felt more like a dentist waiting room than a place to relax with your mate or friends of opposite gender. The staff was, however, very friendly. The prices are way too high for what is being offered here.

Only spent the night here, driving through. It's a good clean hotel. The thing that caught me immediately was the lack of cigarette smell in the lobby and casino area. I hate smoke, and my wife is basically allergic. We are pleasantly surprised walking in that that smell wasn't there. I also thought the layout was very easy, with easy access to food and entertainment around the casino area. Rooms were clean, beds were super comfortable, and the service was actually quite good. The people were very polite, well spoken, and it was above the average Las Vegas hotel. Check in was pretty simple with polite people. Checking out with just the same. Would I go back? I think yes. Considering there's a number of hotels to choose from, but I know what I get here at a reasonable cost, I was quite impressed.

The staff is incredible. The room was nice, clean, and big. STAY AWAY FROM THE SLOT MECHINES! They do not pay out. Their other casino, Yaamava, isn't like that. I lost a lot here. If you don't gamble then you have nothing to worry about. If you gamble at the slots, head for the hills!

It's about a 3.5-4 star place. It's not BAD. It's clean, rooms are plain but nice... Staff is mostly indifferent to nice... It's not a huge hotel and it's not on the strip. There's no real special draw to this one--- w/ so many other options in Vegas, I'd pick another...but again, there's nothing BAD about this one.....

Went to the all you can eat buffet. Had to wait in line a half hour so only had a little over an hour to dine. Server was slow bringing extras and asked us to leave 10 minutes earlier than what we were told. The buffet was fine but felt rushed. Crab legs and beef dishes were great.

We stopped to try the buffet. We were really excited to try it. I heard lots of great things. This place was mediocre. The quality of food was good but the variety and flavor was not the best. Not sure if it was because it was a Saturday and they were busy but not too many options. The options they did have nothing stood out.

So far one of the better nor spacious hotels I have stayed at. Loved the open and light design the room provided with a nice big comfy king size bed. Shower could have been better but liked all the colors and furniture. Also loved having a fully stocked mini fridge and other amenities for a reasonable price. My favorite thing is the free parking and valet. Through the hotel it is very nice with fun art pieces to take pictures with. Would definitely stay here again ! Almost forgot the best thing about this hotel was the beautiful chill pool they have there. Best pool vibe so far out of all the hotels I’ve stayed in Vegas !! Would come here anytime I want to have a relaxing fun chill vacation.

I usually always enjoy my visits to The Palms, I've never had a bad experience there. And I do enjoy their movie theater more than other theaters, the way the seating is setup and etc. makes the experience more enjoyable. So overall I'd recommend The Palms whether you're looking for a nice hotel room near the strip, a place to gamble, a place to eat or you're trying to go see a movie, The Palms is definitely a good location for any of those reasons. *thumbs up*

I am rating this place based on my CRAPS play because I play craps. This is my FAVORITE place to play craps because they have the BEST payouts for the SAT ( Small, All, Tall ) side bet option, and their craps tables are EXCELLENT, and I feel VERY comfortable playing there and the staff is very friendly and nice! The only small drawback is that you will have to play at a $15 table minimum if you play on the weekends. I don't know how it is on the weekdays though.

Palms Place is so underrated I feel like. I was pleasantly surprised with the location and the facilities the place offered. My room was super spacious: 600 sq ft, 1 King bed, 1 queen sofa bed, a Jacuzzi tub and a shower, both separate from the toilet. I was able to check in at 9AM with no problem. The hotel also has one of the best and affordable dim sum restaurants, Tim Ho Wan, and a nice laguna pool. The location is super convenient and quiet. I'd recommend this hotel because of their great value and lovely suites.

Glad to see that the casino has reopened to the public. This casinos and resort is hands down one of my favorites. The rooms are beautiful. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Never been disappointed with the food or drinks here. Most important though of course is the fair gambling the slots here have some of the best RTP percentages in the valley. Can't beat the luxury, good food and losses slots.

I love this place. I've only been twice, but I love it. I had comp playing dollars, comp room, and comp food. I went on a Sunday, left on Wednesday. I never left the hotel. Who does that in Vegas??? Considering I was there when the shooting happened and the last time I was there, I was caught up in the flood and stuck, this time I felt like I was on a real vacation, relaxed and rested. I wouldn't recommend the Mc Donald. Mabel's BBQ was good, so was Earl's.

I can’t state about the rooms but I can stay the staff at the check in desk and the casino staff itself are absolutely wonderful. My husband and I had questions and they were so helpful and they were beyond amazing while we were gambling in the casino. It’s a beautiful place and the restaurants in the casino are amazing. I will definitely come back again.

Our flight landed in early in the morning, and although our hotel check-in time was late afternoon, the reception staff were kind enough to let us check in a couple of hours earlier. This made a huge difference for us as we had a long haul flight. All the staff are very helpful special shout out to Eduardo who was very friendly at guest services. The rooms are clean and generously spacious. The hotel is situated just off the strip, but it is still very convenient and less noisy because of this. Would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking to stay nearby. There is also a Denny's Diner walking distance from the hotel.

We visited the Palms to gamble and eat and in both those areas they were terrific. They’re off the strip but their AYCE buffet was excellent, well priced and worth the trip. The casino had a good energy to it (we visited on a Saturday) and there was a wide variety of games and slots to entertain. Add in the free Valet parking and it gets 5 stars from us.

We stayed there because it was where an artist we had tickets to see perform was playing. The room we had was clean & nice, but nothing overly nice. No coffee, plastic cups or microwave in the room. Not much to do at the hotel either...Ghost Bar was dead, no club like at a lot of the strip hotels. We did love our lunch at the Palms Place. There was a gentleman who was working the front desk (Travarious) who was very rude & condescending to my Fiance and I (both separate interactions). Every interaction we had with a staff member wasn't great. Check in/out was slow. Room service for a pizza took over 90 minutes and they forgot out tea after calling down twice. Won't be staying there again.

No shuttle service provided to the strip is the only reason why they didn't get a five star rating. Overall I had a very pleasant experience at Palms.

The room is first class, very clean and exquisite. I wish it has a fridge and coffee maker available in the room. Casino slots was great with lots of machines. Lots of ATM/money changer. Restrooms are clean and well maintained. The slots just needs to be loosen up a bit to make playing more enjoyable, win or loose.

We decided to give the palms a try since they reopened, our stay here was great. Our room was very clean and big, but i really wish there was a fridge and a tub for me to use. I played on the slot machines and didn't really win anything. I tried their pizza spot that was located in the hotel, the food was good and tasted fresh with big portions. The walk to the strip was about 30 minutes. I would stay here again in the future, thanks for the hospitality!

The accommodations, service, eating and gaming opportunities were all wonderful. Everything was clean and accessible. The only opportunity would be to hire more service staff for the pool area, but since this was Memorial Day weekend maybe they are staffing up. In addition, I mistakenly left behind my computer bag. I noticed this once I was home. I called the resort and was immediately helped. They had a process in place not only to locate my bag, verify it was mine and seamlessly put it in the mail to me. I am more than pleased to report it arrived safely three days later. Bravo to all involved.

We stayed in the private owned suites, not the regular hotel and casino so our stay was a bit different. The rooms are very expensive for what they have to offer.. and this room was a little wore down and in need of some repairs and a deep cleaning. BUT.. the balconies held an amazing 180° view of the city and the mountains..

Just off the strip, The Palms is a great place to enjoy Vegas at a slower pace. A very easy trip to the Strip but far enough away that the evenings can bring relaxation and a few moments together with the ones you traveled with. We had a great 2 night stay, took in a Keith Urban concert, had a fantastic Italian dinner at Pasta Mia west, and spent a day in the poolside cabanas at the Palms. A great stay, affordable, and not exhausted on the way out! The perfect Vegas trip.

This was my first trip to Vegas, my husband's fourth. We stayed in a wonderful and spacious room for 6 days with an amazing view of the city. We thoroughly enjoyed the dining inside the resort and found a few favorite slots We spent some time on. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here. The only reason it was not a 5 star rating is the housekeeping. They didn't come turn down the room, when I asked why since we did have our button lit up for it, they said to call. We called and put in our request but only our trash cans were emptied. Very poor housekeeping here but aside from that, everything was perfect!

Fantastic experience checking in and the room was grand! Being just an elevator ride away from plenty of food and fun activities is a fantastic way to spend a few nights! Nothing beats the free parking and valet though, I'll start pushing my company to stay here just because self parking is rare in Las Vegas.

If you want to get your rest, yet explore the Vegas Strip. This is the place for you. The services are impeccable. Location is just right for clubs, comedy, relaxation and gambling. Without the craziness of the STRIP. You'll enjoy the pool area as well. I highly recommend this location for you and your friends/family.

I always enjoy myself in the palms. The floor attendant, porters, and especially, The Palms Rewards Team. The Rewards Team offers you a smile and great conversation in addition to taking care of your Rewards Business. I find myself hanging out in the area center near the eatery and near the exit. Here, I find comfort in being away from the crowd but still in the mix of things. I also tend to win in this area. The past has a nice variety of slots and tables. They have been able to offer the gaming slots of the old and successfully merge the new machines alongside. I also enjoy the wins on the progressive plays. As promised, if the progressive amount doesn't hit, you are sure to share in the pot, if you are playing and using your rewards card, when the time comes.

The Palms have many activities available for their customers. Many Restaurants, the steakhouse is my favorite. delicious food. Movies and shows lots of slot machines and table games. The rooms are beautiful handicap accessible. I love the seating arrangement at the Pearl . I haven't tried their spa, It's next on my list. I love all the new upgrades😁

The Palms and the Palms Place now this hotel here has some gorgeous rooms and offer slot of privacy and convenience. Some of their rooms are just absolutely beautiful, big spacious but not seeming empty and very well priced if booked properly. Also the Palms place hassome rooms and suites on Airbnb so look into those as well. You'll get a hell of a good deal. You'll love this place also. So hit Vegas up and enjoy your stay.

Review on behalf of my elder Aunt - She said she loved it and just told me to say “Why on earth would you not have a microwave or a fridge at least?? What if someone is diabetic and needs to keep their insulin in there?” Otherwise great location and easy access for her to get what she needed all week!!

Did not stay here but went for the AYCE buffet on Wednesday evening. The process to get in is a little arduous. Luckily, we arrived early enough to get in for the first seating at 2pm. I don't know if I could wait around for hours. The buffet was good and we'll worth the $64.99 as long as you like lobster. Also while we were there we joined the players club and they said if you earned 20 points you would earn a comp breakfast buffet. 20 points was easily achieved and we returned 2 days later for the breakfast/brunch buffet, which was amazing! The amount of options, the service, and the taste makes this buffet one of my favorites! Well worth a drive off the strip! Unlimited mimosas are $14 for 90 minutes and my glass was never empty. Definitely looking forward to going back on my next trip...

This is my favorite casino. It’s off the strip so you don’t have the traffic of it. Parking is usually easy to find and is a quick walk into the casino. The casino is very nice and well kept. It has all the games that you will want to play and customer service is good. The restaurants are very good the BBQ spot is one of the best in Vegas. I would recommend checking it out if you are staying in Vegas.

Fun casino! Several times I have stayed here and a few times the concierge has upgraded my room at no charge. Overall great experience, clean hotel rooms, good restaurants, casino/gambling tables are great.

I love visiting and staying at Palms. Such a great selection of slots and dining plus fabulous rooms and great team members. There are so many food choices and at all price points - perfect to celebrate when you’re winning and fill up on a budget when you’re not. We’ve always had great interactions with everyone at Palms, but James the butler really takes the cake. He is a wealth of knowledge with so many stories and fun facts about the rooms, the art, Vegas, and more. We consider him a friend now and look forward to saying hello every time we come to stay. If you’re lucky enough to enjoy a suite, save time to chat with James. Speaking of suites, our room in the Fantasy Tower was completely unexpected and blew our minds from the moment we walked in the door. Everything is lush, luxurious, and comfortable. The decor is stunning and we’ve pretty much decided we want to live in that in room spa - I mean the bathroom. Already looking forward to our next trip back to Palms. Thank you James and the entire Palms team!

I have to say I was very disappointed in this hotel. I probably should’ve tried Palms Place. This hotel is very dated and for what they charged a night I could’ve stayed at The Virgin Hotel which was better priced, brand new and very high-tech compared to this place. Our room was dirty, the bathroom had hair on the floor, there was only one usb port in the room and it didn’t even work. It was my husband and I and our two kids - we all have phones that needed charging and had to wait to use one charger because we only had one block. I understand that this a casino too, but our room reeked of smoke. Also, most hotels give you two pillows per person, this one just gives you one. The shampoo and conditioner bottles look like they’re from the 70’s. I’m not a reviews person - I have better things to do with my time, but this time I felt the need to share my thoughts. We won’t be staying here again.

Overall a nice place to stay. I did think the bed was too soft so I didn't sleep as well as I hoped. Service was great. Location is nice... just far enough off the Strip to be able to get away from it when you want but close enough to enjoy downtown Las Vegas when you want to. Two complaints.. the pool hours really stink, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. during the weekdays. Would be nice to have the pool open longer hours. Also the fitness center is only open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. these hours make it difficult if you're there on business and have early or late meetings.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Palms Casino Hotel, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the sleek and modern design of the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed with comfortable beds and luxurious amenities. The views from the room were breathtaking, overlooking the Las Vegas Strip. The staff at Palms Casino Hotel were exceptional. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any request. The check-in and check-out processes were seamless, making my stay hassle-free. I thoroughly enjoyed exploring the various dining options at the hotel. From fine dining to casual eateries, there was something to suit every palate. The food quality was top-notch, and the service was impeccable..The casino at Palms offered a wide range of gaming options, and I had a memorable time trying my luck on the slot machines and table games. The atmosphere was vibrant, and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. One highlight of my visit was the breathtaking rooftop pool. The views were simply stunning, and the pool area was well-maintained with comfortable loungers and attentive poolside service. Overall, I had an exceptional experience at Palms Casino Hotel. The combination of luxurious accommodations, friendly staff, fantastic dining options, and exciting casino made it an unforgettable stay. I highly recommend Palms to anyone visiting Las Vegas.

Posting this one hour after check in…. Check in and valet good. As we walk to our room there’s someone working on the toilet. We waited about 5 min outside the room while engineer finishes whatever was going on in the bathroom. We start to settle in when I noticed a few surfaces had not been cleaned. Shower was also full of hair (wish I took a picture). I called in housekeeping to take care of the cleaning but they switched me to a different room (5 floors down!) I’ll see how this continues …

My daughter found a pill of some sort in one of the closets, shower was backing up when we showered so we had to ask them for a new room which we had to go downstairs for since the room phone didn't even work! When we got into the new room went to use the toilet and the seat had black stuff on it. Called for towels and waited almost an hour for them. However the front desk ladies were very nice and went above and beyond to help me with my company's needs and the resort pool was very nice

Was excited to stay since my husband had been here before and loved his experience. We rented the suite and it was spacious with great views.I give it a 3 because of the following: 1) the room was not clean, there were grease marks on the bedside table 2) the toilet kept on making noise all night 3) ice machine in room was not working and I needed ice as I was recovering from a surgery and had to ice every 4 hours 4) sink in main bathroom would drain slowly 5) full kitchen and no kitchen items 6) somewhere by the end of the bed the rug lifted and there's something that stabbed my foot So disappointed 😞

Love their A. Y. C. E. Buffet but they'll rush you out if you get there before they're switching from brunch to dinner. So plan your visit before 3 pm for brunch or after 4 pm for dinner. Waiting time is at least an hour because the line to get in its usually long. They also have all you can drink mimosas during weekend brunch.

We live in Las Vegas. Have always loved to go to concerts at the Palms. Had not been inside of the Palms since before Covid shutdowns. Had a concert canceled at that time. They have new ownership. It is not the same. They supposedly did some remodeling. Couldn't tell. Not anywhere as clean inside or on the outside. The doors we came in at were dirty on the outside. Kind of beat up at the corners along the glass and brass. The employees not as nice. We always saw Security Bike Patrol in the parking lot. No sign of any Security, period. They need to see what Station was doing. It was much nicer. Sad.

Our 20th Anniversary was one to remember. We were in Rm 51101 with an amazing city view. Ate at Scotch 80 Prime (top notch) hung out in an upper level Cabana with our own pool. Definitely recommend it for special occasions.

For an off strip casino the palms is super nice and is definitely on the come up after falling off years ago. We went to the pool and had a great time. I will say it was a little empty for a pool party but still fun.

I stayed at the Palms Casino Resort over Labor Day Weekend and I can say this was such a great hotel to stay at and for such a affordable price compared to the major hotels on the strip. Although the Palms is a bit further away from the strip, it's right next to Chinatown and a short Uber ride away from nearby shops and restaurants and only about a 5-10 minute ride to the strip. The room was spacious and clean and the overall quality of the hotel was excellent. From the food options available at the hotel to the drinks and amenities, this hotel had everything that I needed throughout my stay. This hotel also has two resort style pools. One on the bottom and a rooftop pool for you to choose from and are both amazing! Another plus is that they have free valet parking which was so convenient for us! I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a cheaper and affordable option in Las Vegas.
