The Palms Place Hotel is a nice hotel that offers a lot of great features for its guests. One thing that is worth noting, however, is that there is no housekeeping service provided during your stay. This means that if you need fresh towels or your bed made, you will need to request it from the front desk. Some guests may find this to be an inconvenience, while others may appreciate the added privacy. Another thing to keep in mind is that the hotel charges extra for toiletries. While this may not be a big deal for some guests, it's worth noting that the cost of these items can add up quickly. Despite these minor drawbacks, the Palms Place Hotel is still a great choice for anyone looking for a luxurious and convenient stay in Las Vegas. With its complementary valet service and easy access to the Palms Casino, it's a great choice for anyone looking to enjoy all that this vibrant city has to offer. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and elegantly decorated, and the hotel offers a variety of amenities to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

A nice hotel not far from the strip. I stayed for 1.5 weeks. The service was okay up until my last 3-4 days. Housekeeping didn't service my room for 3 consecutive days. I called for service on the second day and was told someone would service the room. Four hours later, still no service. Housekeeping finally ended up coming at 730 pm...after my second call. The third day of no service, I called around 1 pm and asked what was going on, as this was the 3rd day my room wasn't serviced. I asked the housekeeping rep if I was going to have to call daily for room service. I was told "we actually prefer this" 😵😵😵... I'm sorry... when did housekeeping at a "luxury hotel" become something you have to ask for? This is standard at the most basic hotels. Overall, the studio suite was spacious and very comfortable.

The MOST DISGUSTING place we have ever stayed at. There were dirty, most disgusting, smelly socks in the closet. The faucet was broken, and the floors were so freaking dirty. I would have been better off staying at a motel. It's just not worth spending so much money to stay at this hotel. We told the front desk. We were told the room would be cleaned. That never happened.

Came to visit for Convention. Booked the King Suite Mountain View. Long walk to the Casino proper but easy access to everything. The sky bridge was a great idea and I felt safe as some security measures were applied—-to make sure no random guests linger at the premise. You need the room key to use the elevator. The gym was huge, a little dated but functional. There’s water dispenser and towels available. The reception staff was polite. I guess it’s standard now to ask each time you want the room cleaned for most hotels. Mine wasn’t cleaned for three days. Late check out wasn’t approved. I was fine with those. But huge less points —-they didn’t have water and coffee in the room. Is it a Vegas thing? To be charged resort fees and miss this basic, standard need?

I got the one bedroom suite. This place went down hill 👎🏾 No access to the balcony but I’m spending all these hundreds of dollars 🫠🤔 that’s the only reason I bought the room and they excuse is security purposes or you have to be an owner or stay there over 30 days to have access to it🤦🏾‍♀️ they want you to pay the bellman to take your luggage, you cannot use the luggage cart.. when you call and ask for utensils plates and cups they lie to you and say someone is coming but they never do. What a waste of over $400 🤷🏾‍♀️ I won’t be returning especially after a technician came and unlocked the door while I was in the restroom while I was getting dressed. What an invasion of privacy!

Pros: Love the shower/jacuzzi tub combo!! Large spacious room!! The pool is nice and stays open longer than the Palms. Staff is friendly and helpful. Cons: Rooms smelled weird, the bed is low and the footboard was crumbling. The shower was either too hot or too cold. We moved rooms and the 2nd room was much nicer! There are no dishes, pots or pans even though we had a stove (except 2 cups), might have to ask for them, The walk to the food and casino is long and scary at night!! Overall I would stay again and I would recommend to friends and family with a few warnings.

The rooms here are individually owned, so it’s a timeshare property. Keep that in mind when booking. So there’s no daily housekeeping, they only clean the room once the guest is checked out. With that being said, the room I stayed at was not clean. There was a stain on the toilet there still from the previous guest… thankfully not on the seat but still pretty gross. There were also stains on the trashcans in the bathroom as well. Cleanliness is definitely not a priority here. The staff are very nice though; They have no control over the issues here since the units are individually owned. Balconies are completely inaccessible, pool is only open from 10am-6, but they start kicking people out at 5:30. Overall, I would not stay at this place again.

I stayed here with my boyfriend for one week. I like the design of the hotel and the rooms but the housekeeping was an issue. When we checked in, I noticed hair all over the floor and some on the tub. I also found two fingernails from two separate full sets and a piece of glass in the bathroom. A housekeeper came up to clean and left more hair. The room smelled like bleach so I'm assuming a old mop head was used. I refrained from asking for help again until the last two days of the trip. The second lady came at least 5 hours after we called and left the light on. Thankfully she did a decent job. The last day was the worst. The housekeeper came hours later but she had a meeting with the staff at our door. We overheard something about overtime and having to be called in. This woman reached into the trash and left it on the kitchen counter. She then used those same gloves to change the bedding. The room design was nice but I wish I didn't have to stare at a balcony I couldn't use. It also would've been nice to have the washer and dryer but it really wasn't worth the cost of the upgrade. It's a nice hotel and the staff is polite but I think they need new management. I went for a vacation and spent a good amount cleaning. If they are that short staffed they should provide more cleaning supplies and toiletries. If this wasn't next to the Palms I would've been upset. That saved the trip. So if you don't mind cleaning everyday and buying cleaning supplies on your vacation go for it.

First time staying at this hotel, and I will definitely be coming back! Loved the small little kitchen that came with the room, perfect for longer stays. It had a microwave, fridge, stove, bar area, and even a food disposal! The bedding was simple but the view was amazing along with the cool bathroom with jet tub. Overall, it was a great hotel and very nice location, just close enough to eveything but far enough to still be able to get to local restaurants in a short amount of time. Would def recommend!

This was my return to Palms Place after the pandemic. I loved my room. It was gorgeous. I think they need to update the televisions in all the rooms. LCD televisions don't mesh with the style of the rooms. I would have expected Palms Place to know this. One major issue was the accounting process. I booked my room through Orbitz. I spent 6 nights. I traveled on a budget and made sure to have the amount I was supposed to pay the hotel. Upon check-out, I confirmed that I owed nothing. On my statement, it showed Palms Place deducted payment but turns out Palms did not charge me until 10 days after my trip. Even though I paid via debit, they never actually billed me. It has placed me in a predicament. Palms Place never gave me a receipt for my payments. Guests need to be aware and make sure that they have all funds deducted so no surprises will be in store two weeks later. After that, I would say Palms Place and Palms Casino will always be dear to me.

Not a bad place. It's changed ownerships multiple times in the last decade. This used to be the place to be. The club life and celebrities that hung out here a decade and more ago was world renowned. This was one of the places that helped modern Vegas get its name. So, coming from that and being such a hard act to follow, it's hard to not think of what it used to be. The remodeling in the casino is nice. Still one of the best buffets for the price. Really high class. (Except, I wish they would coordinate the music. The buffet has one track of music and the casino has a completely different track so if you sit too close to the casino, you hear both and it's not pleasant. At all. Disruptive to eating) This is actually the first time I've stayed in a room here. I can't say they were bad but I did not feel like the rooms match the rest of the casino. Which created another awkward rift like the music in the buffet. The casino has this classy upscale but kind of retro neon look. The rooms also have a retro look but it's more like east coast 80s airport hotel retro. Which kind of clashed. I don't know why I was given 2 double beds either and the entire side of this tower has a view of the giant roof of the casino which also made me feel like I was in an airport hotel. I thought I was getting offers for booking a night here but I was given nothing. I will say that I stayed here at the end of my trip when I was already kind of tired. I guess I was just expecting more but then again, like I mentioned, my memories is what it used to be and that's a tough act to follow.

I didn't stay in the hotel. I went to Laguna Pool House and Kitchen for dinner. Let me tell you, it was the best experience under new management. I visited this restaurant back in 2019 and was amazed at the customer service. It's been closed for 3 years. I jokingly wanted to visit, but it was actually opened, so I had dinner with my daughter. Our server name was Leo, and hands down, he was the best! Talk about consistency. There are no other words that can express the experience we had at this establishment. I highly recommend 👌

It's a good bargain. A subtotal of the Palms main hotel and casino, Essentially renting out the condos they could not sell. No room service. No minibar. Nice pool. Nice gym. Connected to the casino by an air conditioned elevated walkway. The staff is nice, but they just don't provide much other than a secure lobby and lifeguards at the pool.

This place was just terrible. People working at check in were rude and impolite. The room reeked of bleach when we entered. And the first night there we found a cockroach on my friends toothbrush that I killed and subsequently threw away the toothbrush. Soap and lotion were terrible products. And the property was filled with ghetto, abrasive people especially at the pool! It was really a place I should have done more research on and absolutely, unequivocally will never even consider staying at again. If you are looking to save a few bucks on a room, at least pick the Trump hotel or the Mirage before they tear it down, this place is certainly not worth the 200+ dollars per night.

On the surface the hotel is nice and looks clean but when you stay there you notice that it’s not that nice. There was no door nob on the bathroom door there was just the hole should have been. The hotel rooms are dusty and we needed an extra blanket for my friend who was sleeping on the pull out bed and the hotel had run out of blankets. The mattress on the pullout bed was so thin that you feel the metal bars underneath it and to top it off no one cleaned our room on our second day. Would I stay here again? No. Therefore I don’t recommend this hotel.

I wish I could give it a 5 stars but I can’t. The price was fairly decent in terms of location and the design but the problem was the MOTHS! oh my god I swear to god, I have no ideas where those creatures crawled in since the balcony door was locked the whole time for the safety reasons. Besides, the water power at a higher floor is not strong. The SPA was nice but it took forever to fill the basin. The glass door for shower looks good but not very practical. The water flowed through out the door and wet the bathroom floor, which made it slippery and messy. Luckily, the room service noticed the towel we put on the floor and added a decent drying rug without asking. I probably won’t stay here for another trip. Last but not least, don’t be surprised at a resort fee when you checkout. It could be another $100 more. It’s basically a LV new hotel scam applied everywhere.

Location is definitely in a shady area, but it's nice to be off the strip. There's a grocery store nearby and tons of restaurants. The rooms are great because they have a kitchenette. Clean hotel. It's nice not to have a casino, although you can go on the walkway and have access to palms casino. Some of their amenities are not as great as they used to be. If you go to the gym just know that there's no bathroom there. Also at the pool I know waitresses however it works a restaurant that you can get drinks and food. Great gym other than it not having a bathroom. Pool of does not allow you to take towels back together which is odd. Hotel does offer room service and valet parking. So parking is super quick and easy as well. I've stayed at this hotel many many times but this is my first time back since COVID and it was a little disappointing. The room itself was great though.

This is still my Las Vegas Hotel of choice and will remain so. I've been staying here for several years when I am not actually living in Las Vegas but instead am visiting. I've stayed over 150 nights here over the last decade. Great value, the rooms have stood the test of time and do not feel outdated or old, and its non smoking, quiet, away from the hustle and bustle and the biggest plus for me is that it is ACCESSIBLE - you can get right onto Flamingo Road with easy access to I-15, the Strip, or going west toward Spring Valley/Summerlin/Red Rock without having to deal with annoying strip parking garages and strip traffic to come and go. If you want the casino experience the Palms Casino is a short walk away connected via a bridge that is inside so you don't have to go out into the heat to get there if you don't want to. Great views, I usually pick a strip view but the view of Red Rock Canyon and the Western part of the metro is not bad either. My only gripe is not really something that Palms can do anything about, but its that the clientelle who patronize this place these days have gotten a bit sketchier and seedier over the years, which has lead to the property implementing stricter security measures. It's a bit inconveniencing at times but I realize it has to be done. I really wish the people who stayed at this property did a better job at respecting the property, respecting those paying to stay at the property, and obeying the rules such as no smoking or no partying. The elevators often smell like weed as if someone was just smoking a joint in them and the smell of weed often permeates the hallways, and even finds its way into my room sometimes. Empty beer cans/bottles are littered in the hallways and elevators. I also witnessed an all out Waffle House style fight on the property as well. If that is the type of atmosphere you want go stay on the strip or Fremont Street and don't stay here, leave Palms Place to those who are paying to stay here for the peace and quiet and smoke free environment.

Honestly everything is great except. Locked balcony when ad posted clearly shows several pictures of the balcony but upon arrival balcony says no access. I am a smoker and i don't smoke indoors so i was excited to have a place outside to go get my nicotine fix without leaving the building . I'll survive. Otherwise great spot with great views. Easy access to everything nearby. Would definitely stay here again

I stayed in two different rooms during my visit. The first day we stayed in the penthouse and the second a studio suite. The penthouse had great views, beyond spacious and a huge walk in shower with three shower heads. The downside of the penthouse was the a/c did not work in the bedroom and the TV did not work in the living room. Also there was oily handprints on the walls and the bed was uncomfortable. We booked using a third party app which we found out that it was a private owner so it took about two hours of going back in forth to find our booking. We also stayed in a different room that had nice views of the strip. The fridge didn't work well and the television but overall the room was spacious and clean.

The room was gorgeous! 😍 It smells nice throughout the hotel and the staff was professional and kind. I had a nice view of the strip and the walls were pretty sound proof. Alot of the fun things like the Casino, pool, and balcony were closed off. But their reasoning for each of these things made sense. You are so close to the strip you can still have fun.

Don't get me wrong, this is a good hotel. Beautiful rooms, beautiful bathroom, nice view, nice kitchen inside the room, but then, you have to pay the taxes.... and it happened that they were more expensive than the cost of the room itself. We booked in this hotel because of a offer. We payed 70 $ for a double room, which is a good price for Vegas. But at the end we had to pay 44,20 $ each day (88,40 $ in total for two days). I mean... we knew about the taxes, we did not know they are more expensive than the price of the room and, honestly, it does not make any sense at all. The offer was a scam. Moreover, we had no service: The pool is closed, the restaurant is closed, we asked for some tea bags and we did not have them, the ice machine did not work. Again, it is a nice hotel but be read to pay the double of the price listed, and for double of the price, there are probably better hotels.

Service at this hotel is really bad! Asked for full refund was only given a very partial. Wasn’t my fault that the hotel can’t keep rooms clean / sterile and have HORRIBLE service. Hotel is dirty, run down, and about to close. Dust was floating all over my room (for the 10 minutes we were there) we couldn’t even stand in there without sneezing constantly There is no security, bell service, valet, casino, or food. Theft here is at an all time high. Safe in my room was broken. Stay anywhere else but here.

This was my first time staying at this property. At first I wasn't going to stay because there was mixed reviews about it. After seeing the view, and all the amenities that came with staying here I decided to book. From the time I checked in to the time I checked out everyone was welcoming and so nice. There was free self parking, as well as free valet as long as you tip, and that was very good for me because I was always in and out and it didn't take long for them to get my car. The View was amazing, especially at night. I stayed in the 1 bedroom suite. It had a kitchen, two bathrooms, washer and dryer, Living Room with the open balcony, and a very relaxing jet hot tub. The shower was amazing too, because there were 3 shower heads. There was even cable TV with Netflix. Let's not forget the amazing fireplace that made the mood. The room was very clean and had a light fresh smell. The bed was so comfortable, and it was quiet. I loved the fact that everywhere I went was at least 5-10 mins away, so I didn't have to go too far, and some places you can walk to. I did have a pipe burst in the small bathroom, and when I called to let them know they got me a new room within 5 minutes and reimbursed me a day's pay back with no issues. I would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Vegas, because for me the customer service was everything.

Good value and service! The Palms is reasonably priced compared to other hotels in the area. The view from our room of the Strip and the mountains was amazing! Room was clean, and we felt the hotel was safe. The security was excellent! Service was very friendly. The sink in our room was backed up, and staff fixed it within 20 minutes of us reporting it.

We had a private room so it's hard to rate the service. Though it does seen to be prestine from what I can see. The room was clean but the bedding was real simple, very thin comforter. The rooms are pretty big but the do consider these studio apartments. The bathroom is sweet! Walk in shower with a jacuzzi bathtub. Location is wonderful, close to the strip and famous casinos. The view is wonderful. You see the entire strip and beyond.

Where to begin. The front desk help 2 🌟 once i arrive to the hotel I was told we cannot go to our room due to a supervisor checking off on our room. 1 1/2 hours later was told about a flood. Once arrived to the room. Smelled like the house keeper or someone with the hotel took bleach and poured all over the floor. The entire room smelled of bleach. The shower leaks the hot water handle for the sink leaks. Saturday night….another flood inside the elevator. Brown water everywhere. From the looks this hotel has a maintenance issue. All together 2 1/2 star hotel. Very convenient to the strip 5 ⭐️

Not as I expected. 1. I booked online through the hotel website for the Palm hotel ended up with the room at Palm Place the adjacent “extended stay” hotel next door. 2. Had to walk through a through the casino, upstairs (escalators were broke the entire 3 day stay) to a long corridor that has the nerve to have one of those airport walking escalators to another long corridor to get to the Palm Place extended stay. Mind you, you have to do this every day all day to get to the main hotel for casino, food or entertainment. 3. You must carry your key card with you EVERYWHERE. There are security checkpoints everywhere in the Palm Place which makes me think was I even safe there. You have to insert your key card on the elevator to get to your floor which made everything frustrating. If people have to hold on to the key card everywhere why not provide a lanyard or a wristlet or even a wristband like on cruise ships. 4. It’s pretty much dead at 7 pm that’s when the pool closes also the pool in Palm place is kid friendly so the few times I went to the pool it was kid over load and also the pool side service is extremely slow. Several time I had to ask staff for the check or even to place an order. 5. TRASH EVERYWHERE. Trash bags left in elevators, trash left near room doors for days and I had to complain about trash left in the elevator waiting area on a friends floor. You know what happened? The trash was swept to the side instead of being picked up and thrown away. I informed the hotel on my way out for the day and came back to the friends floor later that night and that’s how I found the trash swept to the side. 6. There was calcium/lime built up on the shower heads. 7. Mold/bacteria in the ice. 8. A/C was not cooling - but that was fixed 9. Room door does not close shut behind you. Must yank and pull door close. 10. Find another place to stay honestly it’s not worth the price. 11. Balconies do not open!

The hotel units are privately owned. The hotel does not have anything to do with these units. The hotel does not provide housekeeping or toiletries. $50 for towels PER DAY. $95 for housekeeping PER DAY. They will not come and fix anything. The unit has 2 TVs, and 1 did not work. Coffee maker did not work. Toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, etc. come at a cost. For paying close to $1000 dollars. These things should be provided since the booking website states in the amenities that dialy housekeeping. Room and fixtures working conditions. Nothing. Horrible experience. Would not recommend. Call and confirm details and amenities before booking. Have them send you an email. So they can not backtrack on the offer. It was not a good experience from such a highly rated property.

The rooms used to be top notch but over the past couple stays we’ve had rooms that have had broken lamps, or not working lamps and the couches and chairs are looking worn. They did finally start to open some of the balconies again for use, though we had to drag the kitchen chairs out to sit in out there. There does seem to be a lack of outlets to plug into, but having a mini fridge to put leftovers in and ice maker for ice was nice, our bottle of champagne was kept nice and cold.

Where to even start. DONT STAY AT PALMS PLACE!!! Me and my wife came here for our wedding. The first issue we ran into was we had called a two days early to confirm our booking, and they did not have our reservation. We sat on hold with countless people before finally being able to verify our booking hours before check in. We had asked if we could do an early check in, and were told that couldn’t be done but the room would be ready for us at check in. Check in says 3pm. We had drivers coming to pick us up to get to the wedding chapel at 6pm. Upon check-in we were told the room wasn’t ready yet. We sat in the lobby holding our luggage, wedding dress and suit, until 4pm when we asked again when the room would be done. We were told they had “just gotten housekeeping to the room and it would be another hour to hour and a half.” They had ZERO regard for the fact that we were getting married and now have no place to get ready. As a bride, this had my wife in meltdown mode. We ended up having to Uber to another hotel and get a room there to get ready in. Then, we got into our room, and there was a room directly across the hall from us that had a water main burst. Water literally everywhere overflowing into our room. Again, were left in a situation where we needed to get ready, because we had show tickets, but couldn’t even shower because hot water was completely gone for days. We couldn’t take a bath in the suite we spent a fortune on. The bathtub was the main reason we wanted to stay at the room in the first place. Outlets were broken, televisions in the unit weren’t working. We didn’t have access to the balcony, probably a good thing because by the last day I was so frustrated I was ready to hurl myself over the ledge. The key cards stopped working multiple times, which caused us to continuously have to go to the lobby to replace. There is no room service aside from the one restaurant on location (The Laguna pool house and kitchen) and they are only open from 5:00 to 10:00 p.m. So coffee in the morning is out of the question unless you want to walk a mile to the main casino. When we talked to the Palms about switching us into another room we were told no. They said there was nothing they could do. To fix the water, they just told us to leave the water running until the heat returned. So now we just had an humid room with faucets running in every sink however, the hot water never returned. They were extremely rude and unsympathetic about everything. We will NEVER return here and we come to Vegas often. Lost customers and bad reviews will be made everywhere. Every time we were in the lobby, there were others in line expressing similar issues. It was just one inconvenience after another.

Loved my stay at Palms Place! I’ve stayed at many resorts on the strip, and now Palms/Palms Place is one of my favorites. In short, the resort is beautiful with interesting art, great food, and mixology. It overall has unique and cool vibe- feels luxury, while laid back. I think you get incredible value here. I booked directly through the hotel for the one-bedroom suite mountain view at Palms Place. I was upgraded to the strip view, which was AMAZING. It’s a bummer that the balconies are locked, but the view is still worth it. You have access to the palms place pool, as well as the soak pool at Palms. Drinks were good at both spots and people were friendly. The soak pool had super nice plush loungers free of cost. The walk between Palms and Palms Place is 5min max via a connected walkway. I traveled alone and felt very safe as they have a (quick) security checkpoint between the two, and you must use your key to access the elevators. Thank you for a relaxing stay! I can’t wait to come back for my 30th birthday :)

Staying here for my birthday weekend and the room we were in was very nice however they need to allow access to the balcony and they need a new mattress. My back is sore because the mattress was hard as a brick. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

Overall Experience: 1.5/5 We really wish that we wouldn’t have to write such a negative review because it is not fair for some amazing hardworking staffs. However, I think it is the right thing for us to let other people know what they are paying for. The hotel room: it was clean, spacious, had a great view, and a good fit if you stay for a few days. However, there were a few things broken and left unfixed. Our refrigerator was broken, and the hotel confirmed that they were fully aware of the issue. It could not be fixed until after our stay ended. This left us no option but to squeeze our food in a tiny mini bar refrigerator. The air quality of the room was very poor. Every time we came back to the room, our noses were bothered by a musky and smoking smell. The hotel staffs: a few of the hotel staffs were very nice. Jonathan at the valet was fantastic! On the other hand, the concierge staffs were not welcoming at all. Whenever we had a conversation with the concierge, they seemed to want to get rid of us asap. The worst experience with the concierge was on the third day of our stay, we could not access the internet in our room. When we called, they seemed very surprised and asked us “Where? What? And Who?” multiple times. They put us on a long hold. It turned out that their system did not even show that we stayed there (we booked directly through their website). There were no apologies. We were confirmed by one of the concierges for the late checkout which we agreed to pay extra. The next day, we went to the concierge just to verify again, and they gave a bad attitude asking us “Who told you that?”. They had to redo the entire late checkout. With that being said, a few hours before the assigned late checkout time, one of the cleaning staff knocked on the door, my wife didn’t even have a chance to respond yet, the staff barged in while my wife was not fully clothed. Luckily, we had the door slide lock on, otherwise, we could not imagine. The hotel accessibility: it was very confusing where Palms Place was actually located when first arriving. We walked all the way to Palms hotel check-in, just to be told that we had to walk back 10 minutes to Palms Place. The website was not clear about which towers we would be located in when we were booking. For restaurants, casino, business center, or other stores, they are in Palms Hotel which we needed to have a long walk to get there. The room that we thought we booked had a double vanity, but when we checked in, it was a different room. We visit Las Vegas very often and are about to have our destination wedding here. We are afraid that we cannot recommend any of our guests to stay here.

Only have 3 negative things to say about my stay here. The keys often stopped working, and the Internet here sucked. Also some of their staff wasn’t very friendly. I need to work on that since you’re in customer service ,Other than that the beds are comfortable. The room is spacious. We also got a balcony which was really nice great view very convenient location only 10 or so minutes to the strip.

I loved my stay at Palms Place and wished I could’ve stayed longer! I didn’t interact with many staff members but the ones I did were perfectly friendly. The room was luxurious and the bed was very comfortable. The jetted tub in the room was extra brownie points for me. My only complaints are there was no coffee/tea or water bottles in the room and the pool was only open till 6pm which I think is pretty early to close it. Absolutely recommend this place. Great location too.

This hotel is in the perfect place. It is so easy to drive in this area. The complex has so many great restaurants choices. The lobster buffet was amazing. The pool is very nice and has great service from a restaurant bar. The view from our room was perfect.

Outstanding views of the valley and downtown strip from afar. We stayed at the penthouse suite. The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly. They have free valet parking and free parking onsite. You can walk next door to the casino. The rooms had basic needs. We didn't have any plates, bowls or silverware, strange as to how useful our kitchen would be? By the way the internet is terrible! It's located 20 minutes in a ton of traffic to the strip. This was the reason I gave the location three stars. There was no easy way to get to the strip without traffic. The beds were comfortable. There was a fireplace that turned on with a switch. A hot tub by a window between the bedroom and living room?? It was a bit pricey but when in Vegas.....

We had a great stay at Palms Place. The Mountain View was breathtaking. My only complaint is that the room wasn’t completely clean when we checked in (which I could look past) and the one time I called and asked for minor housekeeping, they never came. We stayed for a week and all in all it was great. (Oh and the elevators are really picky on when or if they want to accept your room card lol)

I am happy to visit this hotel once or twice a year. Its proximity to the strip, as well as its ethnicity and on-site food and fun, has made my trips to Las Vegas. Exciting. I have signed up for several speaking engagements workshops because, hopefully, I can stay at this beautiful hotel.

My family and I stayed in a 38th floor two bed room suite. The Palms Place staff were extremely friendly and helpful during our stay. The attached casino was well equipped and the restaurants were excellent quality and value. As a hotel located off the strip, the area was very quiet and provided for good nights sleep.

Everything about this place was great! The check in was easy. The room is exactly as pictured. They treat you like a celebrity. Free parking. We felt very safe thanks to security! Great location. The jetted tub was amazing!!! The rainfall shower head is Heavenly! There is a button you can push in your room for housekeeping... I really appreciated that! They were awesome and fast. Loved it there!

Don't forget to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ when booking any stay. They compare countless hotel sites and usually will have rates much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This resort is one of the best in this area. I have been staying here for a very long time. If you decide to stay here you will love it I'm sure! A very nice room. Lots of space. The amenities were well covered. The room was very comfortable, the couch became a queen bed, the main bed was also very soft but supportive. There were other shelves, drawers, 2 closets, and a spacious bathroom. I definitely enjoyed my stay here.

Always enjoy this sexy hotel. So comfortable and easy to get to the strip but far enough off the strip that you can sleep. Clean and comfortable rooms.

This is now my go-to place when visiting Vegas. Close enough to the action to make it easily accessible, but far enough away to have more of a tranquil atmosphere. The private pool area is nice was to stay away from the hustle and bustle for those days after the night before. I would highly recommend

The hotel was absolutely beautiful. My room was amazing and the views from the 30th floor, breathtaking. My birthday vacation was absolutely splendid.

Security has been great so far. Balconies are locked so inaccessible due to a previous issue. Wish we had known before booking The balcony was a large reason for staying here. Tried to take a shower (late evening) and shower head doesn't work properly. Hope they can fix it in the morning.

Decent views depending on which room you get. The casino next door is closed and their is very little signage for how to get to the main entrance of Palms Place. Parking was a bit rough as well lots of parking up front and inside the parking structure. But if you park in the structure you have to walk into in coming traffic due to their being no walking path to the main entrance. Cleanliness of the room was also an issue, we had the redo the entire room as soon we got there. Multiple random hairs, dirty shower heads, dirty counters, filth underneath the refrigerator that was clearly showing...

I booked this for a work trip due to everything else in Vegas being sold out. I booked through Air Bnb host Richard. The room is clean and the amenities are very nice. Very spacious and the views are incredible. There are a lot of negative reviews but so far I have no complaints! Good bang for the buck!

Great place to stay with family. We book with kitchen and it had a nice small kitchen with steel overall. There was a dishwasher too. My only complaint was there was no plates or cutlery. They provided one pot,a pan,two serving spoon and a knife. So just in case get your own plates ;) amazing view and the front desk and very sweet!!

Have stayed at palms place twice now and will stay again. Great rates, large room, & comfortable beds. Staff is pleasant and helpful. It's decorated quite nicely and away from the hustle and bustle of the strip but close enough to not be an inconvenience to go do more things. Restaurants at the palms are a short walk. Overall very satisfied.

I showed up before 5:00pm for check in, they were understaffed and could r be processed until 5:35pm… then came up to the room…. Only to find out a disgusting, dusty room with chip and cookie crumbs all over, garbage et in the kitchen cabinets, a dirty bathroom with hairs in the bathtub and limestone on the faucets and shower head…. Took a while to file a complaint, eventually they sent a cleaning person… at 8:45pm, who cleaned for approximately an hour giving me access to the comfort of what I payed for at almost 10:00pm… now they are refusing to give me back the lost hours by letting me check out in the afternoon…. Avoid at all costs !!!

Hotel is dirty all around for the most part. When comparing to some of the other luxury hotels, like Aria, Wynn, etc. this doesn't really measure up. Our shower head was crusty and gross and on day one we saw a baby roach in our room. The floors are not clean the the rest of the hotel was grimy as well. Just not worth the luxury price you pay, you're better off in one of the true luxury hotels on the strip.

Good location if you want to be off the strip. The bed and pillows are awesome. Full luttle kitchen in the room. Only complaint is that the shower was on HOT. Nothing but hot water out of it. Also when we used the whirlpool tube the lights flickered in the bathroom. Will stay again. The price was right. Hopefully they can adress the issues.

Stayed here for 3 nights on a recent Vegas trip. Central location as it's close to the highway and a few minutes away from the Strip. Breathtaking strip views on the 31st floor. Despite booking through AirBnb, our interactions with the lobby staff to pool employees were always pleasant.

Plams Place modern spacious units at this location offer excellent views of the Las Vegas strip. Palms Place tower has a hip and exciting atmosphere. Meets or exceeds expectations. Well built and well designed and well maintained. There was also no sound transmission from our neighbors which is sometimes a problem in newer buildings. This building seems extremely more sound proof. Lots a floor to ceiling windows. Great amenities on-site.

The fridge wasn't cold at all, the minibar was broken or they don't offer it anymore. The bed didn't have a duvet and the TV in the bathroom doesn't work and the shower isn't well lit but it's fine. Otherwise, good seating, good place to work, nice comfortable bed and pillows.

I was appointment with 2 kigs and 1 sofa bed, but it's not. Only 1 kig and 2 sofa bed. Even first day there is only one blanket, so we're shaking all night. Next day when we ordered 2 more blankets, they said we need to pay $22 each. Restroom sink is not clean. And when the other hotel open swimming pool, but the hotels not open why they said weather problems. Still I don't understand because other hotels open that time. My kids so disappointed even me. Bed is not clean. I don't want to go anymore. I was paid around $550 for 2 nights my room number is 50301. They wants change anything extra. I don't want to make even one star.

We really enjoyed Palms Place and would definitely stay here again. The place has a really nice appeal. We had a standard king room and were very pleased. It was really nice to have the fridge and microwave in the room as well as the coffee maker but the actual coffee had no flavor. Great view from the room and the bed was very comfortable. Awesome bathroom too.

Pros: nice pool, great poolside service and restaurant, and rainfall shower head. Cons: rooms are worn and dated, AC does not get cold, the hotel feels dark in design, rooms have a smell to them, most of the good stuff is a long walk to the Palms. Can’t recommend this hotel. I was hoping for modern but instead I got worn and dated rooms.

This place is absolutely breathtaking!!! You should carefully read your reservation contract though. Each suite is privately owned which means the hotel staff will do absolutely nothing to assist you with any problem you may have.!!! THEY DO NOTHING... The room is old with ratty blankets. The key cards stopped working on day one with three days to go!! In 113 degree weather in Las Vegas, some of these units do not allow access to a refirdgerator!!!!I stayed in 33-302 and there were, not one but two open tickets for the ice maker, which you guessed it, WASN"T WORKING!!!! Neither were addressed!! If you need to keep anything cold too bad!! If you need assistance of any kind.... too bad!!! These private owners have a contract with this hotel and they literally get a pass for do absolutely NOTHING!!! I had no cold water for the duration of my stay. In addition the wine chiller did not keep anything chill. I was forced to purchase an ice chest and stick it in the corner to keep my water cold. There is a full kitchen but no pots, pans or cooking utensils! The air conditioner kept the bedroom freezing and the common space luke warm!!! so does my whole family just squeeze in the bedroom? If you want to keep cool, yes! Lastly the dryer had a strong mildew odor and made a loud noise when in use. The owners could care less if you are comfortable as long as you pay up!!! The paking lot is always full of poeple just hanging out, so don't leave your valuables in your car. They won't empty the trash but they have their hand out for a tip for opening the glass round about door. Deplorable!!! The worst Vegas experience of my life! If you are considering staying here, reconsider!!!! Someone from management will respond to this review with lies and pretend apologies but nothing can make this place favorable in my eyesight!!! They have rooms posted for $104/night... more lies!!! Try $500/night for filth, loud noises and no fridge!!!

Layout of suite was very nice with pretty views , bed was comfortable, customer service was ok , however would never stay here again .. our suite had multiple areas in which had not been cleaned. walls were dirty ,headboard was dirty and phone was filthy ! Upon check out we also got charged $113 for a cleaning fee ? Not to mention no housekeeping and you also have to pay for towels
