Overall
Experience:
1.5/5
We
really
wish
that
we
wouldn’t
have
to
write
such
a
negative
review
because
it
is
not
fair
for
some
amazing
hardworking
staffs.
However,
I
think
it
is
the
right
thing
for
us
to
let
other
people
know
what
they
are
paying
for.
The
hotel
room:
it
was
clean,
spacious,
had
a
great
view,
and
a
good
fit
if
you
stay
for
a
few
days.
However,
there
were
a
few
things
broken
and
left
unfixed.
Our
refrigerator
was
broken,
and
the
hotel
confirmed
that
they
were
fully
aware
of
the
issue.
It
could
not
be
fixed
until
after
our
stay
ended.
This
left
us
no
option
but
to
squeeze
our
food
in
a
tiny
mini
bar
refrigerator.
The
air
quality
of
the
room
was
very
poor.
Every
time
we
came
back
to
the
room,
our
noses
were
bothered
by
a
musky
and
smoking
smell.
The
hotel
staffs:
a
few
of
the
hotel
staffs
were
very
nice.
Jonathan
at
the
valet
was
fantastic!
On
the
other
hand,
the
concierge
staffs
were
not
welcoming
at
all.
Whenever
we
had
a
conversation
with
the
concierge,
they
seemed
to
want
to
get
rid
of
us
asap.
The
worst
experience
with
the
concierge
was
on
the
third
day
of
our
stay,
we
could
not
access
the
internet
in
our
room.
When
we
called,
they
seemed
very
surprised
and
asked
us
“Where?
What?
And
Who?”
multiple
times.
They
put
us
on
a
long
hold.
It
turned
out
that
their
system
did
not
even
show
that
we
stayed
there
(we
booked
directly
through
their
website).
There
were
no
apologies.
We
were
confirmed
by
one
of
the
concierges
for
the
late
checkout
which
we
agreed
to
pay
extra.
The
next
day,
we
went
to
the
concierge
just
to
verify
again,
and
they
gave
a
bad
attitude
asking
us
“Who
told
you
that?”.
They
had
to
redo
the
entire
late
checkout.
With
that
being
said,
a
few
hours
before
the
assigned
late
checkout
time,
one
of
the
cleaning
staff
knocked
on
the
door,
my
wife
didn’t
even
have
a
chance
to
respond
yet,
the
staff
barged
in
while
my
wife
was
not
fully
clothed.
Luckily,
we
had
the
door
slide
lock
on,
otherwise,
we
could
not
imagine.
The
hotel
accessibility:
it
was
very
confusing
where
Palms
Place
was
actually
located
when
first
arriving.
We
walked
all
the
way
to
Palms
hotel
check-in,
just
to
be
told
that
we
had
to
walk
back
10
minutes
to
Palms
Place.
The
website
was
not
clear
about
which
towers
we
would
be
located
in
when
we
were
booking.
For
restaurants,
casino,
business
center,
or
other
stores,
they
are
in
Palms
Hotel
which
we
needed
to
have
a
long
walk
to
get
there.
The
room
that
we
thought
we
booked
had
a
double
vanity,
but
when
we
checked
in,
it
was
a
different
room.
We
visit
Las
Vegas
very
often
and
are
about
to
have
our
destination
wedding
here.
We
are
afraid
that
we
cannot
recommend
any
of
our
guests
to
stay
here.
