    I didn't get to order. There is 1 cashier and 1 cook. The cashier was scratching his head while putting food in bags and making fries. He moved very slow, head tilting sideways, then stepped aside to eat and came back to the line while still chewing his food. Someone needs to relieve this poor kid for a meal and a break. Today is Sunday May 7th 5:15 P.M. PST (for staffing reference on who this young man is). I got tired of waiting so I left. I just wanted to grab a coffee.

    Haven't actually even placed my order yet, I've been waiting in a long line for around 30 mins. I've actually been stood at the front counter for 10 minutes right now as I've written this review. So much for "fast" food.

    I don't know if they can't get staff or what. The drink station is nasty, i was afraid that i might get something on my shirt. There is no ice, and the sodas are weak or the flavor is going out. There are no lids for large drinks. The person taking orders is rude and impatient with customers. The menu is only showing 5 combos, and that's it, i had to ask if that was all they had or if there was more. This is ridiculous. I could keep going, but i am sure that you are getting the jist of it. We ordered at 12:53am and didn't get our order till 1:14am. Go here only if you are desperate.

    I’ve stayed at the Palms a few times within the last year and most recently just last week. Each time our family tried to have breakfast there service was horrible. The lady that works in morning is absolutely RUDE!!! Middle aged women that wears her dark hair in a low ponytail. She is not a people person and should not be interacting with customers. In addition, you wait FOREVER just to order and to receive your food!

    I placed a mobile order and it was ready in 5 minutes. It's pretty rare that a chain restaurant that's in a hotel accepts rewards. I was told rewards/points don't apply at countless places in hotels/airports so I have to give this location props for that. However, their prices are inflated compared to another McDonald's off the strip. I got a large iced hazelnut coffee ($4.59) which tasted different from what I remember. It's less sweeter, has a light hazelnut taste, & seems to be more caffeinated. It did a great job in waking me up for the rest of the day. Even when the ice melted, the drink wasn't diluted and still tasted good. I like it but I'm just not sure if I like it more than the original version. I got a free medium fries with my purchase (courtesy of McDonald's Rewards). Unfortunately the fries were soggy at the moment of pick-up, and they didn't provide any ketchup.

    The breakfast food is ok but the drive thru window service is shot straight to hell. The morning crew is rude as hell! I hope they will be trained more efficiently on their soft skills. People if you have time..GO inside!!!!

    It's a mcdonald's. What can I really say... They recently renovated it, so it's nice inside. but it's very small. Inside too. the staff was pleasant and brought out our food and help us with extras with no issues. So good on the staff!

    Went here for late night burger and next day breakfast. This is the slowest Mcdonalds I have ever been to. Average wait time for anything is 30 minutes. Didn't get what I ordered either. All condiments were missing as well. Why ask in the first place if they don't even put them in the bag....

    Food is fine it's McDonald's, my main issue is the employee's. Some are very sweet but they carry the rest of the weight. Bad service for the most part

    i live pretty close from there, im always going to this location,and its always the same! people are always mad, with bad attitude, no wearing their uniforms as they should and wearing hoodies instead no hats or any thing to cover their heads and hair…that’s disgusting, my personal experience there is always the worst

    Loved the fact that there is a McDonald's inside the Palm Casino! Great place to get a quick affordable meal.

    My friends and I wanted a late night meal, I was fully expecting to wait at least 20 minutes. Food came out in 4 minutes and the staff was so friendly. Lany, Paula, & Ebony were so friendly. All 3 of them. I had to ask for all of their names. 10/10

    I dont often do this, but I feel compelled to say that this McDonalds has literally been the worst one I've ever experienced. I waited over an hour for my burger and the staff was clearly struggling. There was a long line of people waiting for food and to order and only had 2 people working. I felt bad for the cashier who was clearly doing her best, but the person doing the orders could care less. The burger once I got it was super over cooked. I would recommend the owner makes sure the restaurant is fully staffed and the employees they hire are team players.

    Be careful purchasing anything from this place , I cancelled a transaction more than five days ago and am still waiting to get my money back from them , the manager “James “ keeps telling me he will pay me my refund in cash but am still to see that day !! Horrible service specially by the manager… so sad .
