🫤 Incredibly overpriced which is to be expected, but for $9 I got the worst latte I’ve ever had in my life. There was literally no foam, and when I asked for two sugar, they put way too much of this sugar free sweetener that was WAY too sweet and also tasted disgusting. I even stirred it to be sure it... Incredibly overpriced which is to be expected, but for $9 I got the worst latte I’ve ever had in my life. There was literally no foam, and when I asked for two sugar, they put way too much of this sugar free sweetener that was WAY too sweet and also tasted disgusting. I even stirred it to be sure it wasn’t just not mixed but I had to throw the drinks away. The food was fine, since none of that is made in house and all they have to do is heat it up.

It’s Starbucks. You get what you expect. I couldn’t hear the guy at the register, he was really soft spoken. Modern atmosphere. Would be a good place to hang out and work/study.

Overall: 3.1/5 (take out) This is the Starbucks in the Rio hotel on the Convention Way side by Hash House A Go Go. Visit #1: The line wasn't too bad on Monday morning but there were a few issues. The scanner wasn't working so they had to enter in my gift card code manually, and the cashier wasn't familiar with the new White Chocolate Macadamia Cream Cold Brew drink. I got this in a venti size with less ice ($6.99) which was a good call since I like my coffee strong. However, the cold brew was really bitter & the cream was really sweet. Even when the cold brew & cream were mixed, the drink didn't balance out until halfway through so they remained as 2 distinct tastes for some reason. In terms of flavor, you don't really taste the macadamia - just mostly chocolate. This is on the lower tier of my list of Starbucks drinks I've tried. Visit #2: Came on a Wednesday morning around 9:30 AM and there was a long line. I think I waited 20-30 minutes to order. They were out of cold brew already which is crazy to me. I got a venti iced caffe americano with less ice and added cinnamon sweet cream cold foam. I wanted to redeem my points for the cold foam but they said they don't do that here. The drink ended up being $7.99 ($1 more than the cold brew) which more expensive than the Spring Valley Starbuck location (should be $5.64 total per the app). This drink wasn't that good either. The americano is a bit watered down then the cinnamon gave me a strange sensation on the roof of my mouth. That only happens if there's too much cinnamon for me. It was a bit better after I mixed all the cold foam in with the americano but this drink was worse than the White Chocolate Macadamia Cream Cold Brew I had on Monday. They also didn't ask for my name but somehow my drink was under Jennifer.

Super inconsistent. We stayed in the rio for 4 days and went to this Starbucks every morning. I ordered the same exact drink every day and it was somehow made differently every day, and every single time still wasn’t what I’m used to getting from any other Starbucks. The prices are also about $2 more than normal.

Why would you have signage that states that you are open until 5pm (both outside the store as well as in the main lobby) but then have employees turning people down at 3:50pm yelling "WE ARE CLOSED!!!!!!!!!!!!" (??????????????) . Oh I know, because we overheard the ladies at the counter saying to each other that they are closing down due to wanting to go home. I wish i could do that at my job. Very unprofessional and not a good look.

No reflection upon the employees working! Starbucks you need to start staffing this location. 30 minute plus lines are ridiculous and that is just order. Corporate needs to realize that understaffing is detrimental to staff and customers. Can't get people to work PAY MORE this is by far the most expensive Starbucks I have been to

My fiancé and I have been coming to this Starbucks for the last few days and have been waiting in line anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour. Today, my fiancé was in line for 45 minutes, i got down their about at about 9:45am. We were pretty close to the front where you order by 9:50am and we had to wait 5 minutes to be helped once we got to the register because their was a lady of Chinese or Japanese ethnicity that goes to the counter where you receive your drinks and acts like all she wants is water and then proceeds to add 3-4 food items to her order and a few coffees. This has been happening for a few days or more. The reason this isn’t okay is because that lady feels entitled and doesn’t want to sit in line and wait (which is what all of us do everyday). She cuts the line everyday when there’s been people in line for almost an hour. The staff is nice to us but that doesn’t make this huge inconvenience okay. We were waiting technically 15 minutes by the time our order was finished and we’re walking out of their at about 10:10. We literally could’ve already had our order and a few other peoples orders done if they didn’t allow this lady to do this. The few customers behind us noticed and felt it was not fair or right.

Great experience! Besides paying for resort and tourist prices, the fact that the ladies were very knowledgeable about the drinks and put lot of effort on getting to know you and offer best service regardless of long wait on long lines, made it all worth it!
