It's open! Beautiful views. They have 2 pool tables (not like in a bar) in the middle. No dress code for now but I suggest that you dress up above casual on the weekend if you care..

Went for NYE event. Bar staff were rude, music was aweful, and major lines for the view. No organization for this event at all.
