Out of all reptile stores this one is by far the best. My husband and I have purchased several animals from them. Recently bought our first snake, a banana boa. They were very knowledgeable and told us the proper care for him. We go to this store multiple times a week to look around. The staff is so friendly everytime we walk in. They always greet everyone that walks in and offers to help them find anything they need. Great job scales n tails

Got a scorpion for my so. About two weeks ago. The my son loves it, he nice and healthy! The guy who helped was was very patient and knowledgeable!

I came in from out of town and work at a Colorado location. I was curious to see how the store in CO compared to LV. I was blown away not only by the store but by the professionalism of the owner. His passion about this business and the love he has for reptiles was almost overwhelming and so sincere. The variety of animals was vast and encompassing from the blue-tailed monitor (store pet) to the golden hognose and even the invertebrates; kept an avid reptile junkie like me entertained. I was in awe of the owner and his energy as he spoke, never once breaking a professional demeanor, he showed me around the store and you could just see how proud he was of it. If I lived in Vegas this would be the store I would want to go to. In Nevada, this is the Scales n Tails where reptiles truly rule.

Our first time in a reptile shop and it was a great. Very welcoming, no pressure. We had many questions and they spent a lot of time with us answering everything and making us comfortable.

Every time I have visited this shop The employees are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and very helpful with all the reptiles and products that they offer at their store. I would highly recommend this place for any of your reptilian/aquatic pet needs.

I'm so thankful for their pet boarding for my 3 reptiles. A emergency evacuation at my house left me without my tanks and lights while we live in a hotel. This wonderful place has been helping me care for my Rosie Boa, King Snake and my Brarded Dragon while we deal with our emergency.

This the location I buy all my aquatic turtles. I have a pink belly sideneck and common musk turtles. Military friendly.

Awful aroma as soon as you enter the door. You can tell they try to mask it with air freshener, but it doesn’t really help any. Friendly & knowledgeable staff. Lots of reptiles and other interesting little critters to choose from. Reasonably priced goods and pets. Would have given them 4, maybe 5, stars if not for the aroma.

Best place to go to find reptiles and buy feeders, they have a wide variety of animals and even spiders, I've never had any issues with them and I go every week, very friendly staff, would definitely recommend even if you just wanna look around.

Has everything we need for our snake and turtle. If you want a pet tarantula, that's the place to go. If you need anything for your reptile aquarium, you can get it there. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful.

We hired them for our kid’s 5th bday party. Super exceeded my expectations. Brought like 10-12 animals for our party. Two guys, so natural and kind with both our kids and the animals. The best time! Would recommend without hesitation. Seriously considering getting the neighbors to host a summer afternoon event when the kids are out of school. It was a HIT!!!

We bought a Bearded Dragon that had been sold back or surrendered to the shop. I like that they “rescue” animals. We love our Herman!

(this review is based on a birthday party experience) HANDS DOWN, the best! Thomas came out to my daughter's birthday party with a generous amount of reptiles. He was so informative and patient with all the kids, giving everyone the opportunity to interact with who they wanted to. I can go on and on with all the great things to say, but at this point you'll just have to book them for yourself. I've thrown my fair share of kids birthday parties in the past, and by far, this was the best element I have ever added to a party.

This place is awesome and everyone is is so knowledgeable about all the reptiles we have a bearded dragon and they always have deals to help us out with his food because they have great deals….

I love this store. Everyone is really nice and always are very helpful. The only place you can get live rats for snakes in north vegas. They are the best.

Everyone has been very helpful everytime I come into their shop. After recently buying a ball python you can only read so many tips and tricks online and they made it easy and stress free for me to give the proper care to our little guy. I've been to a few different pet stores and these guys by far have my business from now on.

I wouldn't go anywhere else for my reptile supplies. And the care the staff shows is phenomenal. Recommend everyone go here!

Staff amazing, helpful, & educated about the animals they sell. Great prices 3 locations. Animals are treated exceptionally. They also have critters to feed your zoo, some turtles, lizards, & anything else in-between. Check it out!

I love this shop. The guys are always friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They have some beautiful animals for sale, and every one of them appears in good health and well taken care of. They always have healthy live feeder rats in stock for my family of Ball Pythons and I'm grateful I found them when I moved to North Vegas.

We initially came in to purchase a rat for our pet Boa. Talking to these guys getting more knowledge on snakes had us purchasing another boa. I 100% love this store and highly recommend!!!!

He answered all of the questions I had, and helped me choose the perfect tank set up for my bearded dragon. They have a great selection of products to choose from.
