We bought goods (heavy items) and were about to use the trolley to take them to our car so that we could leave. Security stopped us by the entrance indicating by order of management, no trolleys are to leave the shop.....wth....then whats the point of having them if we can't use them. It was also raining btw....almost took the goods back and requested a refund so that we could go shop elsewhere......kwashele fye panono...we would have gone to see mngt or returned the goods.....when as a store you identify a problem...its better you find a way to resolve it without inconveniencing your customers.....it just solidified why we rarely shop from there 🙄
