I've given it 2 stars because my experience was bad... Most of the baskets are broken, the building's design is old please renovate it and it's so confusing, i couldn't see where I can leave my parcel, it was so embarrassing.. so please do something about this

ShopRite Chingola is really a shopping Center with good customer care,the cashiers are very friendly 😊

This store was like clean and neat. You would find most if not all your grocery and laundry and other house hold items here. They have nice wide aisles which makes the shopping convenient and very easy. If I stayed in Chingola, I would do my daily/weekly/monthly shopping here as it is very convenient and central to the town.

Sometimes the service is slow managers are sometimes slow to attend to cashiers when they need help cancelling orders. They sometimes close tills when there are long ques and they never have cashiers at all the tills working at a time. The butchery already has packed meat products unlike Kitwe where we can sometimes choose and get served. Otherwise Shoprite is a great supermarket where I can find almost everything I need at a particular time.

The place is so good and enjoyable, I found almost everything needed for human pleasure.
