It's our "safe to go" place everytime we feel like having breakfast at any time during the day. It's always good, kids are free after 4pm, great service, our server actually helped us to save a few dollars today with her suggestions on how to order.

First time coming here, we usually go to the one in Riverside and Pomona and this IHOP is so disappointing, here in Chino from the service and from the condiments the syrup is literally empty the kids cups are super small and from the adult cups their like the size of the kid cups, never again.

Stopped in after my grandson's baseball tournament. It's right on the corner, smaller restaurant but service was great! Food came out fast & hot.

Horrible customer service made my 4 kids wait for 40 min for pancakes and to top it off we order the scary face and they didn’t even do it, my kids were looking forward to it. If your overworked then call off. Josephine attitude sucked and looked like she didn’t even want to be there. The table next to us got their food in 20 min I timed it and they came with happy face on pancakes.

Nobody makes a better pancake than IHOP does it just seem to have the best batter. The coffee is good they always bring me a big pots I don't have to wait for a waitress to refill my cup reasonably priced considering the fact that inflation has gone through the roof.

Esmerelda was an absolutely awful waitress. She seemed like she was stoned out of her mind. Her conduct was disrespectful in every way. My boyfriend and I came in and asked for a table. When we were sat down the first thing we were told is that we look like we're brothers, when we mentioned we were dating they laughed. The burger I ordered was cooked wrong, and when I sent it back, I received the same burger with a slice of cheese and bacon thrown on top without any attempt to make it look like they cared about what they were serving. I later noticed my food had hair in it. When I brought up my issues with the service and the food, the server continued on as if I was joking. It was only when I literally told her that this entire experience was absolutely awful that they attempted to make it right. She offered to make me another burger or to send us one to go. I declined and she decided to remove the burger from our bill and said she didn't understand and she thought I was kidding. Do not eat here. Especially if you want burger.

I just placed an order to go by phone. Was a male talking super fast as the restaurant was very busy. I paid with a debit card and I had to repeat info to the guy taking the order. He wasn’t exactly nice. He told was curb side and the order was ready in 15 min. We arrived and we walked in since no one was bringing our order. They looked at us in a very unwelcoming way and they told us they did have an order placed. They said it must have been another restaurant and I asked what’s your number? I called the number to this restaurant. I made no mistake and they have one customer in the restaurant. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Best crepes in town. But customer service is awful. My waiter too forever to take the order. Never came back to check on service/needs. Definitely, I will come back but I prefer to be served by different waiter.
