My first time here. The food was fair, and the service was good.

My husband and I always go here whenever we crave for burgers and fries. We always order the same food everytime. He will get Burning Love burger with medium well patty and a fries. I choose Banzai burger (I like the taste of the sweet pineapple) with medium well patty & Yukon Chips. We both like Honey Mustard as our dips for our fries and a bottomless Freckled Lemonade which is really refreshing and satisfying.

USD 10 burger deal until 12/24 5/24/23 update: came to try their pepperoni pizza and pretzel bites. Taste good.

our waiter was super friendly!! however the people who served our food, both were young and they both bussed tables. one of them was male and had black hair and as he was passing my food down the table to me he spilled my drink literally ALL over me and the person sitting next to me without apologizing at ALL. it could’ve been entirely avoided if he had just walked over to my side and not try to pass it down the line. it was the end of the night, granted, but that’s not an excuse to make a bigger mess for you to clean up.

Never disappoints. Service is timely and precise. Burgers are always great and as mentioned a very nice variety of menu. Kids love it and so do I. Bottomless sides are always a craze.

Went out with my husband to have dinner and actually went just after 6 p.m.. since we were a party of two we only waited 2 minutes to be seated. Our server Nate was very nice and made sure to keep checking in and getting us our bottomless french fries. The women's restroom did need service. The handicap stall had no seat covers and the floor needed picked up, the trash needed to be emptied and just a general maintenance in between customers. We left after 7 p.m. and it was definitely picking up. There was a line waiting to get in and to go orders were flying out the door

We had to try the pizza. And for $10 it's not bad. We got a small for the table to munch on while we waited for our entrees. It's a burger place so understand that when you order your pizza. Don't go in thinking you're getting top quality pizza from a legit pizza establishment. Once you understand that, it's pretty good. 😉

Came here for a late dinner, about 30 mins before the 10 pm closing time. Food server was great, food was served hot and fresh and they even gave extra French fries without us requesting. The server is very attentive and has a very pleasing personality. Highly recommend to visit if you're in the area.

Fast service. Pretty empty around noon in a Sunday, but by 1:30 pretty packed. Burgers are pricey, but pretty good. My party chose different bottomless sides and we all shared. Servers don't seem to care about that so if you feel like a side of broccoli and sweet potato fries just coordinate with the other people in the party so you won't have to pay for an additional side.

I just had to make a post about our server Joey ! He literally went above and beyond ! He had such great customer service skills and definitely made us feel so welcomed . He kept coming around to make sure we were good and had everything we needed. That type of service he did (which was EXCELLENT) is something you don’t see very often . He is such a sweetheart and deserves so much. just overall had such a positive attitude/ spirit . He is such a cutie pie . Conveniently located right by 71 fwy, inside Chino Spectrum shopping center. We came at 5pm and got a table within 5'. Restaurant is clean. Food was served fast. Our server Joey was friendly and attentive. He frequently checked on us for water or fries refilled. Very patient with our 2 granddaughters. The reason for 4* instead of 5* was the food quality. Somehow our Banzai and Whiskey River burgers were not looking sumptuous and tasted delicious as previous visits. It seems to me that they were lacking in vegetables? For a gourmet burger, we were kind of disappointed. For the bright side, our granddaughters loved their chicken tender. They said it was delicious. Hopefully, their burgers will improve on our next visit.

Red Robin’s out go to for a quick meal for kids. I love that they now have never ending salad instead instead of just fries.

Went in with the kiddos for dinner, their choice. I was very impressed with the service we received. We waited in our vehicle for our turn and received a text when our table was ready. All tables on the patio were spread out and seating was definitely limited. The food was absolutely amazing! I am not sure if it is due to the limited patrons or what, but it was phenomenal. Definitely Covid compliant and yummy to our tummies!!!!

Ridiculous service..was told 25 to 30mins..go in to check and was told it would be a additional 30mins if we were lucky...come on really..oh and I called to do the call ahead list and was told there was no wait...thanks for running my kids bday dinner red robin

I got the Royal Red Robin burger which comes with an egg. My egg was over cooked, I prefer the yolk a bit runny. Service was okay. Happy hour was limited on food but the margarita was pretty good for $5.

This is a great restaurant if you want a casual no stress feel. The food is good, although I feel like the beef patties used to be thicker and more like a bar burger...which is definitelynot the case. The service is always spot on with offers of refills drinks and fries. The servers are usually really friendly. I like that you can just pay at the table when you're ready to go.

Standard Red Robin, though overall better than some others that I have been to. Easy enough to get to, parking, entrance, restrooms, and seating are all accessible. Will definitely be back here again sometime soon.

Very disappointed in this Red Robin. I asked for no meat on my salad and still received it with bacon bits. My waitress apologized and sent it back for a new one which just looked like it was picked at but I brushed it off. After eating I realized they still left what they didn’t pick out instead of making a new one. Unfortunately I had already consumed some which was not fun. This is very disappointing because if I was severely allergic to something they would just pick it off instead of making you a new one. Waitress was great, but no compliments to the chef here.

Just left the place, bad bad service, first impressions. My kids enjoy this place, so I tried it today. The wait was not bad, it was 10 minutes. The place was sort of empty. During our wait, I heard the wait had changed to 20 minutes. Ok so now my son and I sit and wait. We hardly looked at the menu, we knew what to order. We waited and waited. Not even drinks. No one showed up. All the servers hanging out, by the kitchen. 15 minutes passed and we walked out. Bad first impressions. Thank you Red Robin for such fabulous service.

I've been going to Red Robin for about 30 years now. I started in Corona and now go to the one in Chino. My only disappointment is that they got rid of their chicken quesadilla. It was the best appetizer they had. Also, they stopped kids from going in the bar area. I only order a few items. I'm a creature of habit. Find what I like and stick to it. There chicken sandwiches are the best. The bottomless steak fries don't hurt either.

Joshua our server, we've had a couple times and he's VERY attentive and friendly! Love, love! Food is the usual RR. Steak fries are always good and plentiful. I think portion size for the burgers, sandwiches are getting smaller, but that because they try to fill you up on apps or fries. So depends what you really want to eat. Overall, I keep going there, so 🤷

Walked in and we were greeted with a smile by the manager. We were seated in Joey's section and listen to me when I tell you Joey is an absolute FANTASTIC server. Awesome personality, attentive, and fast. Our orders were all correct, we were served refills without having to ask him, Joey even brought a bowl of water for my Service Dog Doobie. At the end of our dinner we were once again greeted by the manager who took over for Joey and although closing time was near the manager somehow still had a smile on his face. Thank You for a great experience and Thank You for treating my Service Dog Respectfully.

It was my first time at this Red Robin. The service was slow when only one person is taking care of all the bar area. My burger wasn't well done either were the fries some were still cold from freezer which was strange. Only good thing was onion rings so I left still hungry

Our party of six adults plus two kids was seated quickly shortly after arriving. We had a very nice, happy, and helpful female server who gave us her personal recommendations. The food came out quickly. Our experience was good, with fresh food and a very nice server who was attentive, in a good mood, and waited on us throughout the meal. The onion rings were a hit with our party and we're devoured within the first five minutes. They were fresh, piping hot, and so crispy and delicious. I got the clam chowder bowl which was delicious, thick and creamy, had a decent amount of clams in it, and was served with oyster crackers as well as a half salad that was also pretty good. The bottomless fries, lemonade, and soda fountain drinks were great! Two thumbs up. Gotta love Red Robin!

We started off with an onion ring appetizer, and my husband and I shared a Red Robin cheeseburger w/cheddar, and fries-of course. I had a Mai Tai in a really cool tiki glass, and it was made right. The burger was good, and the drink was great. I know we will be back.

Thank you Red Robin for opening back up to inside dining. It was so nice to sit out on the patio with a glass of wine and my favorite salad and see all the friendly staff that I hadn't seen for awhile. It was a great mental health break and a sign of slowly getting back to normal.

Went there with my two brothers after a day of fishing in Dana Point/ Huntington Beach. The wait in line was great and service wasn't to par, waiter didn't look to groom and at one point we caught him scratch his arce around crowd of diners in outside setting. Our drinks were flavorless, burgers were on point, service took long to cooks being backed up, and then the outside order machine on our table crash and it took forever ever to get our check, it was a disaster, to the point that the manager comped our order. Also fries were hit or miss since they were hot and Luke warm. Why not be back to this location to say the least. Good luck

The food was perfect. Great burger. The steak fries were delicious and don't forget campfire sauce! However, we ordered online and drove there to pick it up. The phone number for curbside pickup is automated and after several calls we just flagged down a passing waiter. They never answered the phone. The food is five stars, curbside pickup needs improvement.

Raul and team were great... we come every Wednesday. This time something happened where our online order did not go through with the correct modifications... Raul was a complete professional and replaced the meal and fast too. To me it is not about the issue no matter who's fault it was it is about how it is handled afterward and Raul and his team made sure that we were beyond happy amd took care of it quickly too! Freckled Lemonades are the best, especially when it's 106°F and you can't dine inside...the service was very efficient and super friendly.

Currently not seating inside, but patio available plus take out. Everything we were used to at this location still applies once you're seated outside. Oh, try the cactus pear lemonade, back on the menu. Pro tip: if you are with a group, check the unlimited sides. Only 1 person need order the awesome fries. Other people can get broccoli, salad, or Yukon chips.

Simply the best burgers around. I love their cheeseburgers with mushroom and their fries are also spectacular. I always end up getting their burgers, however they have really good chicken sandwiches and salads as well. Excellent restaurant!

Called them told them I was here and waiting in stall # .. 20 minutes later I called again... Maybe should have called every 5 minutes. Chicken was a little cold as the onion rings

My wife and I, along with our daughter and her boyfriend went here this afternoon for a nice family meal. With all of the Covid 19 business, we haven't been out to eat to a sit down restaurant meal in months. It was very nice. They had patio seating only which was nice because the weather was very good and they had plenty of room between tables for social distancing. All of the staff were on top of their game and the food was what we always come to expect from Red Robin. I would definitely recommend this restaurant!!!!!

Dinning outside was a little cumbersome but the staff made it wonderful.
