The location of the hotel was very nice. Everything you need was at a very close walking distance 5-10 minutes. The room was big, newly renovated and the view of the sea from the room was amazing. The cleaning lady was very old but very cute and friendly. Also the hotel and corridors kinda reminded me of titanic so it was pretty cool. The only bad thing was the bed. It was very soft. Too soft. It hurt our muscles and it was very hard to fall asleep because of the uncomfortable feeling.

A four star city hotel at a very central location on the sea coast. It is very close to museum and beach. Pool is an other alternative for swimming. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. My only concern was the plastic kettles. No plastic please for heating the drinking water.

The location of the hotel is really good. Rooms are very clean, nice and spacious. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts are varied and adequate. We had a bad experience at the hotel and they helped us a lot. They never gave up their respect and interest. This hotel and its staff deserve much respect and praise. Also, we will never forget the friend who works in the technical team of the hotel.

Chios Chandris, excellent location, close to everything. Beautiful port, we had such fun sipping a glass a wine while viewing magnificent sunsets from the veranda! Our rooms were clean & comfy with air-conditioning. The only thing which was tired wash the carpets in the hallways going to the rooms but again kept clean considering the foot traffic. We enjoyed the outdoor pristine pool daily, plush chaise lounges, a conveniently located outdoor shower, and outstanding selection of food & beverages served poolside. We can't say enough about the staff at Chandris, everyone speaks fluent English, greeting us with smiles, very helpful with our requests, they truly made our visit to Chios a memorable one! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.....we will be returning yearly.

Great hotel with well-sized suites and a solid location. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Room service is offered during limited hours and is quick and tasty. You're in walking distance from great restaurants and bars, but have good access to cabs. Definitely recommend and would stay here again.

We loved the hotel. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and big enough. The bathroom was good. The breakfast was satisfactory. It is conveniently located, at the edge of the bay that the town starts. It takes 5 min walk to the restaurants, and 10 min walk to the ferries.

This is our first time in Chios. We choose Chandris due to its central location, its rooms with the sea view and it didn't disappoint. The staff is really helpful and friendly. They've upgraded us to the suit without asking. Rooms are clean, the bed is comfy, the view is great and rooms don't get any noise from outside. The only flaw is paper thin walls between the rooms without any sound isolation. You can even hear the flow of water if your neighbor is showering. All and all we'll definitely choose Chandris again.

4-star hotel with the wonderful view of sea. Open buffet breakfast is very good and delicious. Nice and very polite staff. Rooms are clean and spacious. Mini refrigerator and aircondition work perfectly. There isn't a kettle in rooms. Storage room of the hotel keeps your luggage until your flight time.

Everything was good except the main door to the hotel was not automatic. You have to open the door yourself while you carry your luggage and walked up the stairs. Was hard

The best city and harbour view. Good location. If you want a typical hotel comfort while you are in Chios city center this is the place.

Price changed as we were investigating some discount prices on Internet. Front desk unfriendly.

No slippers in the rooms. The absence of a hair dryer is a minus .maybe not a problem for summer, but a big problem for winter months. Breakfast variety should be increased. No kettle for a 4 star hotel. We connet drink Coffee or tea.

As far as the pool goes, it was nice. Can't afford to go there so i dont know if the hotel is good or not. But, for having such a repuration on the island i'd guess its pretty nice, so 4/5!

LOVE THIS HOTEL!!! We had a wonderful stay at the Chandris Hotel Chios! The service is 10 stars!!! From Booking manager Pandelis, to the General Manager, Reception, Housekeeping and All the servers in the restaurant they treated us better than family!!! I cant thank you all enough in making our vacation so perfect!. The view is breath taking and we will definitely stay there again! I highly recommend this hotel!

An hotel situated near the centre of the city, breakfast lunch and dinner are good and the room are very confortable. However strongly recommended!
