The inner garden is very lovely with the pile of birds. It is in the heart of city on the shopping street. The cafe is nice to chill.

Very cool, well- restored hotel. Blending an old world vibe with a cool, chilled atmosphere. Rooms are well maintained and the cafe is excellent with great staff. Would definitely stay again if in Chios.

A good place if you want to spend a few days at Chios town. Yoy can go everywhere on foot. It is found in the old part of the town and it's an old mansion converted to a small hotel/ coffee shop. The tastes at the coffee shop and the breakfast are average.

Editing an answer: I never ever requested a refund!Please note that your staff is wonderful. Your barman went out of his way trying to find us a way to kill the small village of cockroaches we found in the bathroom! And this happened exactly because the responsible from the hotel (you?) wasn’t reachable and never responded to any request. Photos are a good show of how dirty the room was. The breakfast as you can see if very bad quality and without variety. I asked for the price list of the hotel and they refused to give it. They have small cups with water and no ashtrays which makes me wonder if they are legal smoking in this area.

A really conveniently located, cute little boutique hotel. Recently done with a very nice decor. The breakfast area is very nice and it also serves as a cafe for the locals with really nice brunch dishes on offer. It is a pity that the breakfast included in the room rate is quite poor…

The hotel is amazing which is a historicak building. The location is great. The rooms are quite clean. The staff is friendly & supportive. The breakfast is quite good, although there were some comments about it. There are three types of eggs. The only thing is that bathroom is a bit small but that is ok. Thank you.

If you are looking for a true Greek hospitality I believe this is the right spot to be in! Due to low season(November) we had a nice room with high ceiling with quite with amenities, welcome was smooth, staff is quite helpfull and geniune. The hotel is is located at heart of Chios(walking distance of main sites).The rooms are lean and neat with several bathroom amenities. Lovely inner garden with a variety of food and bevarage. I guess if you are looking for a true local experience this is the best place to stay :)

I loved the atmosphere of this lovely old building with high ceilings painted! The room was tastefully and dictately decorated with a minimalistic modern approach and the bathrooms were fully renovated with shining white marble tiles. The room was spotless and comfortable equipped with a minibar and electric kettle. The street could be busy in summer and possibly noisy, but I didn't have a problem with it. There was no bottled water was left in the room which was a real problem. The tap water in Chios is not portable and has a bitter taste and for me arriving late at night, it was difficult to get water outside. The garden bar is lovely and provides a variety of cocktails.

Located in the heart of Chips Town, Agora Residence offers convenience and a comfortable stay. The room we had was spacious, the shower was perfect, the bed was comfortable and the living room was nice. It was a two-floor room and all the amenities were provided. We liked the speedy check in and check out. One thing that needs an improvement might be the breakfast option. The rooms could include breakfast. It was extra but the coffee shop/restaurant below the Residence belongs to Agora and it's beautiful.

Totally brand new hotel right in the middle of the city center, yet in the one of the peaceful alley. Staffs are friendly & helpful all the time. They accept credit card. Lots of gift in house (drinks, deserts and some snacks). Historical building recently renovated and room was spotless clean. Soft bed, sheets and towels all smelling lavender. Such a great experience for that price, Totally recommend it. Hope they will be able to keep quality after years.

Extremely lovely in a headen garden cafe in the main center commercial market ( Aplotaria) .The place offers cafe ,brunch or just a place to have a refreshment in the morning or a coctail late in te afternoon .Plus the friendly and polite service.

A fully refurbished neoclassical mansion in the center of Chios town. Still a quit place very well taken care of. Rooms fully equiped from a hair dryer to a bathrobe. Excellent coffee and high quality breakfast served in a shiny patio. The rooms are clean and spacious with huge windows. Comfy bed and everyday cleaning! Check the coctails at the bar as well. This place was a pleasant surprise and a value for money. Parking might be an issue, but there is a private parking at about 300m distance. Its our 2nd time here and definitely coming back!

The hotel is beautiful, the facilities are nice. The breakfast is simple but enjoyable (especially the desserts) . The staff is very friendly. The bathroom is nice but the water doesn't run away fast enough when showering so it turns into a pool. Also the tap from the washing table can't be used at fullest because everything will be wet... Although we did like the old ornaments in the room such as the windows etc, the noise from the street can be heard very good as the old windows don't hold it back...
