That parking lot is a mess. If you're looking to ruin your tires or even get hit by another vehicle then this is the place to go. It offers a diverse collection of pot holes and random faded yellow lines directing you straight to no where. To top it off the driver's center is here.

The stores and everything are fine. The BIG issue with this place is the parking lot. I don't know who owns this property, but they ought to be fined for the state of their parking lot. It is a car accident waiting to happen. There are no clear indicators for where cars should drive and people drive through like it's a public road. I've had several close calls with people whipping in from 51.

Chippewa Shopping Center has a variety of stores, fast food, and restaurants such as Beaver County Tag & Title, USA Postal Office, Heritage Valley Health Center, UPMC/HVHS Cancer Center, ALDI Grocery Store, Dollar General, CVS Pharmacy, PNC Bank, Z Pub & Diner, McDonald's, Dunham's Sports, PennDot Driver"s License Center, CRS Physical Therapy, UPMC Rehabilitation Institute, Vitality Medical Massage & Bodywork LLC, Pediatric Associates, Alexander's Athletic Club, HVMG Trinity Family Practice, George's Notary, One Main Financial, Tri-State Obstetrics & Gynecology, Convenient Care Chippewa, Fitness 1440, Fine Wine & Good Spirits, Diamond Nail Spa, The Dept. Of Motor Vehicles, and Burger King. There is public transportation with BCTA. The bus stop is in front of Dunham's Sports. Be careful driving through the plaza as the parking lot is horrible. There aren't many lines visible anymore and people just drive through it like a drag strip.

I like some of the stores here. I love go to Aldi and it's some times not really busy. The post office is also great. There's also the driver's license place. CVS is off to one side. There's also Ponderosa, Burger King, and McDonald's.

Lots of fresh produce and varieties things other stores don't have.

It was unusually crowded when I arrived but I was still in and out in about an half hour. Very friendly and efficient staff.

Drivers here tend to be out of control. Speaking to security there are numerous accidents in this parking lot. Not exactly the wild West, but be cautious. Otherwise just a basic strip mall. Follow for more...

Dmv visit, super fast done with ID renewal and photo is under 15 minutes.

Very kind members and staff. Love the 24 hrs as well as the air-conditioning. It was a very solid free weight area and you never wait on a cardio machine. The men's locker room is well maintained and clean.
