This place is located where it does not belong to. It makes miserable the life of surrounding community by emissions of unpleasant odors of burning oil and junk food. They keep on moving their fence beyond the initially established borders to make more place for car parking. In fact the property was built on a small park with beautiful flowers like crocuses that would grow through the snow to announce the spring. They also have cut birch trees, pines and grown accacia to build this hideous stinking eatery that they call restaurant. The only good thing about this business is their courteous staff making great strides to serve customers, particularly kids that they aim to capture as lifetime customers.

Clean facilities and helpful staff. There are plenty of self-service kiosks in several languages. Food is exactly what you would expect from a McDonald's. They have outdoor seating and a children's play place on the second floor.

The worst coffee on the whole planet was here at the Botanica branch of McDonald's. The worst. The fish burger was ok.

4/10 It's not the best McDonald's experience. First of all, it was incredibly crowded. Not a single empty table and a long line to order. Second of all, this McDonald's is not well suited for such a demand. Delivery by number signs doesn't work because there are not enough of those signs. And employees are unable to even get you the order because there are so many people blocking the way. Third of all, even though the food was not bad, it was quite a bit overprices compared to eastern European McDonald's prices. I'd suggest going to a different McDonald's where it is less crowded.

We wanted to revisit childhood memories and to eat something here. It was an awful experience. It allows you to please an order at 23:50 with option to eat inside of restaurant. But when order was ready 20 minutes after it was told that order will be for takeaway only. No possibility to eat inside, terrace is closed as well. Why this "super smart application" can't tell you that you have 10 minutes before closing!? Knowing that we would go in other place. Also food was not so ok and a part of our order was forgotten by staff and we should return to get it. Will avoid this place.

Quite nice for a small restaurant, and the food is great, it's always soft and juicy, prices can be a little higher compared to other restaurants but overall its a very great one!! I am visiting it quite often, there are rumours it's so unhealthy but can you tell me where do you find a healthy fast food restaurant? Also there is a system allowing only people that bought something to go to toilet which is very useful too!! Overal a great restaurant to eat!!

About the same experience as any McDonald's, however they lost my order and you have to pay for ketchup separately. Culture shock, but didn't take away from the experience. Loud and busy, but efficient delivery. Just fine for a quick meal.

The food is amazing if you order it with the macdonalds app. I can say that "I'm lovin' it"

Waited 20 mins for meal. They focus on drive thru too much. Its Mcdonalds what do you expect! Even in USA it sucks.

It's a McDonald's, so everything you would expect from an adequate McDonalds, but more than once I had problems with paying card on the ordering machines and had to pay with a cashier (fortunately, they accept card there as well, but it's still few minutes and nerve cells wasted. The staff are very nice and helpful, coffee is good, what else do I need.

McDonald's remain McDonald's in every country. Nothing to say . However you can find big tasty sandwich which you can't find in US or Europe (some countries).

All good standard McDonald's, but it irritates me when they make you wait on a separate parking when going through a drive-in ("not to block the lane while waiting for them to prepare order") even when there's no line at all.. (so 4 stars only)

On a Monday afternoon at 2:45 pm, I'm asked to park up after going through the Mcdrive and wait for 20+ mins just for a chicken wrap? The idea of the drive through to be in and out in minutes. This is not first time when I wait 10+ mins at this place.
