One of the worst Burger King Outlets I ever visited. On the weekends it was so crowded, and there was a birthday party going on, which decreased the number of available seats. Furthermore, the kids were making such a ruckus, running around the restaurant, and screaming loudly. I even opened a decibel app and it recorded 100db+ which is just unacceptable. Imagine just having to tolerate the noise, not a good atmosphere at all. I ordered the turkey-bacon burger and I was shocked at how the burger quality was. It is cold, unappetising, and the burger was even smaller than a fillet o fish that we bought as well. The waiting was so long, and the order was not correct, missing fries, wrong orders. Even so the staff/manager did not even apologise and were not at all friendly. Overall, had a poor dinning experience at this outlet. Don't go there during weekends. (Some photos were previously taken before 10 June when it was way better.)

The event staff are so friendly and helpful. They know how to handle the kids. The games also well arrangement. I was so surprised by their services. Recommend to do the kid party there. You can be hands free!!!👍👍🎶🥁. Thks again to the Event Staff，💝🎖️

Vert great experience. I am strongly recommend this place as the staffs is very kind and flexible. The kids had so much of fun. Definitely will consider this place again for the next celebration. Great food and kid enjoy the food. Every kid have a goodie bag with the group picture. Definitely a very good memories for the kids.

New ambience. Ample space for wheelchair & prams. There is a room for private party. Friendly staff. Just need to wipe down the tables more often.

One of the best out Burger King outlet in Singapore. The atmosphere of the outlet was cool and cosy, the fries was one the freshest compared to other outlets. The food was good and delicious. It was clean all around. Also got to watch F1 while eating

Food was served HOT, and everything was delicious. There was an issue with the self-service kiosk, and had to order at the counter. Donna served me and she was friendly and patient and very sweet and kind. Made the overall experience even better. I also alerted BK of the kiosk problem, and the BK staff immediately came to rectify the issue.

I recently hosted my child's birthday party at Burger King, Safra Chua Chu Kang, and it was an absolute delight! The party room was set up fantastically, creating a vibrant and joyful atmosphere perfect for kids. Gia, Rlene, Ronnie, and the entire crew went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. Their hospitality and support were exceptional, making sure all the kids were entertained and happy throughout the celebration. Their thoughtfulness to reserve tables outside of the party room for the parents was well thought and appreciated. From delicious food to impeccable service, Burger King and its wonderful team made my child's special day truly unforgettable. Highly recommended for anyone planning a fun and hassle-free children's party! I’m truly grateful to Gia, Rlene and Ronnie for their exceptional service as our children and their friends had a whale of a time. We are also taken by surprise by the gift they gave to our children. Thank you for a well run party!
