Friendly homestay with good home cooked food . People are very nice.

Otsal Residency is the best one in Leh. It makes you feel real Home away from your home.Very Kind persons( totally manage by all family members) Quick service and cleanliness make me speechless. More over very delicious food of our choice were served. We had some gossip after dinner with owner family all together. Its really a pocket friendly as well. overall experience is just superb...

The service here is very good. And the food here is so delicious as if it was the food of mother's hand. I had this from office work and I got the opportunity to stay for 15 days. I felt like my home by staying here. It felt on one hand that we are living together with our family members

Stenzin Otsal and his family hosted us in Leh. We have stayed in many homestays but this was totally different. We got a hospitality same as a reputed hotels. Dinner is just awesome. We got totally homemade foods made by Mrs Otsal. We got very attached and loved the stay. They are very humble helpful and happy family! Wish to visit them soon again.

This is a home stay. A good one. I liked the overall hospitality by Mr. Otsal. He was very helpful overall. The rooms were clean and well kept. For food we had to tell him in advance and it was tasty, homemade and sufficient. Overall experience was too good. A great home stay experience. Thank you.

Very bad experience and worst stay at otsal residency.. Rooms are good ...but policy of giving one room to only 2 persons is pathetic, even in case of a big room. Inhuman nature of the owner will be a deterrent in future. The kitchen is on top floor...its a makeshift arrangement...worst hygienic conditions...no floor ...only gravels scattered on the floor...drivers kitchen is much better than what the guests are being served with..
