We had visited the cardiology department for a patient with high blood pressure. We had booked a day before. The average waiting time varies as there is only one cardiologist available. Sometimes you can be seen within an hour. The doctor was a nice down to earth human who showed genuine concern unlike many docs who were talking in an attractive fake way. He could easily clear out doubts. The charges for echo and ecg are reasonable when compared with most corporate setups. Staff are okay. There is an Indian coffee hous to have food. Parking facilities are excellent. Except for the waiting time it was okay. There was another incident in the lab. Blood extraction done by a nurse failed and the lab tech was shouting at the nurse. These kind of quarrels should be avoided in front of patients. Staff complaints should be done at superior's or admins office.

They will kill people ........ I lost my mom. Covid time they charged me 90000 for admission for 3 people. And one room they charged 9000 per day. Negative vibe full on.

Doctors are good and up to the standards. However staff needs professional training to know how to deal with patients. Insurance team is hopeless and very rude to the customers.

Dr Sreejith Sreenivasan, orthopaedic doctor, the worst doctor ever, a demon in doctor's form. I went as a bystander with my very old mother who is a heart patient as well, he was late,as we waited in the cabin for a very long time, as we were complaining about how late the doctor was, he entered hearing and started yelling at me at the top of his voice, boasting he is a surgeon and asked me to get out of the cabin!!! What an unethical, irresponsible person to be a doctor. He has put the entire doctors in shame with his atrocity.Shame on you Mr Sreejith Sreenivasan, hope you'll learn to get rid of your ego

The ICU staff there is very rude. Dr Akhil (cardiology) he don't know how to behave bystanders. His treatment is very bad. I will not recommend this hospital and Dr Akhil.

Had the misfortune of meeting a very unethical, impatient and arrogant Dr here. He was more interested in sorting out his Udaipur holiday booking than attending to the patient in his cabin. He also got agitated and refused to give the medication slip when we asked for some information on the medicines he had prescribed (even before looking at the blood or CT scan report). The nurse and other supporting staff were helpful. I hope he got the holiday he was looking for. Perhaps we just were unlucky with our timing or more so his timing…

Worst place.... Staff behaviour very bad..need to be trained well. Think other good hospital s.. Why the management is not bothers to correct front desk staff.

I had a horrible experience with the casualty section. My mom was admitted with an orthopaedic issue. We have explained the issue at the start itself and they made us to pay all the admission related bills, scans & painkiller medications. But even after almost 2 hours, there was no diagnosis or doctor consultation. When we asked about the doctor, they said doctor will come but they have no idea when the doctor will come. They made us do all the admission procedures & scans without even confirming the doctor availability. Even the nurses were rude. They didn’t even considered the age of the patient. Finally we had to take her to an other hospital. I will never recommend anyone to this casualty for emergency medical support because they will admit the patient, make you do all the procedures & payment and then will say they are not sure about doctor availability . I could not even believe this kind of a culture is there in an emergency medical support section. Time is so crucial in these cases. It was really a horrible experience.

My husband consulted Dr. Jijo James Ortho for pain in the wrist after a mild injury while driving... After taking an X-ray he gave painkillers and recommended rest for a week... Even after one week of rest, the pain was severe and he consulted him again...But this time he said that there were no issues in his wrist and was not ready to hear about pain and symptoms...he was told to take a blood test to know his uric acid level which has nothing to do with his injury... Then we consulted another doctor from another clinic for a second opinion and then he was diagnosed with an injury in the wrist and got proper treatment... It is sad to see this kind of mistake in such a hospital...

Great experience with paediatrician Dr Ajay Menon.Such a dedicated doctor with great love for children. The way he handles babies will make them calm at any situation. Actually he is a role model for the paediatricians.

This Hospital is going from Bad to worse … We had an appointment with Dr Akhil (cardiologist ) and given time is 1 pm .. we have reached on time & doctor asked for lunch at 2:15 for 15 mints .. He came back at 4:30 … Staff are really laughing and saying this regular routine here … For cardio department they are doing like this … Horrible … no sorry nothing .. I bet you our government hospital will have more punctuality than this … If you are looking for serious healthy issues do nt trust this place

Amazing service, a hospital and staff who treat patients like family these days, a big salute, Last week we had my father's hernia surgery at Unity Hospital. Dr. Ashok Verma sir performed the surgery. Ashok sir, along with his manager Setumadhavan sir, are very grateful for their help. Time @10:40AM It is pathetic ,ultra sound scan not yet started due to non availability of doctor As per nurse in the scanning section, doctor come @ 10: 30 AM, but not yet come and patients are waiting since long Attention to management/ Dr Varma, Hopefully you understand , take the necessary action to solve it (Please do start the scanning at 9 AM in all days ) Regards,

Who handling costomer tele-communication department. Nobody answering, everytime busy... I don't know what happening there. I'm trying one and half hours continuously. Really disappointed 😔

One of the best hospital at Thrissur especially services of Dr.Sreejith Sreenivasan and Dr.Joshy Thomas ... both of them are very mankind and patients consider them as a god.

Cardiology department is good ( don’t know about other departments). Poor insurance department with irresponsible staff. Neat and clean hospital. Staffs are ok ok. Technically not much updated. Parking facilities are available.

Bad service&behavior reception staff, not a helping mentality, i hate that hospital

A hospital with experienced and capable doctors. Paramedical and nursing staff are helpful and supporting. Clean surroundings and pleasing ambience. Indian coffe house at the premises hospital is an added advantage.
