We recently had a stay in Krishna Inn, Guruvayoor. Listing below the pros and cons of the hotel, as per our experience. Pros:- * Prime location - proximity to the temple, railway station, bus station and taxi/auto stand. * Elaborate parking space * Pleasant staff behaviour. * Delicious food. * Newspaper in the room, which is uncommon these days. Cons:- * Ill maintained rooms and bathrooms. There was cement/concrete coming out of bathroom walls!! We had also found some hair under the 'supposedly' fresh pillows. * The curtains were all shabby and dust all over them. * As it was a 2 day stay, we expected the room service to clean the room and refurbish the tea/coffee sachets and water bottle. It never came, considering it was a 3 star property. * Our phone call to the reception asking for water bottles also went unanswered. Many of the negatives listed here can be overlooked if it was not a 3 star hotel. One can be dubious about the value of money spent here, which is one of the highest rates in the location and hence the two star rating (otherwise could have been a 3 star rating).

One advantage of this place is close proximity to the temple. But i think the reception staff on the day we checked in could have been bit more pleasant and we carried our luggage ourselves upstairs . Next day it was fine. I found the bed quite hard . Otherwise aesthetically maintained place . I think the high cost is for the location.

Thi is a decent hotel near guruvayoor temple. The temple is walkable.hotel having enough car parking facility.Rooms are good.Hotel is taking bookings for doing marriage reception. They are having good halls. The entrance to the hotel is small. They have a comfortable lounge area as well.Room services are average. The food items are good. They also have got restaurant inside which serves delicious vegetarian food. The interiors are gorgeous, well appointed and spacious. Especially the lobby - it's decorated with beautiful art works and sculpture. Please note vegetarian food is only available here, since it's near to the guruvayoor temple.

This place has been our standard stay location for Guruvayoor temple darshan for years now. Walking distance from East Nada. The food is good however I do see a degradation over the years. Now it seems to be down to a buffet only service.. Earlier we used to have a la carte as well. The biggest letdown is the rooms. They are showing the age and are not as well maintained. The renovation seems to have been more plaster tiles over the existing surface and that has not been done professionally enough. The dirt is everywhere to see and I suspect there is mold and mildew as well. The room is damp and musky now... Used to be fresh and airy. After 10 years of loyalty I am seriously looking for alternates even with a location compromise.

Have visited this place twice in 15years/ In 2023, the hotel is not anymore the fresh place as it was. The rooms look old, and the view from the rooms are all facing the wall - the windows are not cleaned, the bathrooms have taps and showers that dont work. The food is very average, but if you are a vegetarian that is a plus for you. The dining area looks quite dull. Its proximity to the temple is a big plus, the staff are cordial. Overall for the amenities and the features, the hotel is definitely over priced.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Krihna Inn and it was a truly fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the friendly and attentive staff who made me feel right at home. One of the best star hotel I ever stayed. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff provided all the necessary information about the hotel facilities and services.

Anybody approaching Krishna Inn for booking a hall for their event, PLEASE BEWARE. We booked their hall 'Radhamadhavam' for a wedding function (which is already exorbitantly priced). After paying the advance, they called us saying the hall had been booked by another party months before us. It was a deceitful move from their end. By then, our other options for the same date were also gone due to demand. Because of their discrepancy, we now have to change the wedding date altogether and have it in an entirely different city.

My stay at the hotel was not great! Starting with the reception, the staff were kind and friendly. The food in the restaurant can be better and will need improvement. The main issue is the service! The service right from room service, laundry and house keeping is not at all convenient on top of that really slow during some hours of the day. They had constant electricity supply issues as well which was frustrating at times. Another very important thing to point out is the health hazard of mosquitoes that are everywhere in the hotel premises and no efforts have been done to do any fumigation. In a very busy and popular tourist town like Guruvayoor, the hotel needs to take special care and improve their service experience for guests. I was expecting a better experience but Krishna Inn fell short.

Krishna Inn stands out with exceptional hospitality. The staff's warm and welcoming attitude made me feel at home. The hotel's beautiful design and great location near the temple make it a top choice in Guruvayoor.

The hotel had its interior well designed. Breakfast spread was reasonable. Rooms were pretty bad. Toilet had some issues with the water heater and it’s water pressure. There were no water bottles given but they had a big water dispenser which is used by previous occupants and I felt little discomfort in using that. Staffs were friendly and helpful.

My favorite place that I like to spend time in on a regular and continuous basis and I do not tired to go to it at all is the shop that my father owns. I am very happy to go and help my father with work, organization and cleaning. After that, I receive buyers, deal with them and serve them. This makes me feel very happy and confident. My father works in a trade of (type a trade name). I love this trade very much and I like to choose some of the commodities that I have to order and search on the Internet for the required commodities and tell my father about them. I am very happy if my analysis was correct and there is a great demand for one of the products and my father was able to benefit from my help. I would very much like to work permanently in this trade and expand and enlarge it when I grow up. But now I enjoy a lot of my time with the help of my father and gain some skills and experience in addition to the confidence in dealing and communicating with others. I feel this is a great opportunity to work in the market and be able to treat everyone. This breaks the dread inside me since I was young and gives me a lot of experience that will greatly benefit me in my future.

Did not stay here since it was fully booked. The restaurant is good and the food is tasty and over and above hygienic. Value for money. Good courteous staff. Ample parking space. Wish they had installed or had some company install EV DC fast charger at the parking lot. Will attract more EV users and it will also benefit the hotel. Overall a very good place.

Totally dissatisfied with the facilities, firstly they need to clean up the whole area including the wash rooms . The medium sized hall is totally dirty n need a goood maintanence . The dining n wash area of Radhamadhavam hall is a total mess . As a whole the place ibeeds a total facelift . Tge only advantage is the close proximity to the temple . Devaragam close by will b a better choice regarding cleanliness n food . This is my personal opinion n I really wish the concerned authorities look into the matter n do the needful.

Pros: Clean room with excellent linen and passable bathrooms Proximity to temple Large rooms in new wing Cons: Room 424 needs to have floor of same level. I had a fall due to this fault in design. Restaurant food needs to improve. Add local food to the items on buffet. Also provide a-la-carte

Had an opportunity to stay there recently. Located very near the Railway station makes it easy for reaching. Also very near to the temple is an added advantage. Unfortunately if you happen to reach late, even if the restaurant is open, they do not entertain your request for food. The room I got did not have a refrigerator. Could be the room being in the new block the hotel had acquired, the water flowing through the wash basin tap was very stained. Breakfast being a part of the room package was cold, even just after the counter was opened. It is sure the management will attend to these issues and make staying there an experience to be fondly remembered.

Pros: Closeness to temple, food was good and truly tasty Cons: terrible room: i needed to work and just about maanged with a sketchy wifi, extra bed probably gave me the worst sleeping experience with a blanket that blocked my nose (i have slight allergy and probably the blanket was dusty). The room AC was kept at such a low temperature without ability to control temperature. NOT RECOMMENDED

It used to be a really awesome place for stay and food but now it has deteriorated. Stayed here back in August 2022 with my family and my parents. One of the rooms were ok but the other was a mouldy one. Upon letting the reception know about this nothing happened. Then comes the dinner menu which varies in quality every day. They seem to have taken a lot of items off the menu but the least we could expect is a good quality curd rice which was awful when served. I had to turn it down asking them to take another order of the same dish. While we were having this issue, in another table there was a family waiting for about 40 minutes for their food to be served after being ordered. Upon challenging one of the waiters argued to the customer asking them to talk to the chef and they cannot do anything more than that. Which was very useful to know from a customer service point of view. The management has to seriously consider customer feedback to upkeep their quality and save the hotel from downfall.

Beautiful Inn! The interiors are gorgeous, well appointed and spacious. Especially the lobby - it's decorated with beautiful art works and sculpture. It's just a few hundred meters from Guruvayur temple with a huge parking lot. You cannot go wrong with this location if you want to visit the temple. The manager Sujit and staff were very helpful and polite. Manager Sujith went the extra mile to make sure our stay was comfortable and we had everything we needed. Little things like the granite stone and water tap at the entrance and in the bathroom are thoughtful touches to help with visitors who are coming back from the temple and need to wash their feet. Highly recommended!

Ideal place to stay if you are in for a trmple visit. Vast, spacious carpark inside, attractive reception, neat and nice rooms, clean bathrooms, drinking water dispenser inside the room. Great service and warm and cheerful staff. Very decent breakfast spread. Glad we stayed there and will be back again.
