Been here twice and don't get me wrong the food is lovely. BUT.....the first time ordering chips (to take out) I got the biggest tray with about 25 chips in. So this time round I mentioned it to the server and made them aware that I'm paying 2.85 for chips and I don't think the portion reflects the price. He said he would make the chef aware. This time it gets served in a cup!! And I get less. I don't normally leave poor reviews but when I've mentioned my concerns to the staff and they are ignored I feel I have no other choice.

Took my daughter today as a treat. A brilliant gluten free menu, easy to navigate and order. So much choice and some unique meals that we've never seen before. We loved it and can't wait to visit again.

Visited Calico Lounge for the first time during a day out at Chorley market Upon entering Calico the staff was very helpful and directed us to a tablet with menus. Ordering is at the bar and my order of a Lounge breakfast and sausage on brioche was taken promptly and our food came out within 15 minutes. Portion sizes and quality was good and prices are reasonable . The atmosphere is relaxed, there is music 🎶 playing slightly loud but not excessively so . Overall we enjoyed our visit and I'd recommend this Calico Lounge 👍🏻

A relaxed environment with friendly staff. You can order at bar or via QR code. Good food with a menu that caters for all. Hot drinks, coktails, beer, gin and ciders available. Breakfast and brunch on the menu. Monday & Tuesday deals available. Parking - nearest is flat iron car park which has disabled spaces and electric vehicle charging (currently free to use). Dogs welcomed.

So much choice. Loads of meat free options. Great staff. Lovely place. Definitely recommend.

Decent food at reasonable prices. You can order (& pay) at the table through the app or you order at the bar, we ordered at the bar. The food was tasty, lovely [piping hot] sweet potato fries and speedy service. Quirky decor and very spacious, plenty of room for prams and wheelchairs. However, they do allow dogs. Before I say any more, I love dogs but dogs do not always have manners and are not always clean. We personally find it off putting in a restaurant setting, we've had so many meals spoilt with other people's dogs aggressively trying to fight other dogs, barking, shaking their fur, coughing 🤢 & whimpering but we didn't realise until we were taken to our table and had two dogs at different tables next to us. One of the dogs kept wandering towards our table even though it was on a lead. Overall, nice food but the allowing dogs will put us off visiting again.

Friendly staff with a relaxed atmosphere. Varied menu to cater for all. Foods fairly decent.

Plenty of space so that one has privacy. Huge menu with plenty to choose from. I particularly like the patatas bravas here. We walked in at lunch time and thankfully found Space because it was full. Tried the pink lemonade, which i would recommend for it’s tangy taste. We ordered the tomato and cheese panini which was ok, the vegan lebanese falafel flatbread which was amazing and my friend who wanted something halal had the buttermilk fried chicken. This was my 3rd visit here and i would come again.

Wonderful coffee, food and service. First time eating here but won't be the last. Great choices on menu and food was amazing. Freshly prepared and cooked. Great atmosphere too. Also sitting Al fresco in this lovely weather added to the experience. Will definitely return. Staff very welcoming.

A chain but a really good one. Multiple, decent vegan options, and you can order & pay with your phone which I really like. The staff always seem happy. I especially like the portion sizes, when the menu says "big breakfast", they actually mean it. I've been to other Lounges and this is the best one.

Great place for a family meal to celebrate my birthday. Staff are friendly, food is delicious and a particular shout-out for the gluten free menu which is not only plentiful but also uses good quality gluten free options (as opposed to just the cheapest). Would definitely eat here again!

Visited for brunch. 4 adults and 2 children. Seating not the best. The bench seat was very sunken along the seat. Ordered on line , a bit confusing when there are staff to hand. 3 breakfasts, 1 had cold bacon and waited quite a while for replacement bacon. Poached eggs were cooked nicely but, again, only just warm. The pancakes were good but the accompanying bacon was very salty and dry.The staff are very welcoming. Don't think we will make it a regular venue.
