We went to see the Van Gogh experience, this was my second one, and while it was better in some ways, in others it was not so good. My main criticism is that the audience obscured the images whereas before we sat down and the images were projected as one 360 degree image around the walls ceiling and floor. Here there were multiple separate screens. And the audience mostly stood around so they obscured the images, also there was less animation and special effects which really brought the images to life. The mock up of his room as a place to have photos taken was great addition.

Great place to relax, walk with family and friends. Here you can have a drink and a delicious meal from local restaurants or a fair. You can shop in the outlet, watch a movie, visit the War Museum or go to the theater. There is parking. Kids can have fun. You can have a cruise or enjoy a water race. There are beautiful views. Kids can visit the CBBC studios! We love this place in Manchester.

Lovely place to visit especially if the sun is out. Loads of places to see and visit and a lot of bars and restaurants in quite a small area. Recommend a visit.

MediaCityUK is a 200-acre mixed-use property development on the banks of the Manchester Ship Canal in Salford, Greater Manchester, England. The project was developed by Peel Media; its principal tenants are media organisations and the Quayside MediaCityUK shopping centre.

MediaCityUK is a clean and safe place in Salford. Several restaurants are nearby, and you can get the things you need in Co-op . Buses and trams are available, so it is easy to go to the city center. Personally, I love the sunset views of MediaCity which is fantastic. In general, it is a really good place for living.

Attended the Lightwaves festival. The parts we found were interesting. Not enough signs for the attractions and the map wasn't clear for people unfamiliar with the area. Market area included food stalls, quite a lot of which sold out very early and they were very expensive. No toilets available. Very few bins. Wanted to visit the Banksy art exhibition but it was VERY expensive! The area itself was clean and tidy. We went on the tram. It was a good job 1 of our party was familiar with the area as there were no signs for the metrolink when we were on our way home.

The place is really vibrant these days, so different from my first visits a couple of decades ago. Plenty of places to eat and drink, lots to do. A shame the trams don't go there in the evening, though.

Clean and tidy place. We visited The Imperial War Museum which was great. Loved the buildings and bridges. Shopping centre was good too.

Across the bridge from the Imperial War Museum, you have the lowry outlet with a food hall and plenty of shops to choose from. Close by is Nandos, the Alchemist, the dockyard, Costa coffee and plenty of other places to eat and drink. Plenty of choices and you may even bump into a TV celebrity!!
