Absolute shambles of a hotel!! We got given 4 different rooms and each one was a nightmare!! 1st room the flush to the toilet had been completely removed from the wall! 2nd room someone was in it!! So that was extremely embarrassing! 3rd room had litter everywhere and the beds had been slept in so it obviously hadn't been cleaned and then the 4th room was practically a flat that had previously been lived in, the door looked like it had been broken into, the walls were bashed and filthy and the beds sank straight to the base and the room absolutely stank of weed! We had to book another hotel in the end as we felt that uncomfortable and unsafe. Also we got stung with a £200 deposit which was no where to be seen in the terms and conditions! We are currently trying to get refunded and that seems to be a challange also! Please avoid at all costs it's not worth the stress! 7 Months on we have finally received our £200 deposit back! So don't expect it back in a hurry!

AVOID at all costs!! Never have I ever being so disappointed and disgusted in my entire life! Firstly arrive for the apartment to not have a door handle as it had being ripped off, asked reception if she could move us and she literally ignored me and pointed at the door and told the cleaner to follow. The cleaner opened a second door for this door to not lock from the inside!! The room was dirty, the pillows on the sofa had blood on, the cups were dirty with sticky residue on, the bed sheet also had blood on and the chain didn’t flush on both bathroom toilets. There was soap scum all over the bath tub, it was awful. Because we were going out and had reservations booked and paid deposits we left the apartment, to not even be able to lock the door, we left our apartment unlocked with all of our belongings, to then get back to the apartment and the light bulbs don’t work! It was pitch black and we were terrified. We get into the apartment use our phone torches to then realise we still can’t lock the door from the inside. We were sat downstairs and some boys were trying our doors luckily we were downstairs as god know did they would’ve come in if they thought that no one was in. We went to bed as it was 2 am at this point as was too tired, we could not sleep at all as were were Perrier we kept hearing people dry our doors. Very unsafe area, hardly slept and will never ever ever return. After paying £130 and 2 girls staying on our own I would’ve thought I would have received a much better stay, however not the case. I have also being refused any apology or compensation as I don’t have ‘enough’ photos. I have told dream apartments to go loom their bloody self, what a state this place is!!

HORRIBLE! The best part was leaving. Location: Absolutely terrifying. The 5 minute walk from the car park to the apartment was unsafe and dangerous. People from the neighbouring building throwing fist sized rocks at cars and everything below. Did not even attempt to step out the building at nightfall. Overall an extremely dodgy area, avoid at all costs. Staff: Cold and hostile welcome from an extremely rude and ill-mannered receptionist. Unwilling and abrupt in giving the most basic information like parking, to which she refused or couldn’t be bothered to give a permit and after asking for an alternative, she directed us to a 3 hour stay across the road when we were staying there for 2 nights. A surprise of a £100 deposit will also meet you at reception to which you will have no prior knowledge of. Issues with the card/ card machine occurred to which the nasty receptionist repeatedly stated “have you got enough money” insultingly. We liaised with another member of staff prior the stay about an additional dog to which we were given the okay with an extra charge £50, to no surprise the rude receptionist had zero knowledge of this. This establishment has very poor to zero management, no actual working system in place and extremely rude staff. Room & Facilities: Unsatisfactory but habitable. Very cheap amenities and furniture therefore, uncomfortable and anything could break at any give moment. Sofa legs broken therefore could not sit on them, mattress sunk to the ground, duvet cover not fitting, paper thin pillows, unclean kitchen appliances with left over food in the oven. Overall a horrendous experience. Find somewhere else to stay. Repulsive and unsafe area and even worse staff.

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the recent incident that occurred during my stay at your hotel. Specifically, not only was I asked to move rooms in order to accommodate another customer who had requested my room and told to “just pack our bags and move” but I also experienced an issue with the sink in my original room. The sink in my room had its piping removed, which caused it to leak into a bucket. This was not only unsightly and unpleasant, but also posed a safety hazard as the bucket could overflow and cause water damage to the room. While I understand that unexpected situations can arise, I find it unacceptable that these issues were not addressed prior to my arrival. This caused a great deal of inconvenience and discomfort during my stay, as I had to navigate around a bucket of dirty water and pack up my belongings to move rooms. Furthermore, I believe that as a paying customer, I have the right to expect a certain level of cleanliness and maintenance in my accommodations. The fact that the sink was not functioning properly was a clear violation of this expectation. I would like to request a formal apology for the inconvenience caused, as well as some form of compensation for the disruption to my stay and the unsafe conditions in my original room. I hope that in the future, your hotel will prioritize the needs and comfort of its guests, and take greater care to maintain its facilities.

Booked to stay via Agoda. Payed in full and received confirmation. Called the complex the day before to ask if there was a possibility for an early check in to be told my booked was cancelled and they were full. Agoda did not know this and said the person they spoke to was rude and did not care. Fortunately Agoda were great and gave me a full refund plus £300 compensation to book an alternative as prices had risen greatly since we had booked!

AVOID, SERIOUSLY AVOID AT ALL COSTS. DO NOT STAY HERE. SCAMMERS! Force you to pay £100 deposit and they promise to pay it back and never do. They lie and avoid all contact. Appalling facilities, location, property. Disgusted and will be reporting to trading standards. Avoid avoid avoid. Do not stay here. Would not even rate your “luxury apartments” one star. Nothing luxury about it. Disgraceful service, unclean facilities. Boycott at all costs. Do not give them any money they are scammers. Been trying to get my £100 deposit back since Nov 2022. No one will help you. No one answers the phone. Total SCAM. AVOID

From the reviews, we were very sceptical but when we arrived the room was as expected for the price, clean and plenty of space! There is parking just up the road which is £8 for 2 days more than well priced for the area and the staff were wonderful and couldn’t of been more helpful

Place okay for what I needed it for, quick stay and somewhere to sleep. Pleased with the price, although wasn’t expecting a £100 deposit to be paid. However I paid it and was told 7-10 days for it to be returned. Skip forward 3 weeks and no deposit returned. I’ve rang hundreds of times to get no answer, left voicemails, no return call, emailed, no return email. This means I will never stay here again as £100 is a lot of money to lose. I will have to seek legal advice if this isn’t returned asap Location okay and rooms fine.

Expected the worst at first by these reviews. I didn’t have to pay any deposit and the room was actually pretty good. The location was alright albeit not the greatest, on the bright side it is around 30 minute walking distance to the city center.

Great balcony view and great room for price. Surprised deposit of £100 and £20 parking not included. Overall a lot better than all these 1 star reviews state.
