Love the kids pool, the temperature for thr children is perfect, however... trying to get a booking is almost impossible. The receptionist keep telling me to book via the app, I look and there is zero family/kids pool. Another point about the kids pool is, it seems to be only available at 11. That time is terrible as kids are hungry around this time and most likely have a nap. Each kids to their of course. Have you tried ringing All Seasons? You'll never get in touch with anyone. I spent easily 10 min listing to some horrible strumming acoustic music and ended giving up. The app doesn't work, get it sorted! Your staff don't pick up the phone, get it sorted!

First time visiting in a very long time and oh how it’s changed and definitely not for the better. 4 stars as the staff were friendly and everything was good for the reason we attended which was to do a family swim. Clean and tidy changing rooms. Clean pool although you need to remove the slide that hasn’t been used in as long as I can remember. What let’s this down and not 5 stars are the little things that used to make this place far far better such as the cafe area. Overall the place looks like a bit of an empty shell compared to the past.

Clean facility, every time we visit someone is their cleaning away. I would love more information available to times for certain swimming activities and the pool use. I felt disappointed for my kids today that such a small area was kept for a casual swim when at least two extra lane spaces could of been used on top of the small space available.

It's ok, but it's expensive given you're only allowed an hour per session in the pool. 90 minutes or 2 hours would be much better! The slide and the jacuzzi are never open either.

The slide and bubble pool don't work/not operational. You need to book online for a 1 hour slot and they are strict on kicking you out after your hour is up. On the plus side the hairdryers are free to use and the place is very clean. Kids loved it even if it could do with a makeover.

Lovely facilities. Great swimming experience. Terrible phone and online service. We have been on hold for over an hour today over two phone calls. We were first in the queue for 25 minutes. Their website isn’t clear to book. Extremely frustrating.

The pool here is superb for kids and families. It's always reasonably priced as well. Last time we went (April 2022) it was just £3 each. Nice facilities, with a pool and gym as well. Plenty of space for spectators and the changing village is nicely maintained. There used to be a great little cafe next you the pool where you could get drinks and snacks but it's been closed since lockdown began in March 2020. We really rate this place and the kids love it.

Very good for small children. Jacuzzi and slide wasn't available on my visit. Changing rooms and showers very clean.

Awesome pool, well thought out layout, slide was out of action when we went but still great, the 'Smimmers Pool' was well organised had lanes in place with a clockwise swimming pattern for all to follow and enjoy, even go to the extent of having a slow, middle and fast lanes for all aspects of swimmers to enjoy ! Kids pool great depth for toddlers/young children max depth is 0.9 metres so majority of children still able to stand up. Clean changing rooms and most of all a hot shower !

Impossible to get through on the phone - impossible to book family swim online but apparently need to prebook but not sure how to do this without being able to get through on the phone. The app and website have no options to book family swim

The app is poor, I have to register in order to view activities. I was protected to register, start doing so then I hit a wall when asked for my membership number as I am not a member. Then found a way of registering as a casual member, frustratingly I wasn’t able to do this due my email already existing from the previous attempt. Not I’m trapped in this endless cycle. Tried to ring all seasons so check swim times, no answer, tried multiple times. Had similar experiences in the past! So annoying, and a waste of time.

Kids always have a good time going to swimming I do recommend booking online especially during school holidays

Why you never answer your phones? We love your facilities and bring kids for a swim regularly. However need to drive first to book a slot at the desk to guarantee space for the same day. Absolutely ridiculous! Get extra staff member to answer calls. Was not an issue half a year ago when phones were answered. Get it sorted!

Would give a 0 star if I could. Absolutely ridiculous this place. We have been able to come here once in all the times we’ve have arrived to use the pool facilities and each time I’ve rung to confirm the times and been told false information. Four times in total now we have rung up prior to turning up confirming the big pool is open for use and every time we have turned up, we get told sorry the pool is closed. 7pm tonight we got to reception, lady took payment for then a male member of staff to say no the pool closed at 7 tonight. Why didn’t she already know this and why an hour before I was told over the phone yes pool open till 9 and centre closes at 9.30. Tried numerous times now with just pure false information. Seems staff don’t know what they’re doing and have no clue what they’re saying. Won’t be coming back.

Love All Seasons. Had to ring to check if my 12yr olds could swim at 5pm and, like all council leisure centres, had to be patient to wait to speak to someone...but the atmosphere of the pool is always great and the lovely lifeguards let them play on a few floats. Great value.

Amazing family swim sessions. Our closest pool is actually wigan baths, but we would prefer to come and swim here for my two girls who are under 4. The pool is much warmer and so are changing rooms.

Just joined up. Decent gym with good equipment little bit limited but great starter gym or someone who is looking to keep fit and lift alittle weight. Plenty of cardio machines. Never going to be Arnie training here 🤣. Not to busy and a quiet relax atmosphere.

We went to check it out, thought of signing up. Very disappointing. The guy at reception too busy on his phone to assist, and afterwards no attempt to assist. We made our way to the pool are, which was ok, and afterwards the gym section which was not great. Improve your service, and you might get more members...

I tried gym, its really nice and clean. The guy at reception is truely amazing. Didn’t try swimming pool yet. Will add reviews about pool later. Thanks

The pools are decent enough although the jacuzzi does not work or the kids slide or the water sprayers/featutes. Also a lot of space wasted that could perform to make a profit a cafe would be great after a swim it's well known that people are hungry even the vending machines didn't work. Decent but a massive amount of missed opportunities for profit here.

I'm updating this previous 5 star review from 5 years ago to make it a 2. This place has sadly gone down hill, dramatically, over the last 5 years. The cafe has now been totally abandoned, the slide is no longer open and the jacuzzi drained. Not to mention the cleanliness of the changing rooms, chewing gum stuck on the walls, graffiti and generally unpleasant. You have to open 7-8 cubicles just to find a clean and lit one Chorley Council, spend some money and renovate this once lovely facility!

gym is ok, but cardio focused with loads of treadmills and bikes compared to weight section . This area could do with a few more 20/25kg plates, heavier dumbbells up go at least 60kg and a couple of extra 20kg bars so someone can deadlift/rows in the black matted area without hogging the squat rack. Also be nice to get a proper bench press (forza etc), not that weird contraption you roll a stand-alone bench into which seems either slightly too high or far too low to unrack the bar.

Booked swimming for an hour with the kids. Quite a few beach balls and floats provided. Plenty of changing rooms available. Goggles can be purchased at the front desk. Unfortunately the slide wasn’t working ADDED 11/09/22 Between 3-4 on Saturdays , the large inflatable obstacle course is available for use. It’s £5 flat fee, for adults and kids ……..REALLY annoying that the staff failed to mention that adults can’t even go on it! So , that was very disappointing Also noticed that the staff are rushing you to leave the pool and vacate the premises even before the hour is over. Then half of the changing rooms had been fenced off to prevent use, so they could be cleaned. This left insufficient spaces left to get dried

Went early before school came in was full and felt like I was being pushed to swim faster than I wanted. People were not very friendly only one very nice gentleman spoke to me Not be going again

The website is impossible to sign up & book a swimming session. It sends you in loops, doesn't recognise emails & passwords etc. Very frustrating. It actually says they've made it really easy!, so God knows what it used to be like!?

I was disappointed as I purchased a fun swim for my 3 year old grandson. This usually includes a few fun toys in the pool. However the staff were unwilling to allow this which appears strange given it usually happens. Not sure what the fun meant on this occasion. 👎👎👎👎

Terrible service. Me and my girls have now been turned away four times when we have tried to go for swimming. They never pick the phone up. For two hours, they had “three persons in the queue”. The booking system is hit and miss, and often doesnt allow you to book. My girls wanted to swim for their birthday, and when for the fourth time, we were turned away, they were distraught and in tears. The people at reception on were unhelpful and didnt show any sympathy. Unless they improve their Customer service, I will not use this pool ever again.

I love All Seasons as its perfect for the whole family and warmer than most swimming baths. The kids always want to go to this one or one in Manchester. It's great value for money. As a family of 6, we cannot afford to go to one of the major waterparks and this is the next best thing 😊 they have family changing rooms and lots of big lockers, plus the food in the cafe is really nice too for after you've tired yourselves out. Would definitely recommend.
