Ok so it’s hella early and these ladies and men that work here are Effin awesome they made my coffee perfect this McDonald’s is the first one ever to make it perfect and my food is fresh and hot and my coffee can be difficult at times but the even served it with beautiful smiles thank you!!

Terrible. Cashier didn't know what was on the menu I was about to explain to her what I was wanting (2 cheese burgers, fries, and drink combination), grabs her phone walked away from the register to take her call came back and said "what you wanting?" Asked if she was done with her phone and she said sorry and I left. Taking personal phone calls is obviously a priority while working and a complete disregard to customers is obviously part of their job duties

Food is often dried out under heat lamps and slapped together w/o care. Try another location. Fast food is so expensive these days, it should be prepared with some care at least.

it already started when we sat down at the table. it smelled like poop. also we waited 15 minutes for an order where half of it was missing. no sauce, cheeseburger with no cheese, no drink. Furthermore, the fries were limp and much salty. and all the food was already cold. also the tray was already all greasy. the chicken nuggets were also very old and chewy. it was like a stress ball engorged with air and it wasn't crunchy. we decided to order an ice cream anyway because it was very hot and the people who ordered after us were still waiting. we will definitely not come back here.

I have teenagers so they like McDonald's above All Else unfortunately this McDonald's is the one that's local to me and there has not been one single time where the experience is just pleasant either they're missing something in my order or they take half an hour to get me my food even though it was a drive-thru order. They definitely need some improvements

What’s going on with McDonalds. It tastes the same but the service is slower.

Went about 2pm on Sunday afternoon. Was not very busy inside there were only 3 people sitting and eating. 2 people ahead of me ordering/waiting for food. Using kisok as nobody was coming up to the register. Took 20min to get a kids meal and qurtwr pounder meal and mc double. Dont plan on stopping by this McDonald's anytime soon.

Very seldom get orders right. Ask for items to be made fresh and still get food that sat under the heat lamp for a while. Service at the 2nd window consists of girl practically tossing the bag in your lap and slamming the window shut so you have to sit there until she realizes you aren't going away and opens the window again so you can ask for napkins or ketchup or your order was wrong. No matter how polite you are despite their lack of courtesy, they still have an attitude and act like you're the problem. Unbelievable.

Service was very slow, only one register open and had to wait about ten minutes before being served. My double quarter pounder was dry and the filet of fish was warm. Needed more help, will not be going back at all very dissatisfied

Today I went to Mcdonaldds. There was no one inside the restaurant except for me. And there was no one in the drive thru. It was super clean and I got my food made fresh and hot. The manager was so sweet to me because I didn't feel good she gave me a free drink.

Fast food it is not. People had to wait 30 to 40 minutes for their food inside. I ordered 2 drinks, and they managed to screw 1 of them up. These are a prime example of why $15 an hour isn't justified

The restaurant is located in a really heavy traffic area. And has issues getting the order right sometimes. But they are friendly and courteous. But McD's has gotten over the top expensive. So now if I stop at fastfood restaurant, it's JIB or TB, they're cheap and well, TB is fresher by far.

Like most McDonalds restaurants, the place has become cold and uninviting. Since McDonalds added the kiosks to order from, the employees seem to speak less

Super slow service. Food was luke warm. Forgot our happy meal chicken nuggets, they were waiting on the counter when we went inside to ask.

This time i went in to order. Was just so busy & service for my order took forever. Food still great !!

Very clean! Drinks very good. Hamburger patty cold. Cheese cold. Buns hard around the edges. Took awhile to ask if I need anything. Very clean & friendly though and reason why I did 3 stars instead of 1. If burger was warm and cheese warm would be 4 or 5 if buns were good.

Pathetic! Save yourself time and get better service by waiting until you get to Merced or Madera.....this place is horrible every time we come in here. Orders are rarely right. But, it is Chowchilla however. 👎👎

Very slow drive thru. Staff was nice tho. It's a double car order drive thur but, people were cutting others off and not "zipoer merging". Too bad there's not a way to exit the line, I would have used it!

It's not friendly to a deaf person and the worker keeps speaking and won't ask for help to write on paper to make them understand what's said... And the technology screen for orders won't give you paper for the order then I ask the worker to pay in cash and let them know about having no paper then they said to wait for too long it's Almost 30 to 45 min I don't like it I decided to leave and I didn't pay for it I give you rate is bad! You need to be friendly and respected to a deaf person no matter what!

Ridiculous- I asked for pickles, I got half picle... Fast food restaurants are a joke.. the minimum wage goes up and the service goes down and it is all over California...

I feel like everything was handled extremely well especially during lunch rush. Keep up the good work

Love to visit here. We travel out of town often and always stop here because of their fast and always friendly service.

Slowest service threw drive threw lanes. My fries were old n hard. Come on guys please. But I'll return , and give it another shot. New to Madera.

I used the drive-thru. The employee was very friendly at the window. The line moved quickly and the adjustment I made to the initial order was updated as requested.
