It's pretty awesome. It's clean, well stocked, staff are always friendly and exceptionally hard working. My only concern is sometimes products are limited. E.g. peanut butter. You only had two shelves of Pam's peanut butters and pics. I think customers would prefer a range of price points for each item. The cafe is pretty awesome too might I add, the flat whites and hot chocolates are total perfection.

Used the shop n go checkouts today. Had an amazing experience and wanted to leave a personal review for the gentleman that served us. Unfortunately, not sure of his name. But he was the only one in the area, we were there around 9.20pm (4th Feb) He was incredibly friendly, very helpful, patient with all of our questions and just overall was a really enjoyable experience. Whatever he's earning, isn't enough. Definitely my best experience at any store.

A supermarket is a supermarket. Lots of pushing and shoving for items that were on special. Some very rude staff but the young lovely Maori guy on checkout was fabulous.

One of the biggest stores of Pak'n Save. Great Deals.Wide range of products when compared to the other stores I have been to.More than one self check out counters and enough room to place the groceries than at the Countdown stores.

This is great place to shop for bargains, often the cheapest place to shop in town. Although the presentation is not very high compared to other supermarkets, this supermarket does the job. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I normally get bakery items from other supermarket chains, this my preference.

The particular supermarket layout encourages trolley traffic jams. I understand some businesses like to mix it up to increase sales. But seriously, you make enough money foodstuffs, just make an easy to use supermarket. We aren't getting paid to stand around in Pak'nSave trying to move inch by inch. Respect your customers time please

Probably the best in Christchurch. Maybe not modern but has everything to need. Handy central big car park petrol station. Never had an issue with staff. Sometimes many people guess its supermarket on the end. But you can find times that suit you when is not too busy.

Big parking space but the location slightly out of town. It is not that hard to find though. Great deal inside as the price is always cheap compare to other supermarket and there is always plenty of choices inside The staff is very helpful, looking for their help and they did an excellent job.

Fine except their in house ready meals have processed meat instead of real roasted pork, lamb or beef... sliced straight from the deli... better quality from other pack n saves...

Some kiwi cashiers are very rude. When I say thanks then never reply. I'm a foreigner with a very good English level and well educated. It is clear that some kiwis can't cope with their racist behaviour. Pak no Save, you should hire more foreigners. They are for far more educated than kiwis!!

Good variety of food selections. I found they had more clearance bargain deals here than my own local pns.

Outstanding retail outlet that stores bulk groceries , alcohol and automated fuel bowsers. The store reminds me of the Campbells concept in Australia .. 91% unleaded is liquid gold in NZ around $3 a litre .

This is our go-to grocery store. It's conveniently located just near the City Centre and it has spacious parking. The price is also cheaper compared to others. If you bought a lot, then go to the counter with cashiers. Otherwise, it's faster to self checkout, better yet register with their Sticky Club for a shop and go experience.

I can not believe what I witnessed this evening I was visiting this store and watched 2 security guards being rude to this young mum who was holding her baby and a elder woman who looked to be in pain. Accusing this young mum of hitting another child when I saw everything that happened which wasn't this! There was a child running around who just about knocked over this older woman. Then the security person kept grabbing at their waist when talking to her like he had a gun and was ready to use it. Since when were we apart of America absolutely disgusting intimidating behavior from two men against women.

I visited Pack N' Save Moorhouse and found it to be conveniently located with ample parking space, which is a plus. However, there's room for improvement in the self-checkout area. The current setup can be frustrating because people don't form a proper queue, leading to confusion. Furthermore, the presence of both cash and card, as well as card-only machines, makes it challenging to maintain an organized line. It would be beneficial for the store to address these issues to enhance the self-checkout experience for customers.

It's simply the best supermarket to shop in Christchurch, period. Good price, friendly staff, even the customers are nicer than other places.

What a privilege to shop in this Pac 'n' save. A delight to have a store layer out well, shelve stocked & kept tidy, tons of choice. Prices are a bit higher than in the BOP, BUT the cleanliness andprentation of the store compensated for this. We're only here for 5 days & we will get back. Easy access, plenty of parking makes grocery shopping a more pleasant experience.

I have been purchasing from this supermarket many many times, with an average purchase of $500 to $1,000 per week. Until today, it was a very bad experience. Because the price tag posted by the supermarket itself was wrong, but asked me to pay according to the original price, the most important thing is that the staff who sounds like Erin did not apologize for this, but kept me waiting, she went to check the price again and again, this staff has been treating me badly and she apologized to me when she knew that her leader would solve it, and then when processed refunding, another staff made a mistake again, but I am willing to understand, at least the attitude of this staff is good, she is responsible for her own mistakes, the whole process of solving the problem took me a lot of time, and finally gave me a refund the end.

Best supermarket I’ve been to in NZ. Prices are fantastic and there are a lot of options. Feels like a Costco but without the need of a membership. Was well worth the walk from the town centre.

Good staff! We were helped in the frozen area and at the checkout by friendly staff - made a huge difference. The layout & range could be easily improved to make it more easily shopped but otherwise this store is a good choice for grocery shopping.

Many thanks to the kind staff and PAK'nSAVE Moorhouse team. today, I was in a rush shopping at PAK'nSAVE Moorhouse and lost my credit card somewhere in the shop. I only realized that i lost my credit card at the check out and rushed to my car in the parking area, trying to grab my another phone to lock the card. When i came back to the shop the second time, I was told a kind staff found it and returned it.

This is a SUPER place to shop as they do have great bargains and very caring staff which makes the whole shopping experience a positive one. Yes prices are expensive at present but I feel Pak'nSave are doing their best to accommodate this ♥️♥️♥️

Great supermarket with low prices and self service. Added zest by watching the grazers and shop lifters. Wine and beer available too. Watch out for the mask less menace. A really good supermarket

Convenient store exactly located at center of the city . Mostly flooded with people all the time. Huge range of products and brand available at decent prices. I will visit here at least once in a week.

The grocery store is just like any pak n save store. Lots of shoppers. Just don’t go here on busy hours as people don’t maintain the 2m distance required when shopping. Parkingwise, it has a big parking area and i always had a space to park even on busy hours. It also has a fuel station onsite.
