Best Gym in Christchurch, great facilities, classes, attentive staff, value for money.

Generally a great gym with good changing rooms, shower cubicles and a sauna. I’ve been going here for just over a year and just renewed my membership. Lacks some basic equipment (eg. abductor/adductor machine). The gym is by no means dirty, but equipment gets a bit dusty. Lovely, welcoming front desk team which really makes a difference, with the exception of Claire who gives me the feeling she feels better than the rest of the team as well as Les Mills members

The reception staff is very rude. I came to les mills for personal training and my daughter just wants to borrow the restroom and the receptionist wouldn't let her go up. She was very rude and she had no manners. As a receptionist where is your customer service skill and problem solving skill? Very bad experience.

The gym itself is great, the staff are great, and the instructors are phenomenal. The members services team however are a real downfall... For the past 2 months now I am having issues with my billing and have got no clear answer from them. Last week I had $60 taken out of my account for some unknown reason and I still have not heard anything as to why? This comes just the week after I had to pay $45 for a billing error on their end... have tried to get in touch with them multiple times via email and phone but nothing. Reception even marked the case as urgent and still nothing...

I’ve just started at Les Mills and am loving it so far! Welcoming and friendly staff, awesome weight and cardio facilities. Also loving being able to have a sauna after each workout! Couldn’t recommend more 😊🙏🏽

Great gym been here for almost 10 years and can't compare. Clean facility. Easy parking. Sauna is great.

Member for 5 years. Used to be great until they shut one of the two studios for several months to build an F45, sorry "Ceremony", room. Stopped many of their own-style of classes in this cynical effort to undercut another business. And they can't seem to fix their virtual class technology despite it being broken for weeks and getting many complaints from members. Would recommend you join another gym that cares about its members... maybe even F45. After all, shouldn't F45 get to reap the rewards of the workout it invented. Who needs another monopoly in the form of a gym that puts others out of business so it can treat its long-standing members with disdain.

People are great and friendly but it seems they have tried to pack in way too much equipment into the rooms and it now feels less organised and messy overall. I was a member many years ago and then it seemed spacious and more calm. So it has all you need and more but it’s just not as well put together as it was.

Love the classes, instructors and staff are friendly! I just wish they were open for longer on weekends, but a great gym!

I have been a member since 2003. I have used other gyms during the chch earthquake and nothing compared to the amazing classes offered by Les Mills. Most of the staff are reasonably friendly. Equipment is excellent and clean. Club manager is a good communicator and looking to give the members the most out of their memberships.

Been with Les Mills for some time now. Brilliant atmosphere, modern purpose built gym facilities. The Personal trainers are awesome. While not fully 24 hours access their hours are more than adequate - open from 5am. Recommend this gym

Awesome club. Excellent facility and class schedule

I am a life member here so of course I think it is good. It has definitely improved over the years, with staff and trainers now very friendly and helpful. The Bodystep and cycling classes are of a very high standard.

I was next door at the old CTV site of big earthquake hit 22 February 2011. It was the 11 year anniversary I was here 3 weeks prior to the earthquake in 2011 😢 at Canterbury television studios with a friend it's amazing just looking around today listening to birds and cars thinking what it would of been like on the day of the earthquake

Great gym with awesome modern facilities and helpful friendly staff. Recently modernised changing rooms. The cafe has great food with great GF / DF options.

Very friendly, wide range of classes. I have not used the gym but looks well equipped.

Solid gym with all the equipment and classes needed for a good workout. Clean and friendly.

Ticks all the boxes. I enjoy going but do miss the older RPM instuctors. The instructors that have been around for a while are fantastic. I seek them out as you feel like they are engaging with the class not just presenting a package. Still top shelf but need to improve the rpm booking system. New RPM studio is good but squashed in.

No better gym in ChCh. Amazing classes both instructor led and virtual. Fully equipped changing rooms including sauna. Cafe in-house with lots of yummy options. Staff friendly and helpful. Premium gym, you will find cheaper options but not better.

Great to be back at one of the most complete gyms in Christchurch.. Something for everyone here

Well maintained facilities. Heaps of classes to choose from. Lots of parking. Absolutely love RPM class, if you don't know what it is, look it up on YouTube. They also have mixed gym (male and female) and female only gym.
