Lots of little places to stop and shop or eat. Great views of the water. There is no railing along the water, as boats can come and dock along it, so be careful with children. There are also plenty of chickens roaming around to keep you entertained! They’re pretty fun to watch actually

You’ll defiantly want to check out the boardwalk when you’re in town. Bars and restaurants line the water. Local vendors often have tables with jewelry. You can see fish swimming in the crystal clear water. Take the boats to the little island (3 minute ride) and you can swim at the beach and rent chairs and umbrellas for the day.

We enjoy visiting the Boardwalk when on the island. You have beautiful ocean views, hear live music, eat good food, and enjoy the island vibe. There is a variety of restaurants, from casual to fine dining. Some require reservations but most do not. There's something available for most everyone. You can also purchase souveniers, local artwork, and clothing. It's a nice atmosphere for all ages!

I love this little boardwalk in downtown Christiansted. It has Gift shops, Restaurants and dive shops. You can sit in a restaurant and look over the bay and watch the sea planes land and take off!

We ate and shopped in Christensted a couple of times. Bigger village than Fredericksted and has more restaurants - a little more going on. Food and service were good at the places we went to.

Perfect spot to stroll with plenty of options to eat! A few shops and also water activity places as well. I will say that even though we are from FL, we found the heat way too oppressive to enjoy this spot in the afternoon in June. Highly recommend early morning or evening in the summer! (P.S. - if you are afraid of free range chickens, St Croix is not for you. We saw a couple of ladies absolutely freaking out at the restaurant where we ate because chickens came by their table. We felt bad for their entire stay 😳….)

Great place to sit at one of the restaurants and enjoy the view. Make sure to check out the large Tarpon that congregate along the edge of the boardwalk by the restuarants. Looking forward to going back!

The Purple Papaya souvenir shop is the best place to shop. Bars were open, lots of chickens running around. Beautiful location, cool to watch the huge fish jump when you throw food in the water. There is a boat stop if you sit there they give free rides to the little island across the way.

Some good options for food, we went to Shupees which was really good, the boardwalk is beautiful and the view is as well. Very short boardwalk. The streets and shops in between go on a weekday when things are open, Sunday is very empty and not many places to go. But the shops are fun to look at and go in when they are open.

Good place to walk and enjoy a drink. Off the boardwalks are many boutique shops and food places. Avoid the Mexican restaurant that says best margaritas. It’s terrible. But the coffee at grounded coffee was good.

Really clean, plenty if seating around the sea site sights. Beautiful breeze, shops all around. Great view of Buck Island. Chickens running around what fun just watching. Love it there after shopping. Plenty of places to catch an afternoon drink.

The hotel is old, but it has everything you need. It was very clean and everyone at the bar was very nice.
