Could be cleaner. The walls are really thin so even a normal conversation from neighbouring room is clearly audible. The hostel is placed between train and tram tracks so it can be noisy. You won't get any shampoo or bath gel. You will get only a single teeny tiny towel. No AC. At last beds were soft and comfortable.

Staff was very kind and helpful, they'll do your laundry for you which is amazing. My biggest complaint is that the WiFi is pretty terrible and I could only connect to it in the lobby. Additionally having to enter through the back road is inconvenient, being able to enter from the street would be preferred.

The place was okay, suitable for students and travelers who spend the whole day out in town. The rooms were clean and had every basic thing we needed (towels, refrigerator etc.) Plus there's plenty of electricity outlets in every room! The staff were kind and helpful and spoke good English. The only problem we had was with the hot water supply in the showers, hope it was a one time thing.

At Moon hostel (Krakòw), one might find a basic room service. However I had a negative experience there. The attitude is what first struck me, with the reception at the Moon hostel being very cold and unwelcoming. The rooms given (as I travelled in group) were simply OK for some but filthy for others. Some of us found blood stains on their sheets as well as body hairs. Some bathroom locks were non-functional while our shower was simply not draining well. I think room heaters are limited and were not as effective as they should. Breakfast was not just too poor but with no place where to have it. The 'lobby' is not fit for the guests it is capable to hold. Staff may not be available for most of the day apart from known arrival times, though we witnessed a guest coming in with nobody to welcome. Please upgrade your service. I cannot recommend this place at all. On the contrary I recommend to avoid.

We booked two bed room with private toilet and we got room number 2 - in front of a shared kitchen and next to the reception. Beside the facts that beds are very uncomfortable and the toilet is smelly, this hostel is everything but a place to sleep. Hostel policy is quite hours from 10pm to 6am (even this way doesn't make sense), but people start using kitchen way earlier, talking and not caring about other who may be sleeping. Walls are as thin as paper, I could her people next to me not snoring, but breathing. And who works here? For 5 days stay, I saw a recepcionist only once and no one came in our room to change towels or at least take out the trash. For this price you can easily find much better place to stay in Krakow.

Moon hostel does justice to its name. It’s like sleeping on the moon considering the hardness of the mattresses and the holes in the sheets. However, on the moon I don’t think there are so many hairs left from other people… (see pictures, it’s better in real life though). As if they never cleaned the sheets. Then: in the morning of our check-out, they decided to start renovating one room on our floor. Not only they made a lot of noise, they also decided to block the water for 1 hour, without informing us. Therefore we checked out 1 hour later, without informing them.

We like the hostel. Stayed there for 4 nights. Located near to the city centre and Kazimierz (2-3 stops with public transport or 20 minutes by foot). The breakfast is served to the room, not a big portion but enough: 3-4 slice of bacon, 4 slice of cheese, 1 triangular cheese, 1 marmelade, 3-4 slices of bread and potato and cucumber (after 1 day we said we did not want vegetables and with no problems they replaced it with a bigger portion of everything). The walls a little bit thins but its okay. There is a TV and a fridge in the room. Also towels and own bathroom are there too. The bed was comfortable and the stuff was kind and helpful. :)

Gute Nähe zur Innenstadt, Schimmel in einigen Zimmern und einige kleine Mängel, aber ansonsten gute Lage.

Dont go there. Greedy people. Had to cancel because I tested positive for COVID. 1 year ago they were forced by law to cancel my reservation for free. Instead, they kept the money. Don't trust these people.

Grand for the price. Right beside the Jewish Quarter, which is great for eating out or having a coffee or a beer. If going to the Salt Mines, take the No 3 tram on the next street, heading away from the city centre, until it meets up with the 304 bus, to complete the journey. Quickest way to get there and the 75 minute ticket will cover you. Google maps will show were to get off the tram.

Good location, the rooms are basic. Good for just to stay at night. Didn’t saw personnel once tho.

Stay literally anywhere else. Would have been a decent stay and would have recommended if it had not been for the inconsiderate guests. Quiet time is between 2200-0600, however have been kept awake by partying in the rooms, loud music, shouting and jumping up and down. I'm heavily pregnant and have had to ensure 3 sleepless nights as a result of this. Therefore I would never recommend this place to anyone. There is no staff available to ensure the comfort of ALL guests. Go to any other hotel/hostel in Krakow.
