Great location very clean and tidy hotel and rooms. Hard working polite knowledgeable staff. Fantastic food breakfast superb, one tiny observation is the evening menu is small and same each night. We would highly recommend a stay with these kind people at the Qubus.

We had a fantastic stay at this Hotel with great views of krakow and the river as we stayed on the 6th floor. The rooms are a little small, but you don't spend a lot of time there and they are spotless and well maintained throughout the stay with water and coffee etc always topped up. Breakfast was delicious and had a great choice every day. The location was ideal as you are right next to the Jewish ghetto and just across the bridge from the Jewish quarter with a great choice of shops and dining options. Total walking time to the old town is about 20 minutes but there is a tram less than 5 minutes walk from the hotel if you prefer. Thanks Qubus and all the staff for a wonderful stay. Happy New Year!

All is great, location perfect. 25min walking distance to old town or take a taxi. Breakfast is 5 stars, very much to choose from and fresh. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel when you visit Krakow.

We liked the Qubus Hotel very much. It is well-located and you could not fault the cleanliness. The breakfast buffet is second to none, and we enjoyed it very much every day. The room and bed were comfortable, and the shower was excellent. We must mention the pool, steam room and sauna which were top rate; we used them every day. We will look if we can stay in a Qubus Hotel next time we visit Poland.

Perfekt Hotel between the Jewish quartier and the river Wisla. Free pool and gym in the 7th Floor overlooking the old city Kazimierz. Also a boat ride on the river Wisla is included.

Good location to get to most areas of the city. River View rooms have a lovely city and river view. Food in the hotel restaurant very good and 10 min stroll to the Jewish Quarter and many local restaurants, plenty even nearer. I will definitely stop here again.

I stayed here for one night since the original hotel in Krakow I had booked had overbooked... arrived at 04:00 and the room was quite small (450zł a night too!) - the bed was comfy enough but the rooms were very dated. Breakfast was included and actually really tasty, lots of options for waffles, pancakes, eggs, juice etc. One of the better buffet breakfasts I've had around Europe! I was truly surprised by the quality, it made our original hotel seem worse than it was really. Staff were really friendly about the situation, it seems like a decent enough hotel, just small rooms. Try to avoid a room where the window looks out onto the lobby though, it's not so private.

Qubus hotel, Krakow is truly outstanding and situated in a fabulous location within easy walking distance to the Main Square, The Ghetto, The Jewish Quarters and Old Town. All within 20 minutes walking distance but the tram stop is just a few minutes away from anyone who wants to travel this way! There is so much history in this city and just to much to say, you just need to book a flight and stay at the Qubus Hotel and explore for yourselves! The hotel staff are very special from the minute you arrive, the reception staff are kind, friendly and very knowledgeable about the history and location of the Krakow. They are also very interested in how you find their city and love to chat about what you have been up to throughout your day. I would highly recommend this hotel for the location, kindness of staff, quality of service and cleanliness! We will definitely be coming back in the summer!

The hotel is in a good location for the Jewish quarter. Located on the river, the views are lovely. Rooms are OK. The breakfast is amazing. The pool and Sauna facilities are good, the views from the pool are wonderful. We had a fabulous 5 days here, and we would come back. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Chose this location to celebrate my birthday. The staff was very helpful and approachable. They done everything in their power to make my stay as nice as possible. Since I wasn’t impressed with their breakfast (due to dietary requirements) I decided to opt out of it and in exchange we got an upgrade to a large suite with the balcony and a lot nicer view. The basic rooms were nice but I would definite recommend booking a larger room since it’s definitely worth it.

My stay at Qubus Hotel was an excellent experience. The staff knew English well, and were kind and helpful. The rooms were clean. The breakfast spread was amazing. I also tried a meal at their restaurant for dinner, and that was delicious too. The hotel is not located in the crowded touristy area, but is within walking distance of everything, so I thought it was a great location. It has some gorgeous views, because it is right next to the Vistula River. During the summer, the hotel provides thirty minute boat rides onto the river.

I was very pleased with the hotel. I chose it based on reviews and was not disappointed. Very decent service and conditions. Many thanks to the administrators for their approach to the client. The hotel has a gourmet restaurant with a varied menu. This is my second time staying and everything is great as always. Very good location. Everything is within walking distance. The room rate includes breakfast with amazing dishes. Everything is very high quality and tasty. Also included in the price is access to the fitness room, swimming pool and sauna. Just what you need to relax after a working day.

Very good hotel in a good position. Access is easy also by car, although the parking lot can be packed in some busy days but it's ok. Restaurant is very good and personnel friendly.

Very nice hotel - good location near the river, walking distance to the Old Town. Impressive range of tasty dishes was. offered for breakfast. Nice swimming-pool with a hot tab and a sauna + hamam. Beautiful view of the river from the rooms on top floors.

This is an absolutely beautiful hotel. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Having access to the pool was fabulous (right up to 10 pm). Delicious breakfasts! The hotel is located about 25 minutes walk from the main square. I didn't mind this as the walk was very pleasant.... if you prefer not to walk, a taxi costs about the equivalent of £5 sterling. Overall the hotel is excellent.

Loved the place. Views are very calming, breakfast is magnificent. Everything in the room is clean. We managed to be the only people in the pool, so it was also nice. And I really liked hammam and jakuzzi with the view on the castle. Highly recommended.

After 2 nights staying in an underwhelming hotel in Katowice, we arrived at this hotel and were greeted by a friendly staff member who explained a lot of information about the hotel and the area.. Good room, great service and excellent breakfast. Stayed here 5 nights and really enjoyed the stay. The gym and pool were a nice bonus.

This hotel is out of the centre of Krakow, but is great value for money. Being out of the centre means that it is nice and quiet in the evenings. The hotel restaurant is good and has a wide selection on the menu, but has no vegan options. I found the staff in the restaurant and reception were all very friendly, helpful and spoke excellent English

Good location, fantastic view from the pool, great breakfast. Very nice design of the lobby and rooms. Good sauna. Before parking in hotel’s parking garage, check prices on street.

Overall I'm very happy and I think this hotel was the best option for my trip. Good spa and a nice location that's close enough to everything but still not in the center of the chaos that can be. Highly recommended this place, you can walk to most places or use the tram next to the hotel. Staff were really welcoming and everything around the hotel from food to activities was good enough to make the trip to krakow worth it.

Modern hotel for holiday or business. Great breakfast & bar at nighttime. They own a boat for river tours too!

Nice hotel with nice swimming pool. Location is great near lots of good restaurants and bars. Service has lot to improved. A hotel like this needs to have a fridge or minibar especially with the hot weather in thr summer. Staff needs to clean the rooms without any requirement other than not having the 'do not disturb' sign which is internationally recognized.

  • 4/5 Ko O. 7 months ago on Google
Pretty good. Employees/students are really friendly! The room is a bit small, but the location is great. Breakfast was nice, but it was the same 7 times. (room 420)

A little bit worn out but clean rooms and quiet. The service was not great and the staff at the bar really need to step up.

Stayed at the hotel for 3 weeks in September during a business trip. Being an average adult with no special needs I cant find any point I didn’t like about the hotel. The rooms are clean and cosy, for non-smokers. Food in the restaurant is delicious. The personnel are helpful professionals speaking good English. The location was convenient for me. There’s a tram line to the center close by; paid parking is available; a large shopping mall rather close on the other side of the river, and the river embankment is good for running and walking. The place is nice. It has sports facilities and pool. There are bikes available for a separate price. I have probably not mentioned all the good points - they are many. I am thankful to the personnel for my three weeks there.

One of the Best hotels I had stay! Not only the installations but also The Service, The Food, The Breakfast is one of a kind, pool, sauna and steam room! If you are coming to Krakow for business or pleasure, this is the ONE hotel to stay! Recommended 100%!

We were here as a family, and I must admit our teenage daughters first went along cause it meant a lot to me to go to Krakow, but already when we entered the hotel our daughters were excited about the lobby. It good even better when they went to the pool, the view over Krakow, the distance to the old town and Schindlers factory. The staff has been so helpful with airport transfers, we got breakfast to go when we had to leave early for Auschwitz. The breakfast at the hotel is amazing. A lot of homemade food, vitamin shoot, waffles, bread, müsli, hot and cold milk etc. Absolutely amazing. We would love to return some other time and would absolutely recommend others to go here. Also families with children.

Great hotel for a great value! Breakfast is quite good, can be very busy a certain times so you may have to share with others but apart from that, great offer in food. Location is perfect, just in between old town and jewish town, you can walk everywhere if you like walking. Spa is a bit smaller in person than in the pictures and sometimes people treat it as a swimming pool (so they play and talk loud and splatter) but part from that it's ok. Will definitely recommend and if I ever go to Krakow again, I know where to stay

Excellent hotel with very good service and staff. The hotel is situated at the Vistula River and all the major attractions are at walking distance from here. A special mention for the swimming pool and jacuzzi on the sixth floor, from where the views of the city are stunning. The rooms are comfortable and have smart TVs installed. Overall, this hotel is a very good place to stay if you are visiting Krakow.

Great location for Kazimierz, a bit of a walk for the old town. The facilities are class, good value for money on the junior suite with an excellent view. Swimming pool, sauna and steam room were all nice and quiet. The breakfast buffet had a great option. Would definitely recommend.

Great location just 20min walk into the main city, near the old Jewish Quarter and Schindler's Factory is a 15min walk Hotel is very very clean, well stocked, great breakfast, large bar area, reasonably priced, super helpful and friendly staff- nothing is too much trouble. Use the outside viewing lift at sunset to go to the top floor to see the stunning sunset over Krakow- don't miss it!

Rooms are good, bit strange having two single duvets on a double bed but okay for one night. Made use of the swimming pool, sauna and stream room. The best two things about this hotel are the proximity to the city centre and the amazing breakfast.

Great hotel. We watched the New Year's Eve fireworks from our room, which was excellent. The spa was great except it was closed after New years Day. Breakfast was brilliant as well.
