was yelled at, didn't receive my food, and never got my money back either. TERRIBLE customer service. i placed a delivery order through the website, but after 30 minutes of waiting, i was notified that my order was cancelled and that i needed to contact the store for further assistance. however, when i called this store, the employee who picked up the phone yelled "OH MY GODDDDD GO TO SLEEP KID!" and hung up. i have tried emailing jack in the box customer support, as well as calling the store manager but no one has actually resolved my issue or even apologized. this place needs to be shut down, and its employees fired.

Alexandra shouldn't be working here at all. She is not a team player. When we walk in we greeting her in Spanish she told us she didn't speak Spanish. We told her we wanted onion rings but she did the complete opposite. Then her mother was sitting in lobby. When I notice we didn't get the onion rings I told her, hey we didn't get the onion rings because we told her we didn't want fries. Then she gives them to me and once I sit down she goes and tells her mom in Spanish that I complained and her mom turns around and stares at us then she tells her don't make it obvious. Also when when she had a line of customer she didn't stop taking the trash out until one of her coworkers told hey can you help so she threw the trash bags and sighed and rolled her eyes. Alexandra, is not customer friendly nor does she has common sense

I live literally down the street from this jack, every time I go at night (after 9pm) the food is straight trash. It takes me less than 5 min to get home. Today my fries were literally stiff and cold. The jalapeño poppers were stale and cold, even the chicken sandwiches were cold. I wanted modifications on my burger nothing huge just remove tomato and mayo, and it’s like I told them “please add extra of it”. The only thing that was done correct was the fountain drink. I don’t know what happens after 9pm but avoid this specific location at all costs.

Excellent and friendly service by staff member Gianna! She was very pleasant and her great smile brightened my day. As for the store itself, the dining room door was locked during business hours and I had to walk around to another entry point. The breakfast sandwich was a bit sloppy but tasted good.

Every time I order a buttery jack at this location they serve it on regular bread don't say anything, don't ever mention its going to be on jr bacon cheeseburger bread. It's an $7 out $8 burger.. be consistent or be honest & say your out of an ingredient... food is always good here always hot but inconsistent on that item.

We arrived to a long line in the drive thru and did not wait long at all. The young lady got our order correct and greeted us and off we went to enjoy our Great tasting food. Thank You

Great service. Ricardo our cashier was really helpful. We had a group of 10 and he got our order perfect. The restrooms are clean. Dining area is great in size. The food was 😋 Mmmm.

From a QSR point, Jack's is trying to find the niche in a saturated market. The food is hit and miss as far as preperation. Service, such as smiles, please or thank you is rare nowadays.

I recently had the opportunity to try their Sourdough Jack burger and their curly fries. The burger was juicy and flavorful, and the sourdough bun was soft and chewy. The curly fries were perfectly seasoned and crispy on the outside. I also enjoyed their milkshakes, which are thick and creamy. Overall, I was very impressed with Jack in the Box. The food was delicious and the prices were reasonable. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quick and tasty meal.

Thank God this place is 24 hours. Drive through is most of the time fast. From what I’ve seen there is a skinny blonde lady that keeps this place running so well. Pretty sure she is the manager, keep it up!

They were very helpful, friendly and courteous. This is the best location I have had the pleasure of visiting. I recommend this location to everyone.

Who ever the D Head was this morning Screw you. I pull in at 4 AM the guy sounded young said that there machine is down and that the servers aren't ready but I get it there on break so he tells me at 425 they'll be ready so I waited. At 435 I asked if they are ready I was ignored at 445 I finally decided to leave as I leave I see these guys in the kitchen jerking each other off literally. I tried to take a video but they started hiding 10/31/2023

Heard about the monster tacos on the radio and had to go and get some…. They were worth driving for too.. The drive through was kind of dirty and the outside overhead Timbers are rotting out. They are probably going to fall on a car.
