Please do yourself a favor and don’t stay here. The gentlemen at the service desk are very friendly and welcoming but the experience itself was very disappointing. Room itself is decent with nice furniture, however cleanliness is poor. One of the beds had torn and stained sheets literally ready to be dumped in the trash. Walls were dirty, as well as the flooring. We found a spider web on top of the restroom mirror. The pool was full or dirt so explains why no one was using it. Oh, and the “complimentary breakfast” consists of only small blueberry muffins and Yoplait yogurt.

I gave 2 stars because thats what this hotel is on its website. This was my 1st room here and this will be the last... Cockroaches, for one, shower stall had long black hairs stuck to it, (not cleaned prior to my stay.) And finally, after a shower, I walked to my suitcase, etc., and black dirty feet is what I found on myself (see pic). (Floor also not cleaned prior to my stay.) Positive note: staff are friendly and answered any questions I had.

***Updated to say: The owner's response says it all. The experience was terrible. I couldn't even stay more than a few hours. Then I lost my money due to a no refund policy booking through EXPEDIA...*** First of all..... SOMEONE WAS MURDERED THERE April 2023...... Still thinking of staying there? So the lady at the front desk was so sweet, very patient with my questions. The only issue I have with her was not telling me the honest truth about safety in that hotel. The room was big(family suite) but dirty. I found a few stains on the bed. Trash behind the bed and extremely dirty floor. My 2 year old daughter took a bath and her feet were black, less than an hour of walking around. I checked in and only stayed 2 hours before checking out and getting a hotel somewhere else.

Honestly I just wouldn’t recommend this place, if you have extra 20 or 30 dlls just go ahead and invest in a better hotel. I understand that sometimes when prices are low and you get what you paid for but you shouldn’t have to deal with cockroaches, doors that don’t shut, broken furniture, etc,. These guys didn’t even bothered to clean or cover it up, as soon as you open the door you get welcomed by roaches, floor is dirty, hairs in the tub, dirty sheets, the list is endless. For being a Days inn/Wyndham this place is terrible.

My stay was lengthy 30+ days. Check in was A+ with fast efficient courteous professional welcoming service. Maintenance was quick efficient and only needed once. My room was clean, organized in order and all supplies needed were happily supplied.

Great costumer service , very friendly helpful any and everytime . Extra kudos 👏 to PRINCE he has been Amazing always a smiling face with remarkable service . They did a turn around for the better . I felt safe and comfortable my entire stay 😌

I stayed with my family I was really comfortable with room and I definitely recommend to all stay at least once I am sure you all are really like to stay there even who chack in to us he is prince really nice person he such have nice heart and he's very kind

My husband, kids & I stayed there last week and the receptionist Maggie was very accommodating, very kind, and very good with children. I couldn’t believe the amazing service we got from her. Thank you so much! This will definitely be our go to place!
